Excellent location, great host, always available and helpful. The apartment has great and convenient features and is only one block away from the downtown.

I really enjoyed staying here. It was close to the area I needed, had good walkable areas for me and my dog, and there were lots of good restaurants nearby within walking distance. Tammy was very responsive and helpful. I was able to check in early on the first day when I needed to, and when I messaged her because it was so cold, she immediately had the maintenance come and turn the heat back on. MIchigan weather can be fickle! I would stay here again if I was in the area and needed a place to stay.

This is a quaint studio apartment that is very nicely decorated. Space was very clean and easy to navigate. Stairs are a little steep and the bathroom is on the smaller side as a warning. Kitchen is pristine and there was filtered water in the fridge that was very much appreciated! This is a great spot for one or two people to stay. Parking was relatively easy, just on a hill (so have your parking break ready!). Also loved the close access to the city without being directly in the middle of it. It was nice to come back to the quiet of the neighborhood at the end of the day and only be a five minute drive to a great coffee shop in the morning.

Great place, very walkable to restaurants and shops. It was very clean and clutter free inside. Nice view of the river. The hosts were very helpful with instructions about the property. I would recommend this place, and I would go back the next time I am in Sagatuck.

So pleased with this adorable stay at John’s! I travel for work so location, safety, feeling at home are all very important. The Airbnb is a 5 minute drive from downtown Ada where all the great restaurants and shops are. Easy access back to the main roads. The apartment itself was ADORABLE. Clean, up to date, and really felt right at home. I will be back!!

My two girlfriends and I stayed here for two nights and it has the most beautiful view of Lake Michigan! We arrived later in the evening and were so thankful that our host left us with restaurant menus and recommendations, we loved the pizza. Place was clean and very well stocked with linens and even coffee and some water in the fridge. The beach is a steep staircase away (it was a bit rough, and my legs hurt, but it’s worth the trek). Also thank you sooo much for letting us use your beach chairs! We stayed on the beach from sunrise to sunset. It was magical and the views are to die for! Our only complaint would be the lack of communication that the host would be staying on site during the same weekend as us. The listing brags about a private beach and yet at one point the hosts wife appeared 15-20 feet sitting directly behind us reading a book. We felt like teenagers being watched by our mother. We decided to take a walk, and when we came back she was gone, but it was weird.

Great little place. We had issues with the ac unit the first day (probably the first time the air has been on for the season since it was unusually warm outside) but host was responsive and resolved the issue to the best of their ability. Beds are super comfortable and my daughter loved the bunk bed. Right in the center of town and unbeatable views.

We have stayed at Rob's place before and the location is perfect. Easy in and out. Rob also respects your privacy

We loved our stay! The house is as described in the listing and was very comfortable with amazing decor. Super close to lots of great restaurants.

The apartment was perfect for 2 people. The outdoor area was beautiful and so peaceful. We enjoyed watching the squirrels play each morning and evening. There were shaded areas or full sun areas to sit, whatever we preferred. The location was walkable to all shops and restaurants. We will be back. We were blessed with this stay!

Cool little studio. Full size fridge and nice little kitchen. Close to Muskegon Lake and a few bars/ restaurants. Short drive to downtown. Pet friendly as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a great place to stay. So CLEAN!! Nice hosts! Had everything we needed. Quiet location while being close to so much! I usually don’t love staying somewhere attached to the house- but this was by far the best experience we have had with a spot like this!

We had an overnight stay at Sara's place for my wife's birthday. The place was super clean and very comfy. We went to a show the night we stayed so we weren't there very long, but felt comfortable our entire stay. Sara hung up some birthday decorations for my wife because she knew it was her birthday. That was a nice touch. I love the light hanging over the dining room table and the cupboard handles in the kitchen are adorable. Our friends live close to this place, so when we come back to visit we will be sure to check out Sara's place for availability.

Clayton's place was a great location for our trip. We enjoyed downtown Cedar Springs, the paved bike trail and local brewery. It is a well thought out unit and we would stay again if the opportunity arises.

Excellent location. Unit is small and bathroom/toilet is a tight fit. Very clean on arrival and furnishings are nice.

Loved the uniqueness of this property, which was both charming and comfortable. Beautiful grounds, great location that was walkable to shops, beach, lighthouse, eateries, etc. Would gladly stay again!

Very nice cozy place, close to Muskegon State Park. Easy to write bikes around the town, close to Walmart.

The location is perfect — just a short walk to all the shops, restaurants, and fun of downtown. The home was clean, organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a fantastic bonus and made our trip even more relaxing. Highly recommend for a convenient and enjoyable getaway!

Great stay - well located and loved the hot tub. Everything was automated and seamless (though if you like to meet your hosts, this ain’t it). Would happily go back!

We had a great stay at Kris' place! The place was even better than we expected. Check-in was very easy and Kris was friendly and responsive. We had plenty of room for 3 adults and were very comfortable in the space. We stayed for almost 3 weeks and never felt cramped. I especially loved that the bathroom space was large and everything felt new and super clean. Plenty of parking space & quiet surroundings. The neighborhood is nice and convenient to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!
