Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Graz-Umgebung District

We enjoyed our stay and relaxed. What an amazing house this is to stay in. From the jacuzzie there is a great view.

The house is very comfortable, nice atmosphere. The location is great, with great views into the distance. Well-equipped kitchen, we liked the old-fashioned style very much. The steep staircase to the bedrooms is not for people with limited mobility. There are guides, books, games, a ukulele… bad weather program is provided. When it's cold, you have to heat up the nice oven. Generally nicely decorated.

We had a great summer vacation. It had everything we needed. Very friendly hosts with good tips such as swimming lake or gorge.

We had wonderful holidays in this very special house! Everything is decorated with an incredible amount of love and taste! Every little detail fits perfectly into the overall concept. It's totally cozy and just lovely! We felt incredibly comfortable from the first moment. Communication with Herman was very warm, quick and straightforward. He was always approachable and responded extremely quickly. Outside you can't decide which seat to use because they're all so great. The view and the air are fantastic. Hiking trails start directly from the house and you can also do a lot nearby. The village is cozy and our daughters loved the freely accessible fire pond converted by the villagers into a swimming pool. In short: an accommodation cannot be better!!!! We are glad that we were able to spend our vacation here and would very much like to come back again!

We felt completely comfortable in this very very cozy old farmhouse. There's nothing there isn't in this nice place, it's like being at home. Our 2 dogs Nelly and coffee also had a lot of fun this weekend. The beautiful large meadow where they could run freely was a dream - a paradise in the countryside . The eggs from your chickens tasted very good. The chicken coop with its chickens and the beautiful rooster - simply magnificent. Thank you for the warm welcome . It was a very nice weekend and we will be happy to come back.

Very cozy, well-kept house for a few relaxing days. Very nice terrace for breakfast and sunbathing next to red deer enclosure, balcony with great views of the countryside. Very quiet location. Straightforward communication with very friendly host.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is really very central. The road where it is located is not so busy. We had always found a parking spot nearby. We didn't hear about traffic in the apartment. It was very quiet in the attic apartment. The key handover was uncomplicated via the very nice, helpful neighbors. It is a cozy townhouse with high rooms, partly exposed half-timbered and some creaky floor suitable for the age of the house. We particularly liked the bathroom. It's special to take a shower in an old sitting bath. It takes a moment to "mix" the right water temperature. But I thoroughly enjoyed it. The view from the small skylight falls directly into the sky. Simply cozy : ) Thank you for the hospitality. We felt very comfortable in this cozy city apartment in ❤ Graz

Apartment is close to the city center. Balcony was very pleasant with views of greenery. Very warm and friendly hosts. Own parking space, but with a narrow driveway. Freezer not in operation. Overall a wonderful 9 day stay in Graz with Heinz and Gertraud! We felt very comfortable.

We girls came here from busy Vienna for the weekend to relax and rest by the pool, and this place turned out to be a true oasis of calm. The apartment was incredibly clean, and in the bathroom every detail was thought of – the care of the hosts was immediately noticeable. We were greeted and said goodbye so warmly that we immediately felt at home. Our weekend flew by, and honestly, we felt like we had a whole week's vacation. Pleasant atmosphere, comfort and coziness – everything was perfect. Thank you for the wonderful welcome! If you are looking for a place to relax and recharge, the two-hour drive from Vienna is definitely worth it. Absolutely recommended! Thanks Christian & Harald

This place was "at home" for me. It was from the beginning - I can't describe a feeling of well-being. 🙏💖 I have rarely experienced the hospitality, the helpfulness and I travel a lot. Often I enjoyed the sun "through the windows", outside it was cold and downstairs in Graz was fog, which was really a gift. The terrace is certainly a dream in summer and I can't believe the 6 weeks went by so quickly. I felt 100% comfortable. There could be a small improvement. This is the pressure in the shower. I have grid flakes and it was a challenge to wash the hair. With normal hair certainly no problem, but with grid flakes - lengthy. :-) For those looking for peace, who want to enjoy nature, this is the perfect place. You can walk into town about 30-45 minutes depending on how fast/slow you walk. Back up the mountain, so a bit of "stamina" right away. THANKS for everything🙏🍀💞
