Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Grant County

The Cowboy Cottages house was lovely. It has a spacious homey feel. The kitchen had a full set of pans with matching lids. We used the house’s wood stove to keep it nice and warm. Randall was quick to answer my question before we visited. Definitely would stay again if we find ourselves in the area.

A nice restful place. The grandkids enjoyed our paddle boat. We saw lots of fish.

We've stayed here twice now. Clean and comfortable, great location for our activity, great support. A little expensive compared to other places around the area, but also nicer than those places. We'll be back.

Comfortable clean and very well appointed, Tawny’s house is a great home base for exploring the region. Quick walk to to downtown and across from Kam Wah Chung historic site. We felt at home.

This was a fantastic Airbnb. Karen was helpful and replied to all our questions quickly. The house had everything we needed, especially the kitchen. The shampoo/conditioner were a step up from what I've normally found. The beds were comfortable. Really nice place. It's very quiet. Fun bird watching from the front deck. Sheep Rock Unit and the John Day Fossil Beds Visitor Center are about 30 min away.

This home was a perfect location, in a neighborhood with running creek, walkable to downtown, and fairly quiet. Privacy was enjoyed on the deck, and she was very prompt to address an empty propane tank so we could bbq dinner! Comfy bed, hot shower & every amenity we needed.

This was the perfect place to stay during my daughter’s wedding weekend! The entire experience was more than I had expected, from the lovely decor… to the most comfortable bed … to the delicious breakfasts … to the most amazing host and hostess … oh, and can’t forget the view! That was just the icing on the cake! The property was a little hard to find but once there, I knew my way and I will definitely find my way back again for future visits! Worth every penny!
