Lovely apartment in the heart of Norwich. Clean and well maintained.

Chalet is fantastic – highly recommended! The chalet is the perfect size for four people – we were a group of three this time, so it felt especially spacious. The site is peaceful, with friendly and quiet neighbours, which made for a very relaxing stay. The marina is just a two-minute walk away and is absolutely beautiful. There are plenty of beaches within a short drive, and a great selection of restaurants all within easy walking distance. Dennis is a fantastic host – warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

This place is amazing. The apartment is cosy, the space is big and the bathroom and kitchen is beautiful. Perfect space and quiet. It’s private as well. It’s right opposite the sea. Right next to food places. About a 20 minutes drive to Great Yarmouth and 10 minutes to Africa Alive so was a perfect spot. There was lots of street parking directly outside the place. We absolutely loved our stay and Jane responded to our queries super quick. Would definitely be back and recommend to others.

Really enjoyed our stay fantastic location for us and the apartment was really clean and well stocked. Host was really helpful and communicated well throughout Apartment has pretty much everything you could need we loved the ice machine as it was scorchio probably could have done with fans for the bedroom although there is one Dyson fan for the apartment. A lovely apartment, approx 5 minutes walk into the centre of Cromer. The apartment was very spacious, bigger than I expected and spotlessly clean. Lovely welcome pack including pastries, Buck’s Fizz, milk , fruit etc. It has quality furnishings and is extremely well equipped with everything you might need. Super American style fridge freezer in the large kitchen/diner and a lovely comfy king size bed in the large bedroom. Jean was very responsive and on hand if needed. This was definitely one of the best apartments I have stayed in, I will definitely stay again if in the area. Highly recommended. Thank you Jean.

Great stay Jamie is an amazing host

We loved our stay at Pier Avenue, flat was in a great location, walking distance to southwold pier and town. Flat itself was spacious and clean, modern facilities. Only criticism was the advert was for a 3 bed but only 2 bedrooms made available. This was in the description but I missed it.

My wife and I had wanted to explore Norwich and the surrounding areas, so we booked a week in 15 Clarendon Road. Not only was it extremely well appointed and felt like 'home from home' from the outset, but all communication, both with the agent, Swift, and directly with the owner, Andrew, was pleasant, friendly and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly look to book Clarendon Road again when staying in Norwich.

Great comfortable apartment in a fantastic location. Perfect for a weekend for two in southwold.

I needed someone to relax in peace and quiet to write. I couldn’t have picked a more perfect location. With a lovely view of my own private little garden with mature trees and in the quietest little hamlet just south of Aylsham, 30 mins drive from Norwich. The first day I went for a little evening walk by the river, or rather a kind of small river delta with little meter wide channels wending across a grassy plain, and saw a swan gliding along the water at sunset. The usual supermarkets and other shops in Aylsham and a mini M&S minutes away at a Shell garage on the A140. The Burgh valley railway is close by but as it’s a little miniature steam train this can only add to the ambience with a gentle toot-tooting every now and then. Kate and her partner Simon were the perfect hosts. 10/10.

Great apartment in a cracking location

We had a fantastic time here! The apartment is really wonderful - very spacious, bright and airy and spotlessly clean - and a place that we would love to return to some time. The communal gardens are very nice too, along with the surrounding villages, a delightful part of Norfolk.

This is a true 5 star place! If you are looking to stay in the heart of Norwich, this is the perfect place. You can tell the owner takes pride in this home as it is well-maintained and in excellent condition. It is a tri-level home which has so much charm and character. We loved the spacious living room, very clean kitchen, large master bedroom, and bunk beds for the kids. Everything was as described and shown in the pictures, only better. Finally, Paolo was a great host and was very responsive, gave great check-in instructions, and was very friendly. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Great hosts lovely place slept brilliant verycomfy bed all you need there jacuzzi was awesome.

We had a fabulous stay at Lime Tree lodge! So nice to enjoy the hot tub in the evening and relax. Very peaceful and comfortable. Thank you!

This property was very clean throughout. Overall a very well thought out home with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those weekend cooking great food with family and friends. With both a comfortable snug around the log burner downstairs and a lovely airy sitting room upstairs with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, there’s plenty of space to enjoy your time here. A notable mention to how comfortable the beds were at Pelican Lodge. It has gated, off road parking for 2 cars, while the rear garden is secure so you can let the dog roam worry free. The wood fired hot tub and kamado bbq completed what we thought was a brilliant home for the weekend. Would 100% recommend.
