Waterfront holiday rentals in Grand Gaube

This is our first time we visited Mauritius and we are not really sure how the place is but since we landed, Erika is super quick to response and very helpful. She gave all the necessary information related to room, keys and parking. When we entered the flat, it’s was near and clean, and was exactly same as described in Airbnb. Throughout my 4 day stay, it’s was confortable and Erika always responded well whenever i asked anything to her. Apartment was very close to grand baie beach and all also close to supermarket. I fully recommend this apartment. Thank you Erika for this amazingly and comfortable experience.

We have been visiting Mauritius since 2000 and have always loved spending our holidays on the island. Over the years, we've stayed in a variety of accommodations, including 3-, 4-, and 5-star hotels, as well as private villas. This year was particularly special, as our kids, now young adults, thoroughly enjoyed all the activities—from boat trips and beaches to dining at restaurants and celebrating New Year’s Eve with the spectacular fireworks displays. We highly recommend this accommodation for its central location and the added bonus of a large pool. The host went above and beyond, even arranging car rentals and setting up a braai for us South Africans to enjoy. After years of searching for the perfect spot, we’ve found it and will continue to book this unit for years to come. Thank you for an unforgettable stay

Super séjour. Logement magnifique ! Situation en bord de plage avec accès de l’appartement directe a la superbe piscine. Chambres spacieuses avec rangements et salle de bain avec wc. Les propriétaires répondent aux questions très rapidement et fournissent des informations pour le sejour : adresse excursions, taxis et alimentation. Le ménage est fait tout les jours.

Die Unterkunft ist top... Geraldine hilfreich und hat uns mit allen Infos versorgt...Vielen Dank... Leider mag der Nachbar keine Kinder ( 2. Etage re) hat unsere Kinder jeden Tag angegangen auf französisch ..laut...aggressiv und total unfreundlich Mit Kindern die gerne am Pool spielen und auch mal lauter sind... ist das nicht das richtige... da die Nachbarn alle ihre Ruhe haben wollen und jeden Tag stresst geschoben haben... schade... da es uns bei Geraldine echt super gefallen hat

Stayed for 9 nights and loved it here! Most beautiful sunset and oceans views right at your doorstep. Few steps from the pool if a cool down is needed. The beds were comfortable. Fred was very friendly and helpful and a great host. Location is also great as it is close to the heart of flic en flac but also not in the middle of the busy streets making you stay here peaceful. No sandy beach access but a rockpool near by for a dip in the ocean water. We loved our stay here. Thank you Fred!

Bel appartement,fidèle aux photos, et très spacieux. La piscine et les restaurants d’anahita sont à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Ainsi que le bateau transfert pour la plage sur l’île au cerf. Ravi a été un très bon hôte, très réactif, il a organisé notre transfert aller et retour à l’aéroport et m’a mis une voiture de location à disposition qui était déjà sur place, très pratique. C’est un logement très bon rapport qualité prix, je n’hésiterai pas à revenir.

This place was perfect. It’s located just across from the beach, easy to access, and really well set up. The host was friendly and responsive, and I appreciated the flexibility with early check-in and late check-out. Everything was smooth and comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Flic en Flac! The location is perfect, right in front of a nice lively beach and close to everything you need. The view of the beach from the apartment is really lovely. The apartment is simple but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner was great at communicating before our arrival, which made everything really easy, even though we didn’t meet in person. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beach stay in Flic en Flac!

Kavita, Priscille and Usha were very nice, helped us finding our way to restaurants and other things in the neighbourhood. Very clean and looked after location directly at a small beach. Restaurants at walking distance. Very nice house!

The location is stunning and the accommodation extremely functional as well as comfortable so we spent much of our stay at the house and were able to relax totally. The place is within easy reach of restaurants, shops, beaches and other necessary amenities although it would have been limited without a hire car. Mathilde was great throughout, always there if we needed anything, extremely helpful but not at all intrusive. We had a late arrival and she facilitated a meal at the house and essential supplies for us which made the start of our holiday much easier than it could have been.

Amreen est une personne extrêmement chaleureuse et accueillante. Elle a fait en sorte que notre séjour soit le plus simple et agréable possible. Chaque fois que nous avons eu besoin d'aide, ses réponses ont été rapides et efficaces. Nous avons été confinés dans l'appartement pendant un ou deux jours à cause du cyclone, mais la qualité de l'hébergement, notamment la piscine, nous a permis de profiter malgré tout. Amreen a été très attentionnée et s'est souciée de notre bien-être tout au long de cette situation. Je recommande vivement ce logement à 100%. Il offre un grand espace, une climatisation fonctionnelle, et surtout, une vue splendide sur l'océan. Un grand merci !

michel est un hôte agréable , discret et serviable très réactif et de bon conseil il nous a réservé toutes nos excursions jusqu a la réservation au restaurant, le taxi et la voiture de location. Le logement propre et confortable et correspondant exactement au descriptif. je recommande vivement.

We had a wonderful time here. Julien’s communication was perfect, he couldn’t have been more helpful with information about the house and any questions we had whilst we were there. The beach by the house was lovely for walking and watching the sunset then we used the house as a base to visit the beaches further up the coast which were only about 25mins drive. Recommended 👍

Fantastic location, directly on the beach, really quiet. House is decorated with taste and really feel comfortable. The pool is not too deep so rather safe. The beach is really quiet and nice. Swimming is easy and not deep for a long while. East coast is more exposed to wind but end of June we had pleasant weather every days, despite some occasional rain that never lasted long. Asmita the cleaning lady is really friendly but also knows to be discreet. She was really taking good care of the house and us. It’s a real plus to have her. A car is a must to quickly go around, shopping or for dinner. We hope to come back one day.

Venise et Bobby étaient présents pour nous accueillir avec le sourire et la gentillesse. Nous avons apprécié la communication, la réactivité et les conseils de nos hôtes ainsi que la flexibilité d'arrivée et de départ. Belle maison spacieuse et très bien agencée avec tout l'équipement souhaitée et nécessaire pour reussir un beau séjour. La terrasse et le jardinet sont très appréciables avec le calme et le chant des oiseaux au réveil. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. nous avons passé un super séjour dans la villa Les Dunes. La maison est grande (attention, la suite parentale est éloignée des chambres des enfants, parfait quand les enfants ne sont pas tout petits). et son emplacement est très privé. La terrasse est très fonctionnelle et la vue sur l'océan y est magnifique. La piscine est très agréable et très bien entretenue. Rati, qui s'est occupée de nous pendant le séjour est une perle : préparation des petits déjeuners et d'un délicieux repas par jour, le luxe absolu !! D'une grande gentillesse et discrétion, nous ne pouvions avoir mieux ! La plage devant est accessible à pieds directement de la maison, attention cependant ce n'est pas l'idéal pour la baignade (vent et vagues, rochers, algues, un peu de pollution), mais parfait pour la pêche, la course aux crabes et les beaux coquillages !

Ambroise is a great host.... very responsive and detailed from Day 1. The property was clean and well maintained. The two turtles at his place are fun to watch and Ambroise was kind enough to lend his private Kayaks to us. It was a fun experience exploring the reef on the Kayak. Thanks for having us Ambroise!

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement, l’emplacement était très bien pour pouvoir faire des courses, aller à la plage ainsi qu’au restaurant sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture et visiter le nord de Maurice. Le logement était propre, le petit jardin était un vrai plus. Bien équipé pour accueillir un bébé Petit bémol pour le bruit, la route qui passe juste derrière le mur du jardin est une route principale avec beaucoup de passages et des voitures qui roulent vite.

Der Aufenthalt war superschön in der sehr komfortablen Wohnung 😉 es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Kontakt wenn man was benötigt war schnell und unkompliziert. Ich kann die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt 😍

The apartment was really clean and very big, with 2 bedrooms, one big livingroom, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a nice terrace. Rizwaan welcomed us, and he was very helpful and friendly, he explained everything we needed to know about the surroundings. The location was AMAZING, just between Trou aux Biches (5 minutes walk) and Mont Choisy. Both beaches are very beautiful. You can park your car inside the courtyard which is helpful. The Wi-Fi is fast, the kitchen big and fully equipped, and everything was perfect! Rizwaan is a really great host!

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Fatimah's place. From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described. Das Appartment war traumhaft. Besser als auf den Bildern. Wie im Paradies. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit. Mit dem Auto sind Supermärkte und Restaurants erreichbar. In der gut ausgestatteten Küche kann man aber auch wunderbar selbst kochen. Besonderes Plus: 3 mal pro Woche wird gereinigt. Luxus! Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

A fantastic place for a great holiday. Immaculate, extremely well equipped, stunning decoration, extremely tasteful furniture & fittings, everything you need and more. I can personally recommend Romain’s place to anyone. This was our fourth visit to Mauritius , and was the best ever. We will definitely be back in the future. Romain went out of his way to arrange my wife’s 60th birthday celebrations. On our arrival we were surprised with Champagne , and he even arranged a birthday cake the night of the celebration.
