Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Grand Forks

We absolutely loved this air bnb. The host was incredibly responsive. The house was beautiful and pristine. You could tell that Wendy put extensive thought into the home. We are so grateful to have gotten to stay here. If we ever find ourselves back in grand forks we will be sure to make sure this air bnb is available

We had a delightful time. We loved that the listing is a pet friendly home. It made our trip a lot more relaxing than a hotel. Home is as described in the description : upper floor only. Front parking is on the street and then parking in the back is off an alley. Shorter fenced yard but doable for pets to be watched while using. Host is very responsive, friendly, helpful. We would rent again if in the area.

Great house in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood! We enjoyed the deck in the backyard and the kids enjoyed the arcade games in the basement. The air conditioner worked great in all the rooms with the exception of the rooms with the bunk beds. We just left the door open and used the provided box fan and it helped. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed with a very large dining room table that all of us could gather at. We had a great stay with 5 adults, 2 teens, and 3 children with plenty of room to spread out. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

I wish I had known about this place for past four years. Beautiful, pristine, and relaxing for our long graduation weekend. We are a family of 5 with everyone above 16 so hotels are a nightmare, but this house was perfect to sleep us all with privacy. Her kitchen made it easy to make meals. She was even able to switch us from the AC the day we arrived to the heat the following day. I will definitely be booking again for anytime we need to stay in Grand Forks.

We stayed at Kim's place when we had to travel to Grand Forks on short notice for our beloved grandfather's memorial services. Kim was very accommodating, even offering an early check-in and late check-out. It was such a comfort to have a home away from home at such a difficult time! The house was cozy and had plenty of space for our group of seven. It was also great for entertaining when we welcomed extended family members over for a couple visits. All the little extras were so nice! We will be back to stay on our next visit, for sure.

This home is beyond beautiful and has the ability to comfortably accommodate a large group. The projector in the room upstairs was a great place for the younger group to get away. The multitude of games and toys in the hidden toy room indicated that this was a perfect home for families to feel comfortable. Finally, the personalizations in every room from sprays to chocolates to soap bars delivered a statement that Bryan and Amanda went above and beyond with welcoming their guests. The inspiration this home delivered to all of us in attendance was one that we would like to bring into our homes. Thank you so much for letting us stay!
