Our stay in Marzamemi was great! We could walk to both beautiful swimming beaches and great restaurants. Nevertheless, the surroundings are rather quiet, so we could relax here. We were able to reach Elisa & team at any time and received a lot of useful information.

The landlord will come to open the door and introduce the house in detail. You can park anywhere in the unmarked parking area. The main street is just down the stairs from the house. It is very convenient. The house is very big. There are two rooms with bathrooms. The roof is high and it is very cool in summer. There is a large terrace with a good view.

Awesome place in the heart of Ortigia. Great location to walk the town and explore, close enough to the Siracusa train station as well. Salvatore was so kind and gave us a bunch of recommendations at check in. Loved our time there.

We had the most beautiful time at this beach house and hope to come again one day! You can hear the sound of the ocean all the time, the interior is cosy and everything you need in the kitchen is there. The communication with Francesco was perfect. It‘s a gem.

Good location within walking distance to sites, shops and restaurants! Clean and modern. Nice view of marina from upstairs bedroom!! Marcello provided a great list of places to go to and see! Convenient parking nearby if you need it. When the construction out front ends, the walkway will be a welcome edition. Euros requested for the tourist tax so remember to have exact change.

Sebastiano was friendly and responded to us quickly with questions. He also helped us rent a car. The space was clean and nice. The area is very quiet and recommended for a relaxing holiday.

We had a great stay in Marina di Ragusa. Kitchen was equipped with the most necessary things, that was fine. The terrace was incredibly great with a fantastic view! Unfortunately, it was a very loud evening, as young people had a party in front of the apartment all night, but Alessandro and the apartment can do nothing about it and maybe that was just an exception, the rest of the nights it was very quiet, but think it is good to know that it can get louder during the school holidays. The beach was also very crowded on Sunday. Then we drove to a neighboring town to the beach, which was also fantastically beautiful.

We would like to thank Paolo for making us have a perfect stay. Paolo is a very kind host, the cleanliness of the accommodation is impeccable. I always dreamed of being able to live by the sea and the dream became a reality.... The road directions are perfect, the owners are super available, they gave us all the information about the house and how to manage the waste, where you can go to eat and shop. The house is a favor, for a couple it is perfect, clean and fragrant, excellent linens, kitchen and equipped with all appliances, washing machine included in the bathroom. Air conditioning,in a short time everything cools, USB outlets in all rooms, very useful if you forget the phone charger, gas sensor. In the garden we really enjoyed the gazebo for breakfasts and dinners at sunset,if you want to sunbathe without moving from home, in the garden there are comfortable armchairs, shower and umbrella. The garden is very nice and well-kept, it is a pleasure to sit and listen to the sea. Reserved and accessible car parking from the house, solar panels for hot water. VOTE 10

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

I loved this apartment! it is in a superb location, a block from the ocean and walkable to every site, every store and every restaurant. it was cozy and it was quiet. I would come back here again in an instant! Maria and her partner were very friendly, interested in ensuring I had a great stay, and very accommodating when I asked if I could leave my luggage a bit longer beyond checkout. She couldn't have been kinder in agreeing to this and she even offered to drive me to meet friends rather than have me pull my luggage through the streets. She went above and beyond! Given the spotlessness of the apartment, the amenities, the recommendations, and its proximity to all, this is an absolute gem!!

Just returned from a fantastic stay at Lucia's family home. Communication was fantastic from the start but this continued with a catch up to hand over the keys and a tour of her beautiful family home. There were notes left for swim spots, restaurants, must see activities plus a beautiful handwritten book on the island and some welcome goodies. The house itself was huge, with ample room for two adult children with us. Air con was a welcome with temperatures at mid thirty as was the huge outdoor terrace which was used daily. Th kitchen was well equipped with coffee machine, washing machine, lots of equipment. There were games and yoga mats, swim towels and everything you may need plus a selection of items if you had forgotten anything. We worked our way through most of Lucia's restaurant suggestions, all were fabulous. I swam at least twice a day in the crystal clear water 5 minutes from the house. The bus was easy from the airport and we also took the bus to Nato. Thank you Lucia.

Amazing location and incredible hosts. They picked us up from outside Ortigia as the location is in the limited traffic zone which means you’re unable to take your car in. Despite not speaking a lot of English, the host communicated everything we’d need via messages and offered a ton of recommendations for things to see and places to eat. They were incredibly generous and kind leaving us with a stocked fridge, welcome wine and offered extended checkout. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re visiting Ortigia

staying here is like being a local Ortagian we were greeted at our parking space by Enrico who is Majas man on the ground who took us down the street to the apartment so much better than having to find a key lock box the apartment is superbly equipped and stylish in a typical Italian fashion large lounge with views two bedrooms both on a par ditto for the bathrooms on the third floor there is also an amazing terrace ideal for the alfresco breakfast sunbathing and pre dinner sundowners this was one of the best airbandbs we know and we would like to return
