Super cozy environment, great location and extremely spacious. Unfortunately, we had a weekend with a lot of rain, so we couldn't enjoy the outdoor area (leisure area). But, Karina is always very solicitous, very polite, her apartment is very organized and I would definitely come back!

The property is located at the top of the Serra do Maroto in Gravatá, further away from the center, which allows you to enjoy the stay with more peace and tranquility to enjoy nature. Easy access by highway, followed by almost all paved stretch. Check-in was simple and the host was available to answer any questions. The apartment was a charm apart. Cozy and comfortable, all very clean and tidy, hot water in the showers, furniture and regional decor elements, super complete bed, table and bath utensils and high speed internet. The garage is very close to the unit. The condominium has a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, playground, court and an incredible view of the city. The checkout was equally smooth and easy. We'll definitely be back on site!

The Apartment is wonderful, just the same and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, check in and check out without bureaucracy, super friendly staff, the location is good, trades, markets, bars and pharmacies very close! Fábio answers all questions quickly! We love our stay in the city of Forró, we will come back more often for sure!.

The house is excellent, as is the condominium. It had several utensils, spacious, cozy rooms. We were very well received, and there was not a single negative item. We hope to return soon.

Organized house, good accommodation, clean house and good location, great!

The weekend at Carlos' house was excellent! Everything is very beautiful, organized, and clean! The fully equipped kitchen allowed me and my group to cook every day without problems. The outdoor area of the house is beautiful, perfect for a weekend with family or friends, whether it's a barbecue with a pool, or a night of games with pasta, at the giant and well-ventilated table on the cold nights of Gravatá. I have no reservations, Carlos was very attentive, and Nado (the caretaker) was very kind and available to help with any problems we had, without disturbing our privacy.

We had a wonderful turn of the year at Karina's home. Quiet, safe condo. Cozy and complete house. It has a gourmet area that overlooks Serra making everything perfect. The house is very well located, away from the agitation at the same time close to the center which makes it very easy. Karina was super attentive. I loved the place and recommend it!

The house is great, big, exactly as in the photos, it has all the necessary kitchen items, 3 bathrooms, really otima house. Well located, Cristina is a lovely person, always available and requests. The condominium is wonderful, peaceful, exactly what you were looking for. I will definitely come back more times. All wonderful!

The house equipped with the necessary and was super clean. The condominium is also great, safe and with a family atmosphere that made us feel at home. Bismarque very attentive. Our stay was wonderful and we only have compliments to offer to host Laiana. The house is large, cozy and the leisure area is great for adults and children, especially the heated pool. We were very well received by Mr. Rivaldo, who took care that nothing was missing. The mountain view is a difference for those who want to rest and enjoy the landscape. We'll be back for sure!
