Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Greater Skopje

29-30 Ağustos 2024 tarihlerinde konakladığımız İvan'ın evi, fotoğraflardaki gibiydi. Evi son anda ayarlamamıza ve geç saatte eve ulaşmamıza rağmen Ivan bize oldukça anlayışlı yaklaştı. Bizi o geç saate kadar bekledi ve güler yüzle karşıladı. Sorduğumuz her soruya sabırla yanıt verdi. Yemek ve alış veriş konusunda önerilerde bulundu. Kendisine ailemiz adına çok teşekkür ediyorum. Evini herkese tavsiye ediyorum.

If you are a large group (we were seven), then Tomi's place will suit you very well. The house is a little way out of the city (about a 30 minute walk) but it's easy enough to get a bus nearby or hail a cab (which are cheap). The house can be a little tricky to find, as it is located on a side street off of the main part of Parishka. We had a couple of taxi drivers that struggled to find it! The house itself is huge and, for the most part, very comfortable. The kitchen, however, is relatively small and I think it's fair to say you would struggle to cook for a large group in it. The configuration of some of the bedrooms is a bit random and I think a little attention needs to be paid to the lighting and bedding in some cases. Within the vicinity of the house are several good restaurants and a large supermarket is a ten minute walk away. Despite one or two reservations, I would wholeheartedly recommend this as a place to stay. Tomi is great and Skopje is a wonder!

A cozy apartment for a weekend getaway, perfect for those looking to escape the city center. Dina was an excellent host. The location isn't 100% accurate; the apartment is actually located at Sava Kovačević 21-A, not Sava Kovačević 21 as it is mentioned in the ad; which is cca 3 km further than stated in the listing. So, when using Google Maps, it’s best to search for “Apartment Dina.” According to Google, it’s on Petar Mazev Street, but in reality, the address is Sava Kovačević 21-A. But that’s not the host’s fault; it’s due to the chaotic street system in the city of Skopje. This isn’t a major issue for those with a car, but if you’re not driving, you’ll have more walking to do, and the bus lines to the city center are not very frequent.

Excellent, responsive and caring hosts. Amazing location and a great, homely atmosphere. Big yard, a couple of dumbbells and a jump rope. Everything you would ever want in a place to stat.

5 gece 6 gün konakladık. Kendi ve kocası bize her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Özellikle kocası hem ev konusunda hem şehirde ihtiyacımız olan her şeyde bize tavsiye verdi ve farklı ülkeler de görebilmemizi sağladı. Ev gayet sıcaktı. Odalar çok rahattı. Çevre çok sakindi hiç insan etkileşimi kurmadık. Merkeze yürüyerek 20 dk sürdü ve hiç otobüse binmemize gerek kalmadı hep geze geze yürüdük.

Müstakil evlerin bulunduğu sakin bir mahalle. Merkeze araç ile 8/10 dk mesafesi var. Sıcak su ve oda sıcaklığı gayet iyiydi. İçeriye ayakkabısız giriliyor. Gayet memnun kaldık.

Dear Marin, thank you for your hospitality and the best service I have seen. thanks for your advice for all the places that we have seen. the house was perfect, clean and big for all of us. with the best view of skopje and I want to thank your family for everything as well. for everybody that is looking for a place in skopje to stay. trust me, this is the place to be with marin. Sehr schöne Unterkunft. wir qaren zwei Nächte dort und haben die schöne Aussicht genossen und die bequemen Betten.

Wonderful villa on the mountain side, approx 20-25 min drive from city center. The villa itself was too big for us, as it could easily have fit 2 families at least. Marija is very friendly and her hospitality was top notch. The gym was much appreciated by our family and we used it every single day, same with the pool. The pool temperature was not too warm so do not expect a warm pool, but we enjoyed it as the weather was mostly sunny and 20 degree so we could warm up outside the pool . The place is recommended, especially if you don't mind living a bit outside the city center. You should definitely have a car when you rent this place.

İletişime geçtiğimizden itibaren yardımsever cana yakın ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşan bir ev sahibi.. Evinde eksik birşey yoktu. Konum olarak merkeze araçla 10 dakika heryere çok yakın. Ayrıca evin altında alışveriş merkezi bulunuyor kozmetik, giyim, hediyelik, döviz bürosu, market gibi bir çok olanak mevcut. Evin otoparkı olması çok büyük bir nimet. Araçla park cezası yedik ve kendisine nasıl ödeyebiliriz diye sorduğumuzda saat akşam üzeri 21:30 olmasına rağmen 15 dakika içerisinde yanımıza gelip cezayı ödeme konusunda yardımcı oldu ve sonrasında bize ceza ödediğimizden dolayı motivasyon olması adına birşeyler ısmarlamak istedi ısrarları sonucunda kırmadık ve götürdüğü yerde çok güzel bir ortam vardı. Özet geçersek biz çok memnun kaldık mutlaka burayı tercih edin..

Very nice and clean place with beautiful view from the 38 floor above the city. Tami is helpful and correct. Explain everything clear. We will visit again.

Kurban bayramı tarihlerinde konakladık, ilk günden son güne kadar her anlamda çok memnun kaldık. Temizliği, sessizliği, havuzu, barbekü alanı, çardakları vs. Arabamız olduğu için hiç zorlanmadık, güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Ev sahibi Zlatko çok iyi bir ev sahibi, her şeyi tas tamam hazırlamıştı bu yüzden çıkana kadar arama gereği bile duymadık 😊

Üsküp merkez ile biraz mesafesi olsa da ev gerçekten muazzam huzurluydu çok sakin bir sokakta sessiz güzel bir konumda ev sahibi bize her konuda yardımcı oldu güzel ve huzurlu bir gün geçirdik teşekkürler.

We had an amazing time in Skopje. Dragan is a very friendly host and allowed us to check in earlier. That was very kind. The appartment is in a good location, so you can walk for seightseeing.

Meydana yürüyerek 10-15 dk uzaklıkta etrafında bir çok bar bulunan bir ev. Güzel döşenmiş temiz ve bakımlıydı. Ev sahipleri yardımcı ve hızlı cevap veriyorlar.

Martin her sorduğumuz soruya anında cevap verdi. Ev tertemiz ve topluydu. Konumu da gayet iyiydi. Kalacaklar gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilir. Bir sorunla karşılaşacağınızı düşünmüyorum. :)

I absolutely loved this apartment! Looks just like the photos and even better. The balcony is an oasis in the summer, with sun in the mornings and just perfect to relax in the afternoons. You can hear the birds sing and it's so green and peaceful 🥰 Mihaela is an amazing host. Very friendly and always ready to help. She's equipped the apartment with anything you might need and puts a lot of thought and effort into ensuring her guests have a great stay. I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat, my only regret is that I didn't stay longer!

It is a good place for the person who is not staying long and will use the bus station and also great location to be a but away from the city center crowd but İts walkable max 10 mins it was clean and great view thanks to Tio that he helped us a lot and gave us great recommendations. Overall its 9/10 for me.
