It has great train links to London and a short distance from Silverstone. The annexe offers one double bedroom, a shower room and a living area. Whilst it comfortably sleeps two, it can accommodate up to four guests with a double sofa bed in the living area. Whilst there are coffee and tea facilities there is not any cooking facilities.

In the summer months [MAY-mid SEPTEMBER] guests will have shared use of the outdoor pool with the owners.
