Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Grand Lake O' the Cherokees

We will be staying here again. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Some things that stood out to us: 1) The view is the best we've ever had at Grand, 2) The neighborhood was quiet, 3) Having a storm shelter and use of the garage was a bonus, 4) The hosts have way more accoutrements then any other place we've stayed, 5) Sitting around the firepit in the evening was nice, 6) and the house was comfortable/inviting.

We absolutely loved our stay! This is a beautiful home in a perfect location. Having everything right off the back deck made it so convenient, and the pool table downstairs quickly became our favorite part—especially when the rain rolled in and we had ten guests to entertain! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway that still has everything you need. The private dock was a huge bonus and made the experience even better!

This home provided exactly what we wanted. We have been trying to get a girls get away for a couple years where we could just relax, unwind, get away and catch up after living so far apart for so many years. The 3 of us have been best friends for over 50 years. The weather didn't allow us to be outside as much as we wanted but we took advantage of every chance we had between the storms. The house was very comfortable and cozy and we absolutely loved it. We didn't plan any activiites with this trip so nothing I can recommend there from this stay, however I do know the Grove area well and there are plenty of lake things to do and they do have some good restaurants. It was nice having the Dollar General store just minutes away for the last minute things we forgot to pack. The owners were wonderful to check on us and made sure we were getting the storm warnings and thre was nothing we needed. They always responded quickly with questions during booking and during our stay.

We stayed here for the BMR event and there was plenty of space for our trail rigs and trucks and trailers also had great access to the park if you leave the Airbnb and take a right go down that road and around the corner your right at the main entrance to the offroad park. Overall great stay for all of us would highly recommend!!

The house had all the necessities for cooking. It was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. The fish cleaning station was very convenient. This is the perfect place to stay for a fishing weekend.

Clean, comfortable, cute house that met our needs. Suggestion: need a hook or two outside the master bath shower to hang a towel.

The place was very peaceful! The pictures could use a bit of updating as the carport is no longer there and there is now an additional seating area outside (which was great for games). Key highlights: - Hot tub was relaxing and the dock was conveniently located (a short walk away) for fishing and such - There were tons of things to do within a 5-30 minute drive from marinas, casinos, downtime shopping, etc. - House was very well stocked with games, linens, kitchen supplies, etc. - Great townsfolk! We got to know some neighbors a block or twos over and they were wonderful! - Having wifi was really nice for the area - House was very clean and instructions within the welcome book were very clear and detailed. - Welcome book included several recommendations for eateries and activities

Beautiful home with a great view of the lake. The layout of the home was perfect. The home was well stocked, especially the kitchen. The beds very comfortable and the home was very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay! This place is in a very nice area with great hospitality! We would love to return and stay here again!

We had such a fun little getaway! It’s in a great spot. I would sit on the porch every morning drinking my coffee and watch the sunrise on the lake. We loved being able to just walk out and go down to the water! The check in and out instructions were easy and everything was as pictured! The only thing that out a damper on the trip was being accused of stealing sheets. We admitted to accidentally breaking the spoon holder and a glass, why would we then steal sheets? We did exactly as was instructed. 1. Strip beds of sheets and pillowcases 2. Place at the foot of the bed. Update: They did reach out to let us know they found the sheets so that was nice.

I was taking my Grandma on a surprise adventure and it was everything I wanted it to be for her we enjoyed family and the peace and quiet of the lake views from the beautiful deck right out our door with a beautiful outdoor kitchen fire and pit we were able to enjoy the boats on the lake and all nature had to give birds deer fireflies and some funny squirrels. The walk down was a small obstacle but we made it and if we felt we wouldn’t we were offered access through the home but my Grandmother is a trooper she said “ I would scoot down if I had to this place is amazing!” She had a great time and that made it all worth it.

Charlie was great and extremely attentive to our time there. He was quick to respond to any questions, and even checked on us when an unexpected storm blew in! It was very clean and perfect for our family of four. We will definitely stay there again!

Rex was very helpful and friendly to me and my boys. We enjoyed having morning coffee with him and visiting.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The 1-bedroom setup with a pull-out sofa was perfect for our needs. Everything was super clean, and the check-in process was simple and smooth, the place was easy to find and get into. The price was very reasonable, and Rex and Clint were both friendly and easy to reach if we had any questions. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay communication is excellent. Had one issue it was taken care of within a couple hours. It was not a big deal. Things happen. No problems whatsoever absolutely great place to stay beautiful surroundings. Everything that you could possibly need. I will definitely stay there again I travel to that area of the state three or four times a month for business and I will definitely give her my business again. Totally appreciate the great communicationand handling everything for me. I will be back. Thank you.

This place is adorable. It is perfectly located near all the Monkey Island and Shangri-la action. It is so nicely decorated and our guests said they slept well and enjoyed their stay.

Very relaxing and quiet, beautiful location We highly recommend staying at Dave's Place at country Estates on Monkey Island.

Description and info of property wqs highly accurate. Plenty of parking and is in a desirable location. Very clean and comfortable.
