Cesar was a great host, the condominium is very cozy, everything is very clean, and there is even a mini market inside that facilitates some needs. The apartment is well organized and very comfortable, I liked it a lot and I recommend it, I will return other times. Ahh and it's very close to the Caruaru shopping center.

The stay in the apartment was great. New furniture, appliances and utensils. Very clean, cozy apartment, good beds. In addition to the apartment, the condominium is also very good. It has the convenience of the ground floor that sells, in addition to snacks, a very cold beer. Finally, I would like to commend the host Isabelly, who gave us her full attention.

We traveled to Caruaru on a weekend to visit the family and the apartment was perfect for what we needed. The space is exactly as advertised: clean, functional and well located. The host, Jerônimo, was attentive, always responded quickly, kindly and with a lot of flexibility. Check-in was simple and practical, which made our arrival much easier. We recommend the stay!

We chose the Iara flat to stay at Villa Hipica, sincerely it was the best cost-benefit. villa Hipica is simply wonderful for children who enjoy activities. I went with 3 children and my husband, the local staff is wonderful. There is programming on the holidays from 09h until 9pm. My children loved and consequently we TB. they were able to participate in all the activities of the site. With regards to hosting, everything was fine. The place had everything we needed, it was clean. The unforeseen events that occurred (the air was working) Iara promptly solved. always quickly to answer and solve. the only problem is that unfortunately (and this is not the fault of the host) this part of the flats was a horrible smell of feces, this because the lake was drying and the smell of organic matter was spreading.... We could not make use of the balcony or the pool in front of the flat, which did not prevent us from enjoying it, would return again!

It was simply perfect! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures – or even better. Super clean, organized and with an excellent structure. There are two rooms, and in addition to the main one (which is huge, with closet and super cozy), I used the second as a study space, since it has a great table for that – it was ideal for me. The kitchen is complete, with all the utensils and appliances I needed. The bathrooms are modern, spacious and very comfortable. The building is top: safe, well maintained and with an excellent gym, which we used a lot during the stay. The atmosphere of the apartment is extremely cozy, I felt at home from day one – which made all the difference in the experience. Another positive point was the hostess, super attentive and with quick responses, always available to help. And the neighborhood is super practical, with everything nearby: market right in front, bakery and other facilities just a short walk away. It was a wonderful stay, so good that I already made another reservation.

The house is extremely comfortable with all the structure to spend several days. Everything was very clean and organized. The condominium offers many leisure and contemplation options. We thank Roberto for his attention and kindness in the treatment. Oh, and we can't forget the welcome gift, which is really cool.

Quiet location, easy to find and well located.

Me and my family, we had a wonderful holiday. In addition to the condominium having the family environment (there are elderly residents) this brings peace of mind and not to mention the safety at the entrance. The host is super attentive and proactive, we had support from a person appointed by them for us to assist when necessary. This left me safe and smooth. Super indico saw😊

Joao was an excellent host, clear, and proactive in his communication. The place was beautiful, modern, clean, well equipped and with a beautiful view of the mountains. I’d definitely be happy staying there again or recommending this home.

I loved the stay ,when I arrived I did not locate and network and the mineral water was almost empty, but when I was able to speak to Relocation I was attended immediately, everything naeavi super recom, and I will certainly return several times The TV only picks globe and you tube, but it did not get in the way because in the face of so many activities at the hotel it was not necessary to use the TV.
