We had a great stay! The apartment is modern, clean and well equipped – with everything you need, including WiFi. The terrace overlooking the two lakes was particularly beautiful - ideal for relaxing at breakfast or dinner. The location is great: strategically perfect between Lake Como and Lake Lugano, the small Piano Lake is at your feet. The pool was also a highlight! The host was very friendly and helpful. We would come back anytime!

Very good value for the price! Really nice and clean, all essentail kitchen equipment is there. The view from the room is beautiful and peaceful, right at the lake. Perfect for taking walks with a doggy. The restaurant right next door is really good and stores are 2 minutes away with the car. Very good sound insulation, the building is next to a busy road but you cant hear anything from that or from the neighbors. EV charging in the area is fairly limited but not impossible. Checking in is seemless with the keycard in a lock-box. I can only recommend it!

It was a great choice to stay - not only Alessia is a great host - but also the place is perfect if you want to enjoy peaceful time and have walkable access to the centre. Please feels like home due to carefully selected amenities and materials used. Alessia is going an extra mile in being a host - she helps with arrival and departure, gives local tips that one would not know otherwise! Beautiful view on Pescallo bay, delicious fruits just next door! This was a perfect weekend gateway - thank you Alessia!

Perfect place in a private location! We felt like we were locals instantly. We could walk to the restaurants and regularly went on strolls. Additionally we could walk to the local shop. Would recommend Benedetta’s for a truly authentic Lake Como experience.

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

This was one of our favorite apartments yet. Magical!! Pros: the view was stunning. We are active and fit so we didn't mind the steep 10 minute walk up from town to the house. We took advantage of the outdoor table for dining and drinks. We took a half day off from taking the bus to other towns to sightsee, just to relax on the sun loungers in the private side yard. Cons: The listing indicated that cooking basics like olive oil and ground pepper would be there, but they were not. My daughter and I cook at least a few full meals at every Airbnb so this what frustrating for us, especially as we had already been to the grocery store and were starting to cook when we noticed:( Note: We did alert the host about the olive oil but he did not opt to provide us with any. Stefano was wonderful in every other way so this surprised us.

What a wonderful apartment. The pictures do not do it justice. The views of the lake, its close proximity to the town centre, Stefeno as a host made this one of our most memorable and enjoyable stays! Stefeno met us at the dock when we arrived and even met us for coffee when we left. Truely a Super Host

Great place and well located in Menaggio. Everything seemed to be a maximum 10 minute walk away. There are stairs and a hill to climb but this is clearly stated and also means the view is great. The access to a private garden space with a great view was an unexpected bonus. Great place. Great host.

We had a very nice stay in Claudio's apartment. The communication beforehand was clear and well-organized. Claudio sent clear instructions and useful videos, making it very easy to find the location and enter the apartment. The apartment itself was neat, clean and had plenty of space for two people. The location is really perfect – you can go anywhere and are close to everything. We would definitely recommend this stay and would love to come back. Thank you, Claudio!

We loved our time in Como and staying in this apartment! It was in the perfect location for us - away from the busy towns but not too far to drive to and we found it easily using the details that Gisella provided. It was lovely and clean, with a stunning view from the balcony (we enjoyed sitting outside taking in the view). Gisella lives next door if you need anything, we mentioned that we needed to pick up some groceries and within minutes Gisella had provided us with the location of a local store and supermarket nearby :)

This apartment was absolute 5-star quality with the comfort of home. A lot of thought has clearly gone into creating such a stylish, welcoming space. The location was perfect — just minutes from everything in Menaggio — and it made our wedding anniversary truly unforgettable. Jenny was lovely, professional, and easy to communicate with. We couldn’t have asked for more!

This apartment has the most beautiful views from the balcony and living room. We very much enjoyed our morning coffee in the balcony and the weather was perfect - not too hot which made sitting in the sun a delight. On a hot day, a shade in the balcony would be perfect. The location is perfect as it's right next to the ferry terminal. The roadside can be a little noisy but after a while it became white noise as you take in the breathtaking view. We rented a vespa and found it very easy to move around whether by taking the ferry to Bellagio on the other side or to Menaggio, 10mins down the road. We also had a dedicated parking spot which was perfect. Irina was very responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved the bottle of sparkling wine that she left us on arrival. Very nice touch. It truly is idyllic and we would love to return one day. Lake Como is a magical place.

I highly recommend this place!! It was extremely clean, a comfortable bed, a beautiful view everywhere you looked, everything you would need. The house came with little treats, maps, information, and was walkable to sweet little restaurants, views etc. The hosts were SO kind, helpful and wonderful!! We would entirely stay there again!

Easily the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Rosa Katherine is tremendously kind and a true super-host. My wife and I eloped in Bellagio during our time here and Rosa made sure we had all of the necessary accommodations. The place is peaceful and luxurious with breathtaking views better than the pictures. You will definitely want a vehicle - we rented a Vespa from Roberto at Varenna Vespa Rent. It was simple and allowed us to wisp in and out of all the little lake towns and ride into the mountains a bit. The bed is super comfortable and the AC worked great, we had very high temps one day and it kept up fantastically. On top of being an incredible host - Rosa Katherine was genuinely eager to make sure that we were always taken care of with a deep level of hospitality.

Great, great place! And as important (more?), I great, great host! Marco is one of the truly great hosts! Location was great, place was spotless and equipped beyond expectations! I had lost my razor along the way, and to my amazement, there was an individually wrapped "shaving kit", along with other little kits of things people forget! I honestly don't recall more comfortable sleeps than my nights here! All around truly one of the best! Highly, highly recommended!

We very much enjoyed staying here. Rossana was extremely helpful. She met us with the keys and showed us around and checked to make sure we were doing OK during our 3 night stay. She is terrific. The apartment is large with two BR, 2 bathrooms (one is tub with handheld shower), Eat in kitchen, dining room, and living room. Wifi worked well. Parking was in front behind locked gate and easy to get in and out. It was a very short walk (5 min) to restaurants and the ferry. We would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to stay in Como. It's a 15 min ferry ride from Bellagio and you can get to other ferry stops easily too. And you can drive as well.

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

Silvia’s place is perfect for a stay in Como. The location couldn’t be better — it’s walking distance to the train station, the pier, and the bus stop to Menaggio and Bellagio. The apartment is super spacious, really clean, has a super comfy bed, and is fully equipped with everything you need. The washing machine was definitely a big plus. Silvia is incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning. We totally recommend it — book it without a second thought!

Super helpful and clear communication. The Airbnb is exactly as shown, beautiful view from the balcony. Location is secluded however and hard to reach places unless you have hired a car. So just a tip for future visitors- hire a car :)

Best accommodation in our entire Italy trip. The place was tastefully decorated and Dana obviously took pride in hosting! Her hospitality went above and beyond and the place was very comfortable. Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊
