Super short vacation with friends :) Great sauna, hot tub and house with everything you need. Quiet, beautiful location with many hiking trails. We felt completely comfortable.

We have been coming to Tyrol for many years and Cristina's place was nicely located in a small town/village with a beautiful view over the mountains. The house is simple yet very well organised, no clutter and easy to maintain. We walked the Wolfsklamm from the front door and arrived back at the front door, which is fantastic. It is a 20 min drive to Erlebnis Therme Fugen which is a nice place to visit with kids. Overall the house is located in a beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood and it feels quite private. The terrace is also a bonus when it is sunny and we saw deers on the field opposite the house. You feel secluded but you are 5 min walk to restaurants and shops. Perfect

It was all excellent! Super nice area, extremely quiet and great hiking trails right from the house. We met the landlord briefly, super nice people. Otherwise, you have complete peace and quiet, self check in/check out is also great. Highly recommend.

Dear Regine and Bernhard and (you own the accommodation Zottlhof) and Berni(contact with Regina and Berhard), You were very friendly hosts to us. You also welcomed us in a very friendly way. Everything explains what is where. The apartment is very clean. We were there with our two sons. Not only to them, but also us parents, nature as well as the Scottish highland cattle provided a beautiful experience. Regina's homemade herbal liqueur was very tasty. Among other things, you offer even more experiences: you have a small cinema,in winter you offer snow tours, and much more. Regina was always eager to know if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. They are very warm-hearted hosts. We as a family highly recommend you☺️. We felt very comfortable right from the start, the apartment is large, bright, everything you need is available, in a quiet location, it was just an all-round successful relaxing vacation. Communication with Violetta was very friendly, possible at any time. I would always book the place again!

The apartment is in a great location - many great things hiking routes are nearby, restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment is well furnished, equipped with everything you need and with great views of the mountain.

We were at Waltraud's for the 2nd time and we loved it again. Waltraud is such a lovely and flexible older lady. So our son could still be accommodated for 3 nights in a neighboring room next to our apartment. Pfronten is beautifully located, you can reach everything on foot and it is also not far to the Tannheimer Valley. We will definitely be happy to come again.

A cozy and lovelly room in the mountains with a beuttiful view of the town below. Because of the location this spot is perfect if you want to explore this region of Austria/south of Germany, wihtin a hour of travel in each direction there is always something to see or to do. Especially if your goal is to go hiking. Everything is as described in the advertisement is, therefore our stay was as expected.

Everything is great. Location and connection to the hotel great. The only drawback of the room is by no means darkened at night.

Michael and Maria were the most wonderful hosts. Michael was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. his house is remote but is just perfect if you're wanting a nice quiet relaxing place to stay. I would absolutely stay here again. thank you for having us.

Had an all-around wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described – we didn't miss anything at all. Particularly pleasant: the existing Nespresso capsule machine, which has made the start of the day even more beautiful. The location is simply fantastic – the view of Ladis and the surrounding mountains is unique. You can really forget the clock when you sit on the terrace and enjoy this panorama – just beautiful! The proximity to the gondola station was also ideal for us as skiers. The footpath is short and uncomplicated, and the best part: on site we were able to deposit our ski equipment and move right there – super practical and stress-free. All in all: a great place to stay with a great host. We will be happy to come back!

What can you say - we just wanted to spend a few relaxing days and stumbled directly into a small oasis of well-being! The accommodation is so lovingly furnished that we briefly considered simply moving in. No joke: more beautiful than in the photos (and that rarely happens). We were so pleasantly surprised! Everything was sparkling clean, super cozy and easy to feel good. The location? Super, super quiet and idyllic and with hiking and mountain bike trails right on the doorstep – no need for excuses! Roberto and his partner are super warm hosts. Thank you very much - We really didn't miss anything (except maybe a few extra vacation days). :) We will definitely come back and would recommend the little cottage at any time!

A truly rustic wooden house. We felt super comfortable. Comfortable beds The children loved the "table tennis hall". Great location with mountain views. We observed deer and hares. Only 10 minutes on foot to the village / grocery store / restaurant. I'd love to come back.
