stay on an April bridge with two adults and two children in tow, nothing to say for the comfort of the apartment, Donatella is very available in communications and ready to respond for any problem. To be able to enjoy some supermarkets nearby and to reach the center but, after a day you get used to it right away. The location is still great for the family as you enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding greenery. Nothing to say, congratulations and we will definitely be back.

We’ve had a great experience! The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. The host was extremely welcoming and friendly – a warm person who was attentive to our needs and always available for any questions. The location is in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing, yet well connected to public transportation. There are also a few nearby restaurants where we enjoyed exceptional meals. I highly recommend this place! Thank you in the name of our family! The kids loved their surprises!

We had a wonderful stay at Daniele's and truly appreciated our host Teona who gave wonderful recommendations. The apartment is within walking distance of many restaurants/cafes in a local neighborhood, but if you are looking for the tourists areas, the walk is 20-30 mins. Lovely area.

Super modern and clean place , the communication was excellent, helping to us for anything we need it. The location is amazing just a block of the Duomo, the information and communication was amazing too, Thank you for helping us with the taxi, Thank you for the amenities , for the water and the bottle of delicious Proseco. We stayed in Florence for a couple of days and really liked the apartment! The self check-in process was simple, and the apartment is located on the ground floor with a small private courtyard—perfect for evening tea or morning breakfast. It was clean and cozy, with everything you might need, from hand soap to laundry detergent. Highly recommended!

The apartment is located near the Cascine, 5 minutes' walk from the Tramway to the Center. It is small but has everything to feel good and the location is ideal for visiting Florence. For us, it was also perfect for the Concert at the Visarno Arena, which is within walking distance. The check-in was uncomplicated and Marta was very helpful in letting us do the late Checkout, we appreciated not having to leave the apartment immediately at 11.00 a.m. but in the afternoon...thus avoiding being in the city in the heat since our bus left in the evening. We'll be back!

Great location. Being close to the train station means you can quickly drop your bags and start exploring. Apartment well decorated with beautiful kitchen and eating space. Walking distance to all the attractions.

Eleonora is a gracious and generous host. She replied to any concern or question promptly and was helpful in all matters. Her spacious apartment has a truly exquisite garden where I was able to unwind after a busy day in Florence. I spent a wonderful month at her place near Porta Romana, which is a charming part of Florence within 30 minutes walk or less than 10 minute bus ride to the center.

The apartment was for us in a very good distance to downtown, quiet and yet not too far away. Shopping and restaurants nearby made the stay very easy and enjoyable. We were received in a very friendly and uncomplicated manner and we got great tips.

This place is so beautiful! After a crazy day in Florence it was nice to go back to this peaceful beauty. Laura and her family were so nice and helped us with any questions we had about the area. The house is big too so gave us a little space from the kids for a bit too lol

Niccolo was a perfect host, I used his accommodation for an engagement proposal, the place was perfect for the occasion, Niccolo was very attentive in helping me prepare the event. I recommend it 100%, refreshing pool, typical Tuscan amenities, perfect.

How can we even put into words what an incredible experience this was! Antonella was kind and helpful, and her home is just stunning. She made us feel so at home even with our limited Italian. She prepared us a home cooked, four-course meal one night and it was absolutely delicious. She even gave us the leftovers so we could have them for breakfast the next day. The villa was breathtaking and in a perfect location to visit beautiful towns in Tuscany like Pienza, Montepulciano and San Gimignano. We especially loved the pool and visiting with the animals. This was a bucket list stay for us and worth every penny!

There is a narrow one-way road leading to the apartment. Parking is available about 500m away in the church parking, which was quite convenient. It should be taken into account that there is just one bed in the apartment, all the rest of the counters are either sofas or an outdoor bed. The place was conveniently located, e.g., in the immediate vicinity of Michelangelo Square, with a very beautiful view of the city.

Lorenzo and Luca are two excellent hosts, super helpful and welcoming. Essential accommodation, comfortable and clean, adjacent parking, bus stop, bar with cold buffet, rotisserie, self-service laundry, all close to the house. A 15-minute walk from the center and the racecourse for concerts.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! The location was perfect - walkable to everything in Florence. The host was very quick to respond and very polite. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, modern and great for a group of 6. It is a lot of stairs - this was actually a positive thing for us, as we needed a little exercise to burn off all of the pizza consumption haha. But be prepared that you will need to get your suitcases up / down the stairs. Overall we loved this spot and definitely would book it again!

Daniela's place in Florence was the perfect balance of a quiet neighborhood and being close to the city center. The apartment was comfortable and clean and was only a 2-3min walk to the tram that takes you right to the city center of Florence where all the iconic sights and food can be reached. The apartment also had had all the necessary amenities for a few nights stay. The laundry machine and drying rack were easily available and were a much appreciated amenity. There was also a lockable, enclosed one car garage reserved for the apartment that we left our car in during our stay. The neighborhood also felt very safe and quiet even at night. Daniela was a great host who was very responsive and friendly and helpful with everything we needed. If you find yourself looking for a place outside the busy city center to stay while in Florence I highly recommend Danielas place!

We cannot speak highly enough of Fabrizio’s accommodations. We made a last-minute booking after deciding to spend a few days in Florence during our journey to Rome. Fabrizio responded promptly and was able to arrange an early check-in for us on short notice. The apartment was spotless, and all amenities exceeded our expectations. Its location was ideal. Should we return to Florence, this would unquestionably be our preferred place to stay each time!

For those who want to be around the center of everything while retaining a peace of mind, I highly recommend Alessandra’s place. A few highlights: 1. Peace and quietness even in the middle of the happening: Florence is becoming a touristy place, but the place sits on the highest floor so you are removed from the noisy streets and overbearing crowds. Yes, you’ll have to walk up the stairs with luggage, but I think it’s totally worth it. 2. Local recommendation and genuine hospitality: Alessandra was super helpful with recommendations, helping us book a taxi on the day of our departure. She also accommodates our travel schedule 3. Unique place with personal touch: we loved the place, from decorations to amenities. Beyond sleeping and showing, we also enjoyed cooking light meals and sitting at the outdoor balcony in the early mornings to listen to the birds

Wonderful three night stay. Apartment very clean. All amenities washer dryer in great condition. Beds very comfortable. In walking distance to sights shopping and good restaurants. Surprised to find a kitchen stocked with water juice eggs salami bread cereal to get us started. Tomasso and Francesco very attentive. Responded immediately when we needed a taxi to train station.
