Це чудове місце!!! Ми залишились дуже задоволені, що обрали саме цей особняк!🤩 1. Власник заздалегідь написав всі інструкції для того, щоб без перешкод дістатись місця призначення - ми орендували авто, тому доїхати було легко! Також Такіс надіслав чудові рекомендації щодо того, що можна відвідати поблизу, які ж магазини, кавʼярні, таверни. Батько Такіса гостинно нас зустрів, пригощав смаколиками 2. В будинку є все необхідне в навіть більше для комфортного проживання, готування їжі, чай, кава, смаколики, дуже чисто і багато цікавих старовинних предметів інтерʼєру. Тераса в нашому будинку була також неймовірною та дуже затишною. 3. Басейн - це окреме задоволення - чистий, теплий, є пляжні полотенця, надувні матраси. 4. Чудовий вид на гори, територія дуже доглянута з чудовими квітучими деревами! Це місце люблять, тому і перебування тут дуже затишне, комфортне - тут дійсно відпочиваєш в тиші та насолоджуєшся кожним моментом! Вдячні за гостинність!🤍

Filippos was a great host, always very friendly and helpful. The house was exactly as expected from the description and photos. It’s in a great location, perfect for exploring the town and local beaches. The terrace really is fantastic!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in diesem liebevoll renovierten Haus, eine Oase der Ruhe, inmitten einer weniger touristischen Gegend der Insel – perfekt für alle, die Natur und Erholung suchen. Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet und es fehlt an absolut nichts. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine, was wir schätzten. Der Garten ist mit Sorgfalt und Liebe gepflegt, eine wunderschöne Vielfalt an Blumen und Kräutern. Ein Aprikosenbaum und eine Pergola mit Weinlaube spenden Schatten. Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist alles gut erreichbar, wenn man mobil ist – gleichzeitig genießt man hier absolute Stille und Privatsphäre. Die Kommunikation mit Aspasia war sehr herzlich, eine interessante, hilfsbereite Frau, die mit viel Leidenschaft diesen Ort so schön gestaltet hat. Wer eine Auszeit vom Trubel sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

This home was so beautiful! It was a perfect size for our family of 8 (4 adults, 4 children). The views could not be better. The pools were great, we spent a lot of time in them. The beach is a short walk. There is a restaurant down the road we ate at multiple times with fresh fish daily, or you can drive a short 25 minutes into town for many restaurants and grocery stores. The hosts were very responsive, house was very clean, comfortable beds. Overall an amazing stay and we would highly recommend!

Ionian Breeze is a quiet beautiful house in a lovely location! We had a wonderful time exploring all the local areas by foot and with a car ( much needed on this island to get full benefit) Christina recommended some amazing walks, we found some wonderful places en route- ate in some great restaurants- Extraterrestrial in Exogi (book in advance for evening and not for the faint hearted drive!) Nostimon in Frikes ( can walk to ) Calypso in Kioni (great service and food, very pretty little harbour) Delicious in Stavros ( great local food and very interesting historical village, better to go in car) Found a great beach on one of our walks Marmagas, it was a little bit of a hike from Frikes (or do the whole circuit from Ionian Breeze ) there is a cabin there and the most delivious food! To come back to Ionian Breeze was a bonus !! Thank you

Our stay was magical. Authentic tower. Traditional Ikaria. Thats what made it. Dont expect 5 star south of France but 5 star in so many other ways - peaceful quiet and so romantic. Star gazing into the night. Eating at the harbour late and sleeping in clean air with shutters blowing in the wind. A must for off the beaten track close to mountains sea and sky. The moon was special. Rustic charm we loved it.

Logement impeccable avec une vue magnifique sur la mer depuis la petite terrasse. La baie de Merika est située juste en bas de la résidence, on peut profiter facilement de la plage et de la mer en toute tranquilité. Le centre de Skala est situé à 15 minutes à pieds. Il y a une très bonne boulangerie à 5 minutes à pied du logement et un petit supermarché ainsi qu'un vendeur de fruits et légumes à peu près à la même distance de marche. Logement idéalement situé pour profiter de l'effervescence de Skala (magasins et restaurants) tout en pouvant être au calme. Communication avec Alexandra et Inger très facile! Je recommande!

Very nice place, nicely secluded yet right next to the center of Chalandri which is packed with bars and restaurants. Also close to bus routes to the city center. Our host was incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive. The rooms were very nice and clean and everything was as expected or better. It's a little weird that you cannot put toilet paper in the toilet but apparently that is quite normal in that area of town.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Villa Paraisos verbracht. Das Appartment bietet alles, was man braucht, die Ausstattung in der Küche ist top, es fehlt rein gar nichts! Es war sehr sauber und besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass die Einheit in sich abgeschlossen ist und man absolute Privatsphäre hat. Alles ist rundum blickdicht eingezäunt. Blitzsauber war es auch. Romeo und eine weitere Angestellte waren sehr freundlich und haben uns mit Tipps versorgt. Jeden Tag wurde der Außenbereich und der Pool gereinigt. Einziges Manko ist, dass der Ort an sich uns nicht besonders gefiel, aber das Meer mit seinen unzähligen Buchten und Stränden war traumhaft und die Unterkunft auch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft empfehlen!

Once we arrived Alexandra gave us the feeling as we were home. She told us everything we need to know and that we could always contact her if we needed anything. She replies within minutes. If you are thinking about booking this Airbnb, I’m telling you it’s worth it!

Vasilis place is perfect for Leonidio, it's right in the town so everything is walkable, but tucked up a side street so totally peaceful. And you're not close to the church bells (something to watch for at other apartments!). We really enjoyed our stay, the house is exactly what you'd expect from the pictures and has everything you need to relax when you're not out walking/climbing/sightseeing.

Wir würden auch 6 Sterne geben, wenn es möglich wäre... Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Stefans Häuschen. Die 4 Terrassen laden zum Entspannen ein und bieten den perfekten Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und die Küche ist super ausgestattet, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Stefans selbst gestalteter Reiseführer hat tolle Insidertipps parat und er selbst steht einem auch jederzeit per Mail bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank für alles! ♡

The home is amazing. Totally remodeled and very chic. Close to restaurants, great shopping and night life. The pedestrian street the home is on looks a little sketchy, but I think it is fine and we felt safe once we got settled. This is definitely the best looking place in the area. The mistake we made was renting a car. Parking is very limited and difficult in the area. And you really don’t need a vehicle. Catch a taxi, uber or take a tour. There are plenty of transportation options available without the hassle of trying to find safe, legal parking for a rental car. We would definitely stay here again. It’s truly beautiful!

Σίγουρα το κατάλυμα αποτελεί καταφύγιο από την πίεση της πόλης και τη φασαρία. Το πρώτο πράγμα που νιώσαμε όταν φτάσαμε ήταν ξεγνοιασιά και ελευθερία, τόσο από αυτό που αποπνέει το οίκημα, όσο και από τη θέα και το περιβάλλον. Το κατάλυμα είναι μια παραδοσιακή οικία στους πρόποδες ενός λόφου, χωρίς να του λείπει απολύτως τίποτα. Γι’ αυτό έχουν φροντίσει οι οικοδεσπότες, αφού εκτός από τον πλήρη εφοδιασμό του καταλύματος με τον εξοπλισμό που μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος κατά τη διαμονή του, παρέχουν και κάποια είδη και τρόφιμα που κάνουν την άφιξη πιο ευχάριστη. Ο δρόμος για να καταλήξεις στο σπίτι είναι χωματόδρομος, που ενώ αρχικά μπορεί να σε αποθαρρύνει, είναι προσβάσιμος με τα περισσότερα αυτοκίνητα και εν τελεί ο προορισμός σε ανταμείβει. Ίσως θα μπορούσαν οι ιδιοκτήτες τις περιοχής να φροντίσουν για την καλύτερη επίστρωσή του. Τέλος, θα επιστρέφαμε για παραπάνω ημέρες, καθώς οι ρυθμοί και η αύρα που σου βγάζει το κατάλυμα είναι απαραίτητα στοιχεία χαλάρωσης μυαλού και σώματος.

Maria was so sweet and hospitable, this was the third leg of my Greece trip and she defined Greek hospitality. She connected with me ahead of the trips always proactive, and had the loveliest bread, lemonade, and snacks waiting for us when we arrived. This villa is beautifully built and has pristine craftsmanship, however, it is in a remote location so you do need a car or taxi connection. We ended up not getting a rental car so we had a relationship with a taxi driver, but we ended up switching to one that Maria recommended because he was familiar with the villa and reliable. The home is stunning and looks exactly as pictured. Thank you Maria.

we had a wenderful time at the villa! it is equipped with everything made nedded, it is well designed what made the stay very calm and joyful the view is absolutely incredible and the area is very peaceful . highly recommended!
