Sequoia A-frame Nirvana: Modern + Views + Hot Tub

MelissaRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Shilpee’s place was absolutely beautiful! My husband and I, along with our small dog, stayed for a 4-day getaway and loved every detail of the cabin. It was cozy, charming, and so thoughtfully put together. One of our favorite parts was relaxing in the hot tub at night, surrounded by peaceful nature sounds, it was the perfect way to unwind. Shilpee was also wonderful and very communicative throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely love to come back!💕

NATIVE AMERICAN RM /NR SEQUOIA PARK

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sunshine’s place! From the moment I arrived, her kindness and warm hospitality made me feel right at home. Sunshine is an exceptional host with fantastic communication. She was always quick to respond, thoughtful in her messages, and full of helpful local tips. The property itself is a beautiful, peaceful retreat nestled in nature. It’s secluded enough to feel like a true getaway, yet conveniently located, just a short drive to Kings Canyon and only about an hour and a half to iconic spots in Sequoia National Park like Moro Rock, the General Sherman Tree, and the Congress Trail. Whether you’re looking to unwind in nature or explore some of California’s most majestic national parks, this is the perfect spot. I left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already planning my next visit. Just remember to bring enough food, refill gas, and physical maps since there’s zero internet outside her house or in the park.

The Cottage - (near National Parks)

RosanaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The Cottage was exactly what I was looking for, for a quiet and peaceful getaway from the city. It had everything we needed to stay comfortable. The property was breathtaking; so full of life and beautiful plants/trees that were constantly being cared for by Rod. This was my first time traveling alone with my 10 month old and even though I was anxious at first, Rod and his friendly dogs made us feel so safe and welcomed. It was very comforting knowing the property was gated and protected by such loving dogs. There was much to see and do, I only wish we had more time there. Pine Flat Lake was beautiful and surprisingly quiet with very few people. My favorite part was the National Forests! If you’re trying to avoid too many people like I was I don’t recommend the visitors center; however, the rangers were very helpful in directing us to where we wanted to go. We will miss the cottage dearly but we will definitely be back (:

Glamping Sphere/Dome 1 15 minutes Kings/Sequoia NP

SarinaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I needed a quiet place to stay before a retreat in Sequoia, and this was perfect. Peaceful, surrounded by nature, and exactly what I needed to unplug. The bed was so comfortable I skipped my planned hike and napped until nightfall. The bathroom setup was great, which I really appreciated. Driving up in my Jeep was fun, but be aware the road is rocky; arrive during daylight if your car isn’t built for it. I checked out a restaurant nearby, but it was hosting karaoke and a bit too lively for me. Other dining options are about 20 minutes away. Mike and Di were super responsive, and the whole experience was absolutely worth it. Thank you!

Hideaway in nature near Sequoia & Kings Canyon NP

MandyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
David went above and beyond to create a wonderful stay for us! Everything was super clean and organized in the house, and the property itself is gorgeous and full of nature. We had fun exploring the property as well as the national park while we were here. Awesome to get in the hot tub after a long day of hiking at the park! Would definitely recommend for a nature getaway vacation.

Clingan's Junction Sweet Mountain Cabin

BrookeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Place was small, but comfortable and clean. The bed was cozy. It was small but had everything we needed after a day in the national parks. One thing to note is that there are very few places near this location. I didn’t get in until 8 or 9pm and there were literally no food options for 30 miles (not even an open gas station convenience store)

Family Retreat+Recreation Paradise Kings/Sequoia

Our stay at Liesl and Marcel’s place was so relaxing after a long flight the first day and a day at Sequoia the next! The house was very large and the master closet was big! It will accommodate a large family easily. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities which was great! Unfortunately we did not use everything the house has to offer but it is there for you. They also had pamphlets in the house about the history and general information about the National Parks and wildlife in the area which I thought was very interesting. Liesl and Marcel were wonderful hosts, quick response to our questions and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
