Off Grid Guest Cabin at Guyon Springs

Cabin assisted camping on an organic homestead farm. Don’t miss our weekend breakfast! This cabin is in an accessible, yet removed parcel of our property, just 1 mile from the town of Dayville, Oregon. Kitchen and indoor off grid bathroom . Not recommended for cpap machines. Guests can use outside spring water as well as faucets in cabin, and there is a seasonal solar shower. Great views and solitude, close to the John Day Fossil beds Sheep Rock unit, and the South Fork of the John Day River.

Comfortable work desk in quiet space for business travel accomodations, with high speed WIFI. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook or grill outside in the yard. Coffee and tea on the house. Bedroom has a new queen bed, tv, blackout curtains for rest and privacy, closet, iron and board. Bathroom is newly renovated. Living room has a new 55” tv, and a sofa sleeper for more guests. Private entrance in the back with covered parking. Family, pet, and solo travel friendly. Close to skiing facility.

Glamping with a view, upper cabin

Glamping in a comfortable off grid cabin, with a pristine mountain view and peaceful privacy. AWD or 4x4 access only. There is a shared outhouse, shower house, picnic table, seating for stargazing and a fire pit (as allowed by fire season). This is a glamping experience, you will be among nature which will surround you from nearby turkeys, birds, deer, cattle and coyotes. These are dry cabins with no running water or power. No outlets for charging, the perfect place to disconnect.

Charming 1908 Craftsman on the Fish House Inn & RV Park grounds in central Dayville. This ground-floor home features 3 bedrooms (2 queen, 1 twin), 1 bath, kitchen, dining room, and living room with satellite TV. Original wood floors, pocket doors, and wallpaper add vintage charm. Wake Up to Wedding Cake! Stellar Cabin can be your private hideaway. Soak in the wood fired hot tub and gaze up at a blanket of stars. Cook a steak on the grill, make dinner in the fun cook shack and sit around and watch evening come. John Day Fossil Beds are close by. Hike Blue Basin, swim in the river or dig for fossils! We are out of range for most cell service, but it's close by. Wifi available at host house if needed! And pets are welcome!

There is an older rock patio to enjoy the evenings grilling and maybe a competitive game of mini corn hole. Dixie Creek Bungalows is located just a half a block from Historic downtown Prairie City. Walking distance from anything you may need while in town. We may not have a view but we have a great cozy environment inside and out for you to enjoy and relax in. Only 15 minutes from the Strawberries and John Day. A great spot when visiting the Painted Hills, Sumpter or just passing through to Joseph or Idaho.
