Holiday rentals with beach access in Greater Accra Region

It was delightful in all respects. Except for the television not working. That is not at all acceptable in such a classy, upscale apartment. I would definitely come back again but until you fix the TV, pay the cable bill or whatever... just tell the truth about it. There is secure parking behind a locked gate. The onsite host is friendly, available and attentive. There is a wonderful creek running beside the home. We only used the kitchen to store and warm leftovers and make tea, but it appears to be well stocked. Lovely place!

I had a fantastic stay at Sarah’s place! The home was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed for cooking a few meals during my stay. The location was quiet and peaceful at night. I especially loved the balcony, view, interiors, etc. Sarah was responsive, and provided clear check-in instructions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Accra. Thanks again for the wonderful experience!

definitely felt like home beautiful clean crisp space, classy white walls very spacious modern luxury minimalist feel. great building safe quiet peaceful of course local vibrant community. quick easy access for transportation and quick easy walk to things. The steps were simple and great if you'd like a little exercise. easy to find and quick walk to what you need. great host and team helpful and accommodating. beautiful windows for a great breeze or great view. nice layout love the first world services like hot water two huge movie TVs and Netflix and nice comfortable sofa and beautiful glass dinning table. 11 min Resort nearby for great breakfast and pool Beach to stroll, everything close enough. roomy shower room. I loved Yvonne’s place. This place was so Clean! I was very pleased with that. Check in was seamless, Charles is the one who greeted us and was literally available for everything we needed. He was so helpful. The area felt safe. The apartment is walking distance (2 min walk) to a grocery store and a few fast food restaurants. My only issue with this stay was the wifi. It was only stable in the living room. In the bedrooms, the wifi was unstable and would disconnect from the network on and off. Other than that, I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The host was very kind and responsive, making sure everything I needed was available. All the listed amenities were provided, and the rooms and bathroom were spotless. I also loved that there were great restaurants nearby. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again.

Grayson Court is a wonderful home base for visiting Accra. The home is large, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. Mr Perkins, the caretaker on the property, is super friendly and extremely attentive! I stayed here for a work trip, and the team enjoyed it so much we came back the next year for a second stay. It is a great, private, safe home base, within walking distance of Oxford Street. The rooms are large and comfortable, with AC in each room. Mr. Perkins always makes sure the electricity and internet are topped up and that you're comfortable, and if we ever needed recommendations, he was quick to help out. He would even run errands for us if we needed him to! Clare is a wonderful host. Even with the time zone change she is extremely attentive and quick to respond. On my second trip our travel dates changed after booking the reservation, but she was very accommodating with the change. Grayson Court will be my home away from home every time!

I booked Yvonne’s place as a short getaway from Accra with my children, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and peaceful, with the soothing sound of the ocean audible from inside the house. We spent lots of time outdoors just relaxing, playing, and breathing in the fresh coastal air. We did have a bit of trouble finding the place at first—Google Maps led us slightly off course. Just a tip: once you’re on the road leading to Ocean’s Resort, continue all the way to the very end without turning off early. We mistakenly turned left too soon, but once I reached out to Miss Yvonne, she was incredibly responsive and helpful, which we really appreciated. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat, I would absolutely recommend this spot.

From the booking process to our ultimate stay, Nana was so accommodating, generous and kind to me and my guests. The home caretaker, Mr. Adjei was so responsive and helpful. The home itself is BEAUTIFUL and in a new and growing development in Tse Addo (right next to Airport Hills and Burma Camp), that is safe/secure. The house is 10-15 minutes from central Accra, so if you’re here to have access to neighborhoods like Osu, Labone or Cantonments (where a lot of nightlife and restaurants are located) or to the beach (Labadi, for example), it is all closeby. Nana was also helpful in securing a car and driver for the duration of our stay. Don’t look any further! Just book!

I felt safe and comfortable while staying in Sebastian Residence. Very clean house and beautiful neighborhood. Sebastian was great in responding to messages. I will definitely booked again whenever I visit Ghana. If you are traveling to Ghana and looking for a safe, clean and a beautiful place to stay, I will definitely recommend Sebastian Residence. Philip (The caretaker) was an amazing very good at his job.

I was with 5 family members who never visited Africa before, so this trip had to be perfect. Thanks to Joseph, Olivia, and George who attended to our every need with enthusiasm and punctuality, many thanks. The house was very caracterful, spacious, had plenty of modern convenience, board games, storage, etc. There was a fantastic chef called Francis who created some great. dishes when needed for a very affordable price, I mean, what more could we want. All in all, a super experience.

I came for the views, but enjoyed a lot more from the space. It's the middle of Osu, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle that it was quiet. Construction next door made daytime noises, but it didn't hamper my trip much as I was there for work.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly helpful and attentive; any time a question or issue came up, they were quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Also, they were generally helpful with other things and information outside of the Airbnb! It really made the experience feel smooth and welcoming. The only downside for me was the location—it was a bit farther than I expected from the places I wanted to visit, but overall, the hospitality and quality of the stay definitely made up for it.

William is an outstanding host who is incredibly kind and responsive. The place was wonderful. Do be aware that it’s in Nima, a neighborhood of Accra that is unfortunately not as developed as others. This takes nothing away from William’s place, that is absolutely marvelous.
