Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Grand Forks

Newly renovated building with lots of great amenities! The apartment was spotless and comfortable. Check in was easy and the building was within walking distance of the downtown area and grocery store. Would definitely stay again!

Michelle was a great host, quick response & highly accommodating - and Larry was awesome with welcoming us in. The apt is on the top floor, so you get a decent balcony & the neighbors were quiet, so we were able to get some sleep and have some relaxing evenings. It also has an elevator, so I would recommend it to anyone who has trouble walking. It is close to happy Harry’s, the grocery store & Walmart. It is also on the nicer end of town, as I used to live in the area for 5 years. Would stay here again if available in the future.

My daughter and I were in town for hockey @ the Icon, so Cole’s place was perfect (just a few blocks away). It’s a beautiful apartment with plenty of parking, and we just used the patio door to go in and out. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. Would definitely recommend.

Carson always makes you feel right at home and definitely is a great host to have uf you are in the grand forks area! Highly recommended! You wont be disappointed at all.

We had a wonderful stay and Coleen was a great host. Always responsive and helpful. The apartment was just as described and was very comfortable, clean and provided for a wonderful weekend.

Megan was great to work with. When something came up the weekend we were supposed to stay there, she let us move our reservation to a different date. Very clean and nice location.

David and Breanna were awesome hosts. The apartment was super clean with nice furnishings and great kitchen plus a single car garage! They were super helpful and responded quickly; especially after 9” of snow in April, they ran the snowblower and cleared the driveway. Terrific stay and great location close to UND-thank you Breanna and Dave!

We had a delightful time. We loved that the listing is a pet friendly home. It made our trip a lot more relaxing than a hotel. Home is as described in the description : upper floor only. Front parking is on the street and then parking in the back is off an alley. Shorter fenced yard but doable for pets to be watched while using. Host is very responsive, friendly, helpful. We would rent again if in the area.

Your home was a cozy artistic space that we enjoyed staying in. There was ample room for us to be there together for the occasion-college graduation. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great house in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood! We enjoyed the deck in the backyard and the kids enjoyed the arcade games in the basement. The air conditioner worked great in all the rooms with the exception of the rooms with the bunk beds. We just left the door open and used the provided box fan and it helped. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed with a very large dining room table that all of us could gather at. We had a great stay with 5 adults, 2 teens, and 3 children with plenty of room to spread out. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

The heated garage was a nice surprise with the -20 temps during our stay

Very spacious location. Host was wonderful. The home was spotless and exactly as described. The only concerns was that the unit next door had a very noisy dog, but that's not something the host can do anything about. I slept with a fan on, so it wasn't an issue while sleeping. All in all, I will definitely return to this place in the future when I come back to visit North Dakota!

Travis's place was great! Half a mile from downtown in a quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect spot for my group to get together and the price was right!
