Holiday rentals with beach access in Ghana

The host and house manager were excellent upon my arrival. I was greeted at the gate and given a tour of the property. I arrived after a long travel day and morning appointment and though exhausted, I was treated with a lovely fruit bowl (Mangoes are my favorite). Though the neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe, it is walking distance (10-15 minutes) to the local beach clubs. There are also small shops to buy small snacks, toiletries, select seasonings and the like. I loved Accra and this property was a nice oasis from the busy outside. The AC was a great relief from the hot temperatures and the size of the space was enough for 1 and cozy for 2 people. Prior to me arriving, the host was very responsive to my questions and proactively shared local recommendations of restaurants and popular attractions. The only drawback would be me not utilizing the patio space for morning meals. This is an affordable gem for those travelling in the are and would like a small, private space.

It was delightful in all respects. Except for the television not working. That is not at all acceptable in such a classy, upscale apartment. I would definitely come back again but until you fix the TV, pay the cable bill or whatever... just tell the truth about it. There is secure parking behind a locked gate. The onsite host is friendly, available and attentive. There is a wonderful creek running beside the home. We only used the kitchen to store and warm leftovers and make tea, but it appears to be well stocked. Lovely place!

two bedroom, two bathroom spacious apartment with beautiful decor. it had running hot water which was great, the bed was comfortable, and it had a fan and aircon - we felt right at home and my son loved all the open space and access to the pool. we would definitely book again when staying in accra. thank you for your hospitality.

definitely felt like home beautiful clean crisp space, classy white walls very spacious modern luxury minimalist feel. great building safe quiet peaceful of course local vibrant community. quick easy access for transportation and quick easy walk to things. The steps were simple and great if you'd like a little exercise. easy to find and quick walk to what you need. great host and team helpful and accommodating. beautiful windows for a great breeze or great view. nice layout love the first world services like hot water two huge movie TVs and Netflix and nice comfortable sofa and beautiful glass dinning table. 11 min Resort nearby for great breakfast and pool Beach to stroll, everything close enough. roomy shower room. Best stay. Breath of fresh air. Good 1.

Really good stay when I needed to be closer to the city during my trip to Ghana. The caretaker Linda was very helpful during check in and whenever I had issues with the unit! Right in the heart of the city and a closer walk or drive to different restaurants and attractions!

Grayson Court is a wonderful home base for visiting Accra. The home is large, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. Mr Perkins, the caretaker on the property, is super friendly and extremely attentive! I stayed here for a work trip, and the team enjoyed it so much we came back the next year for a second stay. It is a great, private, safe home base, within walking distance of Oxford Street. The rooms are large and comfortable, with AC in each room. Mr. Perkins always makes sure the electricity and internet are topped up and that you're comfortable, and if we ever needed recommendations, he was quick to help out. He would even run errands for us if we needed him to! Clare is a wonderful host. Even with the time zone change she is extremely attentive and quick to respond. On my second trip our travel dates changed after booking the reservation, but she was very accommodating with the change. Grayson Court will be my home away from home every time!

Came to Ghana for a combination of connecting with historical sociocultural experiences across the African Diaspora and Detty December celebrations. This was a good place to stay for that. Getting to the beach/other areas 12-15 minutes Uber/Bolt. Eric’s place was exactly how it was described in my opinion. Eric was a great host, very responsive and extremely nice. Hospitality was top tier.

Great place to stay with a very helpful host

It was amazing, the host was so lovely and caring . We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was intact!! No distractions, very clean and comfy. We highly recommend this to anyone who likes a peaceful and comfy environment! We will surely make it there Again.

Lady Jennifer was a nice host and she gave us a free ride to and fro from the airport. She was available and showed us around the neighborhood. I recommend

If you are coming in from Accra, don't let Google Maps tempt you to turn off the main road before AGONA CIRCLE, or you may get stuck in the mud! Once in Busua (where the house is, not Dixcove which is also a must see), the venue is well-hidden with no signage, so call ahead to have someone meet you. We experienced this house the best way as a group of coaches taking young male basketball players on an adventure retreat from Accra. It was the perfect setting. We set up a treasure hunt in the garden, organised a kite making and flying competition on the beach (minutes away), and topped it off with a bonding session around a bonfire! The kitchen is a bit small and, like the stairs going to the top, is not for tall people (low ceilings). In the living area, better lighting would help as there is a rock in the floor, and more sockets as people, even on a retreat, need to plug stuff in. Daniel, the caretaker, was very helpful. The locality is picturesque and the people are very friendly!

From the booking process to our ultimate stay, Nana was so accommodating, generous and kind to me and my guests. The home caretaker, Mr. Adjei was so responsive and helpful. The home itself is BEAUTIFUL and in a new and growing development in Tse Addo (right next to Airport Hills and Burma Camp), that is safe/secure. The house is 10-15 minutes from central Accra, so if you’re here to have access to neighborhoods like Osu, Labone or Cantonments (where a lot of nightlife and restaurants are located) or to the beach (Labadi, for example), it is all closeby. Nana was also helpful in securing a car and driver for the duration of our stay. Don’t look any further! Just book!

I came for the views, but enjoyed a lot more from the space. It's the middle of Osu, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle that it was quiet. Construction next door made daytime noises, but it didn't hamper my trip much as I was there for work.

This place was very comfortable and easy to settle down in… we are familiar with the area, and will definitely be back!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly helpful and attentive; any time a question or issue came up, they were quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Also, they were generally helpful with other things and information outside of the Airbnb! It really made the experience feel smooth and welcoming. The only downside for me was the location—it was a bit farther than I expected from the places I wanted to visit, but overall, the hospitality and quality of the stay definitely made up for it.

William is an outstanding host who is incredibly kind and responsive. The place was wonderful. Do be aware that it’s in Nima, a neighborhood of Accra that is unfortunately not as developed as others. This takes nothing away from William’s place, that is absolutely marvelous.

Felix and Mavis's place is great, very cozy and comfortable, in a very strategic position in the centre of the city. They were very kind and reactive before and after my arrival. I really had a great stay and I'm sure I'll be back soon!
