The host Kerrie, well there is 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, beyond and above making my stay fantastic ….. you won’t go wrong here. You even have a car space.. I will definitely return. Thank you Kerrie..

Kay was very helpful - she picked us up from the airport and took time to show us around the apartment. The apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, handy for everything you need. There is a tour desk downstairs where you can book your activities. Overall, highly recommended.

Lively setting, spotlessly clean!

The spaciousness of this place was pleasantly surprising - much bigger than it looks from the outside. Extra touches to the decor made it very pleasant - light touches of orange seemed to suite this 70's build structure which has a very nicely updated interior. We were very comfortable for our 5 day stay and would stay there again. The food from the onsite Italian restaurant was a bonus! Short walk to the beach to watch the sunrise or sunset was an extra bonus. A few other nice restaurants were also in walking distance.

Claire’s place is stunning and creates a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere and is the perfect escape after a busy day. Claire met with me when I arrived (offered an early check in since the apartment was ready) and took me through which was a lovely way to get to know the accommodation.

I really enjoying staying here! Super close to the marina for boat excursions and easy walk to the lagoostaI would stay here again!

This is our second (or third!) stay at John and Maria’s on The Strand, and it definitely won’t be our last. Every time we visit, we’re reminded of just how peaceful and relaxing it is — it’s hard to beat the beautiful view. The location is perfect, and you can really unwind and soak it all in. John and Maria are wonderful hosts, and everything is always clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a serene getaway with stunning scenery.

We spent 7 beautiful place in Kim’s home. We were so close to town and activities down at the marina. The home was spotless and beautiful. It felt like home. So much space for everyone and activities for all ages. The pool was magical over looking the marina and the water. Kim accommodated for us with our baby so well providing services to ensure our little one was looked after. We had an amazing time and will be back for sure!!!

Staying at Butterfly bend was just amazing. Waking up in the middle of the rainforest is an amazing experience and so different to our usual city life. The creek at the bottom of the house was a great spot for the kids to explore a different part of the Daintree. Em was very helpful with local tips and experiences. We loved our stay.

Coconuts 🌴 was the best family escape!. Private direct access to the beach!! Heaps of board games for game night, pool to relax after hot days at the beach, beautiful comfy lounge for movie time, tvs in the rooms! The house is amazing all you need for a holiday!

Beautiful location on the lake. Definitely a place set up for large families or even multiple families to stay. Probably a bit of overkill for just two friends but, it was a great stay. Lots of amenities and activities.

We stayed here for nearly a week, was quiet, basically on the beach, was an old beach house type of house, which made it feel more at home (Not worried about damaging the perfect home and gardens type of house) also allowed our very Large German Sheppard - Rex to stay and was fenced all around, with large deck also being able to be closed off,(The photos of house don't show it, but there is a gate on the deck to the stairs going down) so we didn't have to leave Rex in the yard worried if someone decided to open the main gate in the driveway and him being able to get out (a worry when you are 600kms from home and he doesn't know the area), enjoyed the peaceful settling and the views to the beach and islands and yes we did use the bath on the deck (at night) , maybe the only issue i could see what be some type of privacy screen for the bath on the deck would be good, enjoyable place, if I go to Yeppoon again, would use again if Meg would have us

What a little gem. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The bedding was extremely comfortable. The house is in a great location and a lovely deck overlooking the bay to enjoy. It’s an easy walk to the local little store, clubhouse and palms restaurant. The beach is perfect to walk. All in all, this little gem is wonderful and I’ll definitely recommend to anyone, and will be staying there again. Thanks Shane & Tracey

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house on the lake at Tinaroo. The property is spacious, clean, and incredibly well-equipped—with multiple living areas, a billiard table, indoor and outdoor firepits, and so many thoughtful touches like kids’ games and a canoe for exploring the water. The views over the lake are absolutely stunning, and the outdoor seating areas are perfect for relaxing and soaking it all in. We stayed for a work event and really appreciated the chance to unwind here after the busy FNQ Field Days. The house was comfortable, peaceful, and had everything we needed. The host was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and checked in regularly to make sure we were comfortable. Whether you're looking to relax by the fire, paddle on the lake, or use it as a base to explore the Atherton Tablelands, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!

Old school airBnB. Lived in space, had everything we needed. We were close to amazing restaurants (We highly recommend ‘A Touch of Salt’ superb 5⭐️ dining), the Cowboys Stadium & Townsville nightlife. Anthony’s place has a large balcony with a beautiful view of Castle Hill & the River/ Yacht Club. Whilst it was easy to access the building, it was still very secure (parking and accommodation) we would definitely stay here again! Thank you Anthony. Just a note for elderly visitors, both bathrooms (ensuite + main ) have over bath showers (quite a step up and into the bath - my 80 yo in-laws managed, but just an FYI for those of you wanting to stay with elderly family).🙏🏻

A sprawling home with great views. Kitchen was fabulous. The bedrooms and bathrooms were top notch. The patio area had comfortable seating. Even though the place is a part of a small group of apartments, it felt totally private. Covered car park was a bonus. Hosts are super responsive and helpful. One reaches the place through two flights of narrow stairs. It may be difficult to carry large luggage or if you have mobility issues. Otherwise this is a dream vacation home

Marc’s place is located few blocks from town and across the road from the Cairns esplanade. If you have children, there’s a world class skateboard park, beach volleyball and Muddies water playground is a short walk. The accommodation is very homely with an equipped kitchen, balconies front and back with a comfortable lounge room. I was very surprised at the affordability of the accommodations so close to peak season and wouldn’t hesitate to book Marc’s accomodation again.

Janelle was an amazing host, the place was absolutely amazing and we had a wonderful holiday. She made sure we were looked after and after we forgot to leave a set of keys still tried to be helpful and assist us. Thank you Janelle

We traveled to Cairns for a family vacation! Christine’s place was top notch in terms of location and surroundings with very happening cafes & restaurants just around the corner. Moreover, we spent 2 days just enjoying the property with great ocean views and coffee ! Pool & tennis lawn added more entertainment! This relaxed city & the property has given our family a core travel memory! Highly recommend this property a great family vacation living experience !

Andrew’s apartment is amazing, and a great find. It is furnished modern and extremely clean, and has lots thoughtful extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. Any communications we had with Andrew were responded by him promptly. The location is quiet, yet very close to amenities. We would highly recommend this property, and certainly will look to rebook when we are back in Cairns.

We enjoyed the apartment being right at the marina. There was everything we might have needed provided in the apartment. Situated only a short walk away from the Main Street of Airlie, but far enough away from the noise and bustle of the town. Pool was great for small kids and adults. We would love to come back again.
