This was a beautiful place to stay. It is definitely in great condition and looks brand new. The host is very responsive and super nice. We will definitely be back!

The location is beautiful and the house was perfect for me and family staying for a high school graduation in town. Fully stocked with everything one could need. And it was great having two living areas for everyone to have their space.

Can’t wait to return next year with the family! Perfect accommodations for kids! Lots of toys and activities for all ages. Two levels - which offered a lot of privacy. We especially loved how the home was right next to the ski slopes! Very easy access for ski-in/ski-out! Bradley was the perfect host- great communication. He checked on us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying in this beautiful home at Granby Ranch!

We have been staying in Granby/Grand Lake for over 25 years! This home was by far our favorite! It was simply stunning. The kitchen is perfection and we are a big cooking family! The master bedroom stole my heart and we congregated at night to watch the sunset. The patios, fantastic. Love the ample seating for dinners and relaxing. Perfection!

This Airbnb rental was an absolute gem! The host was fantastic, super responsive, and left thoughtful touches like bowls and treats for our service dog. The location was ideal, peaceful and relaxing. Every detail was spot-on, making our trip unforgettable.

This was a fantastic place for a few nights stay. The flow of stream next to the house provided us a nicer connection to the nature. It was quiet and the hot tub gave us nice opportunity to get relaxed. We could walk to restaurants of our choice. We would love to go back again.

The views from the balcony were exactly like the pictures, breathtaking and beautiful. Located between Fraser and Winter Park it was the perfect spot for our mini vacation. We loved sitting on the balcony in the hot tub after hiking all day. In other words, the perfect getaway with amazing views and lots of room for everyone.

This place was one of the very best Bnbs that I have stayed at. It was beautiful and actually exceeded our expectations. The private hot tub was a great amenity. The room with the bunk beds was a massive hit with my kids. Sarah was a friendly, responsive and overall great host. I would highly recommend this stay and will look for it again if I’m in the area with my family.

We loved our stay here! All the amenities you need for a stay away from home with family, also we had a good-sized group and everyone had enough space to spread out and relax, we really enjoyed the hot tub with mountain views! We also had a lot of fun checking out the towns that were in close proximity to Tabernash, there was plenty to do and we loved some of the little gems we found in town. Easy drive to the National Park from here as well. Would definitely stay again at Kaylee’s place!

I can’t say enough about David. We had some technical issues and David was quick and responsive, he went way above and beyond to ensure my family and I were able to get the most out of our stay. I appreciate him and everything he did! I recommend this property and David whole heartedly.

Wonderful trip to Granby! The house was just like the pictures. Perfect set up for me and my family. The kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of linens and towels. The hot tub was amazing after a long day of skiing - was very convenient to be able to walk 2 minutes and be on a run down to the lifts. Communication between the owners was great and they were very helpful and responsive. We definitely loved the house and location and plan to return!

2nd stay at Kelley's Place. Great as always! Very clean. Huge TV. Helpful & responsive host.

Our family of 6 had a great stay at George's place. The layout worked well with the main level having a bedroom plus ensuite bath, and upstairs had another two bedrooms with two additional baths. We had a slight issue at check in with the heat, but George was extremely prompt and proactive and resolved within an hour which we sincerely appreciated. Looking out onto the creek with views of the mountains was lovely.

We had a lovely stay. The place was in amazing condition. Exceptionally clean. Comfy beds and ample space.

Clean, smelled good, beds were nice, hot tub was clean, kitchen had everything we needed. We have stayed in the area before and every time it is great!

This was one of the most well stocked, thoughtful places we've ever stayed at. They really thought of everything. The house is comfortable and well laid out. The beds are comfy and there is plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We had a great time sitting on the enormous porch overlooking the mountains. Located in a great central location to so many things. Host was very responsive! We really enjoyed our stay.

Shakti’s home is one of the best airbnbs I have stayed it. The location is impeccable for those who enjoy great views, great spaces, and love the outdoors. I can’t wait to stay here again! Outside of the spectacular home, she is beyond hospitable and quick to respond to any questions.
