Great location! We were able to checkin early, as the house was clean/available prior to checkin. I had a mixup about my checkout time and Fritz was very understanding and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

If you want to stay at a peaceful place that will invite you to spend time unwinding on the front porch listening to the birds or making some s’mores in the back yard this is the place for you! A hidden gem for those that want to stay in a small town with a short drive to the big city!

Summer's place was great. Extremely clean, was in a great neighborhood, and accommodated us perfect!

Connor is a phenomenal host. My wife & I have stayed at Connor’s beautiful Airbnb home three times & have it booked at thanksgiving this year too. Connor’s house is spotless & extremely welcoming & comfortable. The neighborhood is active but peaceful & very safe. I can't say enough good things about my stay at the Little House. It was exactly how they described. Incredibly clean, which l was grateful. They had treats popcorn, chips, chocolates. Which l was incredibly grateful. I feel they were incredibly thoughtful.

Cozy home! Everything you might need for a home away from home. Fast communication and home is just as described in listing. Close to a park that we walked to and kids played!

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. I love everything about this place *very clean *actually has free parking (follow in check in instructions) *food near by *easily accessible *near downtown *dishes were provided *kitchen available *Tv provided in both living and bedroom *bed was clean and comfy * Towels were sufficient, fluffy, and clean, *really spacious better than a hotel if you ask me❣️

We loved our stay! It was a great place for a girls weekend and the backyard was the perfect little oasis.

The home was a lovely spot for the first reunion of my 3 children and their families, and we had a delightful stay. The kitchen is well equipped. The "movie room" is cozy. The bedrooms are all comfortable, and the master suite is rock-star ready. It only needs a new grill and a pool scoop. Enjoy your stay!

The house was cozy & comfortable, just enough room for us, nice furniture, clean bedding, plenty of pillows & blankets, private backyard, we felt safe, especially at night which was very comforting!! Very nice neighborhood, nice TV & surround sound! The pool was great, the showers were nice, easy to get to, Lee's Summit has just about everything you need so we never had to go far! Easy check in & out! Would recommend & we will probably be back in the future!

I had a great time staying here! The location is very convenient to the Plaza and to the rest of downtown KC. Parking was always available right outside of the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had all necessities needed for a week-long stay. Communication was great. I would gladly stay here again!

Esther's house was comfortable and had everything we needed. My husband and I stayed in the primary bedroom and the bed was incredibly comfortable, which is saying something as my husband doesn't always sleep well due to a past back surgery. Our golden loved the cool hard wood floors for sleeping, he seemed comfortable too and loved the backyard. We had fun playing card games and just relaxing. Plus, it was close to everything but still peaceful and quiet.

Loved our stay! It was clean, cozy and full of so many amenities. I pay attention to details and every box was checked! We will be back!

This place is exactly as it is listed. We were traveling for business in Kansas City but did not want the hustle and bustle of the city. Perfect distance, accessible to every activity and amenity you could want. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Great hosts! Proactive and responsive with communication.
