Apartment holiday rentals in Greater Skopje

This is our second time to stay in this apartment and it was a very pleasant stay! It is clean, has all necessary amenities, and is in a very good location. Simon is a great host! Highly recommend and we'll come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at Julija's! The apartment is super centrally located, on foot we needed about 10 minutes to the square. Despite the central location, it was very quiet and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening. Julija was very friendly and accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier. In general, communication was fast and Julija was super helpful. If we come back to Skopje, we would be happy to be your guests again.

Wonderful apt just as described. Elena arranged for our airport pickup and met us at her lovely apt. The apt is modern with all the amenities. The location is simple SUPERB, everything to include sightseeing is within walking distance. Elena is also very response to any questions. Helpful Hint; Elena's contact with a local transportation/taxi outfit was invaluable and saved us time and money.

Nicola was truly an exceptional host. From the very beginning, she communicated with us in a kind and helpful manner. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—and even better: clean, spacious, fully equipped, and incredibly comfortable. What meant the most to us was her thoughtfulness in preparing everything we needed for our baby, including a crib and a high chair. This level of care and attention made a huge difference in our stay and was deeply appreciated. Throughout our visit, she was responsive, warm, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel right at home. Every detail in the house was thoughtfully arranged, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful, safe, and pleasant experience. Nicola is by far one of the best Airbnb hosts we've ever had. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mishko's place. He welcomed us warmly and was always available in no time. A great host as far as we're concerned! The neighborhood was cozy, with restaurants and pubs just around the corner. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything. A well-deserved 5 stars!

Monika helped us with everything. The location of the house was nice and you can go to many pubs and restaurants by walking 10-15 minutes. The house is the same as shown in the forographs, it was very clean and tidy. It was a calm street and very beautiful with trees. If I go again, I can stay at Monika's house again with peace of mind. 🌼

We stayed here for a week and it was really nice. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and everything worked fine. Location is great, just next to East Gate Mall, so you can find food, shops, whatever you need. The host was friendly and answered fast when I had a question. It felt safe and easy to stay here. I would come again if I visit Skopje in the future.

The neighborhood where the apartment was located was wonderful. It was about fifteen minutes on foot to the center. It was a nice plus to have its own parking space. Sara responded quickly to our questions.

A great apartment with an amazing balcony view! Very clean and tidy. Parking was an issue but we just spoke to locals or shop owners and they were all willing to help move their cars.

Beautiful modern furnished apartment. Quiet location. Very nice and dedicated landlords. They waited by the car until we could get into our parking space. There were even hygiene products, tea and coffee capsules for the machine. However, the oven/stove was in a storage room next to the kitchen. Clear recommendation.

The accommodation was really nice, near everything I needed that time. I found it really easy, Igor described it great. If be in Skopje next time I would be happy to be there again. Thank you

Marija’s apartment is the perfect place to stay in Skopje for both short and long periods, and Marija is an amazing host. The apartment has everything you might need and It’s located in a peaceful neighborhood, with private parking, yet just a short walk from plenty of great cafes, bars and restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious, very peaceful and comfortable, and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

The space is perfect, cosy and in a good sector, it is quiet and the main tourist places are nearby

It's in a great location, a little far from the city. It has a parking lot, you can enter without any problems. It overlooks a green intersection, it was a better experience than I expected, everything was thought out inside, perfect. I can say that it is the best Airbnb experience. There are cafes, bakeries, markets, everything around, I will definitely stay again. Thanks for everything

The place is located in a good location, in a walking distance of the city center. The host was very responsive. I stayed only one night, but looks like the place is very well equipped if you want to stay for few more days.

Was really clean, would not have expected it. Small but perfect, nothing was missing. Had their own parking space. Shopping directly on site. Restaurant / cafe-bar on site. Overall, 4.9/5 stars from me The 0.1 loss is due to the water pipes, which heat up a little slowly. But you get used to it after a while.

Spacious, quiet and clean studio with everything you need for a long stay. Easy to come and go as you please it's about 15 minutes walk into the centre. Risto and Mila were also kind enough to let me check in early :)

We lived at Sunrise sky lux in 7 days and it has been a great experience overall. The unit is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Alexandar was responsive and a great guy, he helped us with some paperworks and stuff and always quick to address any questions or concerns. The apartment itself is modern and spacious, it’s a top notch. You’ve got everything what you need with updated appliances and plenty of natural light. The view at the apartment is amazing with overlooking at the city. The location is also a big plus, with easy access to the restaurants & shopping center. I would highly recommend Alexander’s apartment (Sky city) to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home.

Kristina was great, she manages several properties and the one we stayed at was not the same as the one we booked. It was better! She 'gave' use the apartment that would fit our needs the most. We only stayed one night and we wanted to stay close to restaurants but still be able to go for a walk to the city center, which was all possible from the apartment we stayed at. It was also more modern. Kristina was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. She went out of her way to help us park our second car, which was not an easy task in the city center. If we come back to Skopje, I'll definitely contact her again. Thanks Tina!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would give in a heartbeat. Petar is such a friendly person with amazing suggestions. Thanks to him, I ate one of the biggest and tastiest burger of my life. The location of the house is just perfect. It is close enough to walk to center, but also far enough if you want to have some quiet time. also it's a big plus that the house close to city park. Inside of the house was also how they are in the photos. by the way, there were enough hot water and I never encounter hot water problems. overall, amazing host and an amazing home. would rent here again if I come to skopje, definitely recommended.
