Luxuriously Appointed! Great open, easy, ranch layout smartly designed for guest comfort. I really appreciated the quality and comfort of the furnishings, much higher than most STRs. I slept like a rock in the comfortable bed. Every detail was attended to and the place very well organized. I would like to specifically thank the host for a) labeling the light switches and b) having enough faith in humanity to provided cast iron pans in your STR. It allowed me to make a lovely brunch skillet, just like at home. Rest assured I treated your seasoning with the same care and respect I do my own. :-)

We loved the space. It is convenient to shopping and multiple ski resorts. The unit is clean and well appointed. Cory and D were great hosts and took good care of us during our stay.

This house is the perfect place for my girlfriends and I to gather for a restful and rejuvenating weekend. The open floor plan is perfect for relaxing with gorgeous views of the mountains. The kitchen has the right amount of counter space and storage for cooking our meals.

From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the breathtaking views and the peaceful, scenic drive to the property. The house was immaculate, beautifully organized, and fully stocked, making it feel like a true home away from home. One of the highlights was soaking in the hot tub on a crisp, cold night—an absolute dream! The deck provided stunning mountain views, and the entire setting was quiet and serene, perfect for relaxation. What truly set this stay apart was Amber, the perfect host. Her impeccable communication, grace, empathy, and attention to detail made everything seamless. She provided helpful and informative tips throughout our stay, ensuring we had the best experience possible. A quick tip for winter travelers: 4-wheel drive is a must during the snowy months, but it’s well worth it for this incredible getaway. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

The home was local to the Winter Park Resort and the town. It had beautiful views of the mountains and fit our family 5 easily.

Beautiful house and location. We had a great stay and enjoyed our time in the area! We came to the area for a family get together with 10 people and there was plenty of room for us all. We enjoyed the shuffle board, the Buck game, ping pong, and the hot tub. There is so much to do without having to travel too far. We were close to trails and some of the group took daily walks from the house, mountain biking trails are close by and we enjoyed our time paddle boarding and kayaking on Shadow Mountain Lake. Having a garage to put our stuff in was very nice. Erich was very response and helpful. He was very accommodating with our early check in and answered any questions we had almost immediately. I unfortunately forgot something at the house and Erich had been very helpful in helping me get it back which I really appreciate.

Great host! Loved everything about the house! Very clean, I am picky about restrooms, but she exceeded my expectations by along shot! Everything was great! I would recommend her to all my friends and family who choose to visit Colorado

Linda’s place was nothing short of incredible. The thoughtfulness with decor, layout, etc made it the perfect getaway from Denver when my parents were in town. The kitchen had everything you would need, the beds were cozy and the hangout area downstairs is where we spent most of our time. So cozy and spacious. We loved listening to music on the Sonos speaker and having access to the garage was really nice too. The property has access to walking trails and is just a short distance from the mountain, restaurants and grocery stores. Definitely will stay here again and hopefully during ski season to be close to the slopes. Linda was awesome! 12/10 recommend this spot

We loved our stay in Winter Park! The condo was perfect for our trip. It was very clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, shops and trails. We loved the outdoor space since our weather was amazing. I would definitely recommend Billy's place to anyone going to Winter Park!

I was traveling solo so this place felt HUGE! I loved the private patio. It was close to the hiking I was doing in the area. I would definitely stay again and I’d love to bring my boys next time! I didn’t use the pool or hot tub but the community area is beautiful and very close to this unit.

Great place to stay when visiting WinterPark

Wonderful peaceful spot! The condo was cozy and had everything we needed for our stay (including supper WiFi ) and the area was so beautiful. We enjoyed walking around the lake most days and there are lots of hiking trails and scenic drives in the area. Nicholas was a great host- very responsive and kind. Highly recommend this spot!

If you want some rest from hectic life - Nicole's place is great for it! We had 3 peaceful days in this apartment. Everything was clean and neat when we arrived. Wooden bedroom is very nice! Great views from all the windows! A lot of natural light even when it's cloudy outside. Kitchen has everything we needed for our stay to cook simple meals. Gas stove works good and adds another peaceful moment when sitting in the rocking chair by the fireplace. It was easy to communicate with Nicole when we had couple questions. The apartment is really clean even though they allow to come with pets. We also left it clean after being there with our cat. Really lovely weekend in lovely apartment! Looking forward to come back in the future!

We had a great stay at Lisa’s . The kitchen was well stocked with a few condiments and a variety of cooking items. The hot tub and pool were easily accessible and felt great after a big day skiing . Loved the lighted toilet 😊.

This place was great! Right across the Winter Park resort, literally a 3 min walk across the street to get to the village. The host was very responsive and helpful. The place was great too! Very clean and comfortable

Kathy’s place was well managed and her communication was great. The location was awesome and the bus stop to get to winter park for skiing was right at the end of the parking lot!

This was a nice place to stay! King size bed and queen murphy bed were very comfortable. Place is roomy. Devon was quick to respond to our questions. We'd stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful place with a kitchen stocked with food and utensils like you would have at home. Stunning view and the sauna was a unique touch!

We had a gorgeous 3 nights in Billy & Desiree’s cabin. They have thought of everything you could need and the cabin is warm and cosy. The bottle of wine was delicious, bed super comfy, plentiful supplies of tea and coffee and the location of the cabin was so peaceful, on the edge of the river. There is a great Rec Center with pool, hot tubs and gym which was great at the end of a long day of activity. We couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable & restful place, assisted by super responsive and helpful hosts & we definitely recommend this beautiful place. Thank you so much Desiree & Billy.

Such a beautiful place that is perfect for a relaxing get away with friends and family. This place has a wonderful kitchen fully stocked to help save money and make delicious meals. I would highly recommend Kim as a host to everyone! Very quick to respond and professional.

Samual gave good clear directions and the place is upstairs but easy to get to. The location is near stores for food and restaurants are near by in town. Over all a great stay.

My family enjoyed the quick access to and from the lift. This allowed my family to enjoy meals between skiing. The condo had plenty of space and was warm and cozy retreat to rest and relax. It is also close to a grocery store and not far from multiple towns to grab food if needed.

It was extremely convenient for a family a 5. We felt right at home with all necessities available.
