Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Gradignan

Staying at Sophie & Bruno’s place was like staying with friends. The location was perfect for us, outside the city but easy access to the tram to get into Bordeaux or by car to the surrounding area. Three great double bedrooms with ensuite rooms, all air conditioned. We had a terrace to sit outside and eat breakfast. Sophie has an amazing address book for restaurants and we ate out very well each night (La Table de Decanteur (local resto with amazing wine), Zephirine, Ressources (both amazing restaurants, easy to reach by tram) and La Cor(o)niche by the Bassin d’Arcachon). There are plenty of local shops in Le Bouscat easily accessible on foot. We will definitely stay with Sophie again if we’re in Bordeaux, it’s nice to be out of the heat of the city. Sophie & Bruno are very welcoming and make you feel very much at home, nothing is too much trouble. I think my favourite Airbnb to date.

Oh my goodness!! This was the most beautiful spot . Everything was truly perfect . So clean , so wonderfully located between the vines. You can visit Bordeaux in 30 mins or be in St.Emillion in 15 . The courtyard was so peaceful and the grounds were lovely. Do not hesitate one second if you are thinking about booking here . I highly recommend . 🤍

Very nice house, very clean, too bad that the accommodation is not equipped with air conditioning and difficult access for parking if you have a vehicle other than an SUV or 4/4. For the rest, I recommend 👍

We took this accommodation for the proximity to the accommodation of friends who would be celebrating their birthday. It was perfect, we were able to do everything on foot!!

A large bright house fully corresponded to the photo and description, clean, equipped with everything necessary, air conditioning on each floor, which is pleasant in the heat. Sébastien gave an accurate recommendation on check-in and responded promptly to the possibility of earlier check-in

That was the nicest and clean apartment I ever stayed, felt like home , and David was a very nice guy and kind, and friendly explained us everything, the surrounding area, the check in runned very smooth, and he wolcomed us very warm and kind, very clean apartment, whit everything you need, I was so delighted about the experience, very nice area, whit stores , bakery, hair styles at the first floor, I'll definitely recommend to everyone to stay at the apartment.

A very nice apartment tastefully decorated, well equipped with a nice terrace and parking space, which is appreciable. The place is well connected to get to Bordeaux and even on foot to Gare Saint-Jean. A U supermarket is 7/8 minutes' walk away. The contact with Jérémie was perfect. If I have the opportunity, I will return to this accommodation without any problems. So I highly recommend it.

I spent a week in the accommodation for a training course at the IMS, which is a 13-minute walk away, which is very convenient to get there without difficulties. The accommodation, although small, is very well arranged, functional, pleasant and clean. The residential neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Having spent a week in very hot weather, the accommodation remains cool, which is very pleasant. The big plus is that it is a 4-minute walk from the train and tram stop, which offers many possibilities to get around and enjoy the city of Bordeaux. I did everything on foot (outings, shopping, etc.) very convenient. I recommend it without a problem.

Great stopover in Bordeaux, well located with trams and buses 5mn walk, the airport by tram 45mn. Nice, atypical apartment, very nice terrace. Lucile's apartment was great! Easy to walk to town center but still close to restaurants and cafes. The space is great for two people with an amazing terrace. Wish we had stayed longer! Highly recommend.
