The house is located on a less busy road with 300 meters to the shopping center, which contains supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy and medical center. Close to the house is the area's best beach with free access to the jetty and playground. The garden of the house can be used for play and there is garden furniture in the associated patio. The larger towns of Sønderborg, Aabenraa and Flensburg can be found within 20 km.

Possibility to rent a baby cot or extra guest bed for children. Each apartment has its own terrace with evening sun and furniture. The farm is situated in beautiful rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and sandy beach as well as the island's best fishing waters. Location 7 km from Sønderborg center and only 1.5 km to the airport.
