What an amazing Cabin!! Perfect for a quiet getaway and located within reach of numerous Wine tasting options. We will definitely be returning.

Christine's place is super clean, beautifully decorated and has every creature comfort that you can imagine. I would highly recommend Christine's accommodation.

Definitely one of the best AirBnB we have stayed at. Judy and Bruce were welcoming, helpful and friendly, even allowing us to check in an hour early (after a very early start for an early flight). Corona cottage is delightful and has everything you could need for a relaxing weekend. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was rather squeaky, but comfortable according to our adult son who slept on it, and the queen bed was very comfortable. The grounds are perfectly maintained and the pool looked lovely (although we did not get to use it due to rainy weather). A nice touch was the fresh fruit bowl and continental breakfast supplied. Overall, an amazing place for our family to relax and unwind, I highly recommend it if you are visiting the area.

It is an absolute fantastic place. Very peaceful with great views. Feels like heaven on earth. The inside of the house is very clean, spacious and has everything that you would need. Bev is a very nice and friendly host and it was an absolute delight talking to her. My husband and I and also our two dogs loved it so much that we will definitely come back here whenever we can. It was one of the best places that we have been to. From the check in until it was time to leave everything was perfect. We would highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone. I guess the the only part that we didn't like was leaving 😞. Many thanks Bev until next time 😊

Excellent weekend get away for a family. We stayed with our 2.5 year old and 3 months old and had a wonderful, peaceful family get away. Philip was super helpful and made sure we had everything required, especially for the kiddies. Scrumpy offers something for everyone: warm and peaceful nights in front of the fireplace with a glass of wine, as well as perfectly equipped kitchen for cooking; and games, activities and a wonderful garden to run for kids. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return for a winter family get away.

The house was very clean and fresh, super cozy and homely. Corinne went above and beyond to accommodate us, even down to leaving us groceries that suited our family to make breakfast and snacks. She also gave us a run down of the area and things to do and see. We will definitely aim to stay here next time we’re visiting.

The cottage was a peaceful and relaxing , Annie’s little cottage has a old fashion style setting it reminded my mother of the house she grew up in with the lay out and the antique boiler in the laundry still there as part of the houses attraction. there was 7 of us who booked the house and all agreed it has a most unique quality about it . It has no dishwasher so it was old school which was great do t need modern coms when you visit little country cottages like this one … Annie also supplied us with some basic staples in the kitchen and also made a really awesome slice … overall really happy with this stay … the price is worth the peace and quiet and hope to be back one day …

We absolutely loved staying in Judy's Green Barn - beautiful and peaceful surroundings within the bush. Judy and John are very friendly and hospitable and were a wealth of information about the area and their lifestyle. The kids loved feeding the chickens, patting the horse and playing with the dogs - it was a welcome break from city life / technology (although the barn does have WiFi). The barn is very comfortably setup with kitchen supplies, board games and books. Judy's description is very accurate so you will have a great time (as long as you are fine with an outdoor compostable toilet - which was clean and remarkably odourless). There are lot of options for things to do in the area - beaches (near both Blueys Beach and Seal Rock), lakes, snorkeling, bush walking and cafes.

A beautiful farmhouse and perfect for our weekend away for 7 people. The farmhouse was clean and beautifully furnished we didn’t want to leave. It was lovely waking up to the sound of birds and looking out to all the cows and a little kangaroo family that was also there for the weekend. We would love to come back and stay for longer.

It’s a fantastic stay. Beautiful Lakehouse. Great for a family of 4. Got plenty to do at the premises, sauna by the lakeside, kayaking at Cooma Bay and cooking in the beautiful kitchen with the freshly picked vegetables from the garden. Also, there are two lovely doggies, Matilda and Bella checked us in and out. Amazing host!

Rod and Taryn are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Describing everything they do on the farm and open to any questions. Absolutely worth the stay, our only problem was that it wasn’t for longer!

Gorgeous property with ample room and beds to cater to our group. Hosts were always on hand for any additional questions. Property had a gorgeous fireplace which was just lovely to cosy around in the evening with a glass of wine. Looking forward to staying again!

Turtle crossing, what a beautiful serene place. We got to enjoy this charming property right after the recent heavy rains to the Mid Coast, and we were very close to cancelling, but we were oh so happy that we committed to our trip, and got the opportunity to explore this beautiful part of NSW. In the rain, in the clouds, in the fog, or in the sun, this property shines bright. There is so much to enjoy about the open space in the living areas as was in the gorgeous surrounding landscape. Very secluded setting with everything is provided. A fully stacked kitchen, generous amount of bedrooms & beds and endless games & activities makes this suitable for all families or groups wanting to escape from the hustle and bustle of normal life. Jenni & Clive are amazing hosts, and I can’t praise either of them enough for their generosity and friendliness in the buildup, during and after our stay. We will be back

We had a wonderful stay at Martin’s place! Martin was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Unfortunately, we were involved in an accident and suddenly found ourselves without a car. Martin went above and beyond by offering us his spare car to use — an incredibly generous gesture, even though we didn’t end up needing it. He was also very responsive and proactive in communication, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. He even gave us food to feed the animals, which was such a thoughtful touch. The house was well-stocked with snacks, pancake mix, and all the essentials you’d need to cook at home — it really felt like a home away from home. We loved our stay and are so grateful for Martin’s hospitality. Highly recommend!!!

We ware a family of 8 . We stayed at Marks farm stay end if may/ June weekend. The property was large and we loved exploring the many areas surrounding the house. Our three dogs and grandson loved the space . The fences and gates around the farm allowed them to roam free safely. The house was generously sized and well furnished. The house was clean and the beds were warm and comfortable. There was plenty of of hot water for all of our showers The kitchen was well equipped . The washing machine and dryer were well used . We were able to visit the town and also enjoy one of the many bush walks . Our whole family enjoyed our stay and would recommend marks farm stay. Michelle, Rob and family.

Our stay at Rustys was the perfect weekend getaway to unwind and relax as a couple. There has been a lot of attention to detail put in to give it a rustic feel. It had everything we needed. David was extremely helpful and prompt in replacing the lighter for the firepit when it had run out. We also enjoyed meeting the animals and learning more about the goats and donkey. Our one recommendation is to use Google maps instead of Apple maps to find the property. Once we arrived (thanks to our maps change) getting to Rusty was a breeze.

Beautiful property. Loved the nest! Lots of lovely walks and different places to unwind on the property itself. Waking up to all the birdsong was glorious. We had a really lovely relaxing stay - thank you very much Christine.

Great place and location for a group base to explore the Hunter valley. Relaxing and easy to stay. Good amenities and well appointed house.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Barefoot at Broke over the long weekend. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable and felt extremely spacious for the 5 of us, plus our family dog. Located in Broke, the property feels private and secluded, yet only a short drive away from some amazing wineries. Steve and Jen were also very responsive hosts, answering all our questions promptly and providing clear instructions for check in/ out. We would highly recommend Barefoot at Broke for a small group getaway - we had an amazing time!

Thank you Susan! My mum, sister and I had the most wonderful stay in the Hunter Valley. The cottage is private, peaceful and surrounded by beautiful vineyard landscape. Susan & her husband even let us ‘forage’ for passionfruits for our breakfast in their lovely cottage garden too. Couldn’t recommend the stay more for those looking for an authentic countryside escape. Thank you Susan! Xx

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, property was in immaculate condition. Kitchen was stocked better than any place I have stayed before with just about everything you could need - don't even have to wash your own dishes if you don't want to (just put them in the washing machine). The views from the property were great, amazing birdlife and even Wallabies/Kangaroos in paddock nearby, sensational ! Weather was pretty cold at night so it was awesome that the lounge room had a lovely wood fire 🔥, with plenty of chopped wood stacked around the property. We were at Wollombi for our son's wedding and everything went very well, staying at such a picturesque accomodation became part of amazing memories for this big event in our lives.

My friends & I booked Jenny’s place last minute solely based on all of her previous reviews and we were not disappointed at all! We got unlucky with some rain on our second day, but upon arrival we enjoyed helping Jenny feed the ducks, chickens & horses. She was an amazing host & left us the yummiest silky chicken eggs. We spoke about her journey in acquiring the many Arabian horses she had on her farm and wished we were able to do the farm tour if weather had permitted. I am definitely looking to come stay here again very soon!

We had a very peaceful stay at Terry and Kelly's place in Congewai. The accommodation met all of our expectations, and had many thoughtful touches like fresh eggs every morning from Terry and Kelly's chickens! The surroundings were absolutely beautiful and quiet, with a bush walk trail nearby. Would highly recommend to others looking for a city escape.
