Holiday rentals with a patio in Grassina

We’ve had a great experience! The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. The host was extremely welcoming and friendly – a warm person who was attentive to our needs and always available for any questions. The location is in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing, yet well connected to public transportation. There are also a few nearby restaurants where we enjoyed exceptional meals. I highly recommend this place! Thank you in the name of our family! The kids loved their surprises!

soggiorno in un ponte di aprile con due adulti e due bambini a seguito, nulla da dire per il comfort dell’appartamento, Donatella molto disponibile nelle comunicazioni e pronta a rispondere per qualsiasi problema. Per poter usufruire di qualche supermercato nelle vicinanze e per raggiungere il centro ma, dopo un giorno subito ci si abitua. la posizione è comunque ottima per la famiglia in quanto si gode della tranquillità del verde circostante. Nulla da dire, complimenti e ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Tammy and Eme were wonderful hosts. My wife and I booked for quite a long stay as part of a sabbatical in Italy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Casa al Poggio is in a quiet location, surrounded by spectacular countryside, between two small towns, each charming in its own way, and with easy access to both Florence and Siena. Tammy and Eme offered great recommendations regarding places to explore in the local area and a host of tips that helped us get the most out of our stay. We absolutely intend to return and stay with them again.

We had a wonderful stay at Daniele's and truly appreciated our host Teona who gave wonderful recommendations. The apartment is within walking distance of many restaurants/cafes in a local neighborhood, but if you are looking for the tourists areas, the walk is 20-30 mins. Lovely area.

Super modern and clean place , the communication was excellent, helping to us for anything we need it. The location is amazing just a block of the Duomo, the information and communication was amazing too, Thank you for helping us with the taxi, Thank you for the amenities , for the water and the bottle of delicious Proseco. For sure we recommend this place for any person. We will be returned for sure ! Marcela

L' appartamento è situato vicino alle Cascine, 5 Min a piedi dalla Tramvia per il Centro. É piccolo ma ha tutto per sentirsi bene e la posizione é ideale per visitare Firenze. Per noi poi perfetto per il Concerto alla Visarno Arena raggiungibile a piedi. il check era senza complicazioni e Marta molto disponibile a lasciarci fare anche il Checkout tardi, abbiamo apprezzato di non dover lasciare la appartamento subito alle 11.00 ma in pomeriggio...evitando così di stare in città al caldo visto che il nostro bus partiva la sera. Torneremo!

Great location. Being close to the train station means you can quickly drop your bags and start exploring. Apartment well decorated with beautiful kitchen and eating space. Walking distance to all the attractions.

Eleonora is a gracious and generous host. She replied to any concern or question promptly and was helpful in all matters. Her spacious apartment has a truly exquisite garden where I was able to unwind after a busy day in Florence. I spent a wonderful month at her place near Porta Romana, which is a charming part of Florence within 30 minutes walk or less than 10 minute bus ride to the center.

Die Wohnung lag für uns in einer sehr guten Entfernung zur Innenstadt, ruhig und doch nicht zu weit weg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe machten den Aufenthalt sehr einfach und angenehm. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und unkompliziert empfangen und wir haben tolle Tipps bekommen.

This place is so beautiful! After a crazy day in Florence it was nice to go back to this peaceful beauty. Laura and her family were so nice and helped us with any questions we had about the area. The house is big too so gave us a little space from the kids for a bit too lol

Niccolo a été un hôte parfait, j’ai profité de son logement pour une demande en fiançailles, l’endroit fut parfait pour l’occasion, Niccolo a été au petit soin pour m’aider à préparer l’événement. Je recommande à 100%, piscine rafraîchissante, infrastructures typique toscane, parfait.

How can we even put into words what an incredible experience this was! Antonella was kind and helpful, and her home is just stunning. She made us feel so at home even with our limited Italian. She prepared us a home cooked, four-course meal one night and it was absolutely delicious. She even gave us the leftovers so we could have them for breakfast the next day. The villa was breathtaking and in a perfect location to visit beautiful towns in Tuscany like Pienza, Montepulciano and San Gimignano. We especially loved the pool and visiting with the animals. This was a bucket list stay for us and worth every penny!

Korteri juurde viib kitsas ühesuunaline tee. Parkimine on võimalik umbes 500m eemal kirikuparklas, mis oli küllaltki mugav. Arvestada tuleb, et korteris on vaid üks voodi, kõik ülejäänud mahamiskohad on kas diivanid või välivoodi. Askukoht oli mugavalt nt Michelangelo väljaku vahetusläheduses, kust oli väga ilus vaade linnale.

Très bien situé. Belle terrasse qui mériterait un parasol pour pouvoir en profiter vraiment. L’appartement est très agréable.

I could not wait to write this review! AMAZING place to stay. We stayed at Silvia’s house for 2 nights with our 3 children, I wish we could have stayed longer. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warmth, respect and kindness. In fact, Kindness radiates from Silvia and her husband, both of them could not of been more lovely, their hospitality was charming and humbling. The home was traditional, yet cosy and comfortable the views are spectacular and our children of course were very happy in the amazing pool! We took a day trip to Florence which was 20 min drive, you can also reach by bus. If you choose to stay here you will feel like part of the family, Silvia had lots of lovely little gestures that go above and beyond, and Michael was always there for recommendations and to answer any questions. He even booked us a reservation at a local restaurant for the night we arrived, fabulous meal and place! We won’t forget this place. And we certainly won’t forget the hosts.

Lorenzo e Luca due ottimi Host super disponibili e accoglienti. Alloggio essenziale, comodo e pulito , parcheggio adiacente , fermata bus , bar tavola fredda, rosticceria, lavanderia self, sotto casa . A 15 minuti a piedi dal centro e dall' ippodromo per i concerti .

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! The location was perfect - walkable to everything in Florence. The host was very quick to respond and very polite. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, modern and great for a group of 6. It is a lot of stairs - this was actually a positive thing for us, as we needed a little exercise to burn off all of the pizza consumption haha. But be prepared that you will need to get your suitcases up / down the stairs. Overall we loved this spot and definitely would book it again!

Daniela's place in Florence was the perfect balance of a quiet neighborhood and being close to the city center. The apartment was comfortable and clean and was only a 2-3min walk to the tram that takes you right to the city center of Florence where all the iconic sights and food can be reached. The apartment also had had all the necessary amenities for a few nights stay. The laundry machine and drying rack were easily available and were a much appreciated amenity. There was also a lockable, enclosed one car garage reserved for the apartment that we left our car in during our stay. The neighborhood also felt very safe and quiet even at night. Daniela was a great host who was very responsive and friendly and helpful with everything we needed. If you find yourself looking for a place outside the busy city center to stay while in Florence I highly recommend Danielas place!

For those who want to be around the center of everything while retaining a peace of mind, I highly recommend Alessandra’s place. A few highlights: 1. Peace and quietness even in the middle of the happening: Florence is becoming a touristy place, but the place sits on the highest floor so you are removed from the noisy streets and overbearing crowds. Yes, you’ll have to walk up the stairs with luggage, but I think it’s totally worth it. 2. Local recommendation and genuine hospitality: Alessandra was super helpful with recommendations, helping us book a taxi on the day of our departure. She also accommodates our travel schedule 3. Unique place with personal touch: we loved the place, from decorations to amenities. Beyond sleeping and showing, we also enjoyed cooking light meals and sitting at the outdoor balcony in the early mornings to listen to the birds

Llaria’s place was amazing! She’s a lovely host and the view while having cocktails on the terrace was stunning! Would definitely stay here again!

This property is in a very good location. Easily walkable with bags from the train station. Take about 8 minutes. Very convenient to all of the sites. Excellent coffee and breakfast stop twenty feet away. Not a good place for people with mobility issues unless you can navigate the 21 stairs to the elevator. Place was very clean and the host was very responsive and got us in early. Over all an excellent stay!
