The Branson House was built between 1885-1890 by Irvin Love for his new bride Hettie Pearman and her two children. The house and Carriage House have been completely renovated. The carriage house was in extreme disrepair and the majority of the exterior brickwork was able to be preserved. The interior has been converted into 3 guest rooms with private attached bathrooms for each guest room. The foyer has a shared space with a small kitchenette and complimentary coffee bar. Indian Hills Hideaway Home

Welcome to your peaceful retreat! This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is on a dead-end road off of Indiana state road 9 and is perfect for families, featuring Wi-Fi, two TVs, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. The fenced backyard offers a safe space for kids and pets, complete with a firepit and grill for outdoor enjoyment. A garage provides easy parking, and the home uses treated well water with a softener. This cozy getaway has all you need for a memorable stay.

Nestled in Upland, close to Taylor University, Indiana Wesleyan, and Ball State, this is a convenient location to have a relaxing stay. The cottage has two bedrooms, one bath, a fully stocked kitchen, and indoor/outdoor space to gather. You are welcome to enjoy a campfire in the yard or sit on the porch and enjoy the sunset. This home is comfortable and stylish home with many amenities and is in an ultra-convenient location - a stone's throw from Indiana Wesleyan University, dining and shopping. Guests will love the open floor layout, full kitchen, high-speed internet, smart TV, and large beds with premium mattresses, pillows, and linens. You will feel right at home at Lindsay’s Landing. (Note: upon request, pets are welcome for a fee of $12/pet/night.)
