Apartment has ONE spacious bedroom with 160x200 bed, vanity table and wardrobe. Living room has couch that can be made into 140x200 cm bed, TV and coffee&tea bar table. You access balcony from the living room. Living room connects with kitchen. Bathroom is spacious with shower. Outdoor shower, gas grill + table FOR 4, and laundry room access. Apartment is perfect for 2, but accomodates 4. Free parking infront of house (easy to find, easy to park). Bus stop is also infront of our house.

Kuća se nalazi odmaknuta od glavne prometnice. Parking je privatni i odmaknut je od kuće oko 50 metara zračne linije. Inače normalnom cestom od parkinga do apartmana je oko 270 metara. Kod dolaska nije moguće doći autom skroz do vile, nego se moguće zaustaviti autom oko 30 metara od vile, izbaciti stvari i odvesti auto na parking. Krasan pogled sa balkona na mjesto i more. Komuniciramo sa gostima na češkom, slovačkom, engleskom i njemačkom jeziku. Nije za goste sa poteškoćama u kretanju!

A fantastic spot of earth!!! Being awakened in the morning by the birdsong, looking at the green hills, a quiet breakfast on the terrace, unwinding - the perfect place for this... beautiful also as a starting point for hikes - there are many hiking and biking trails in this area and nature is beautiful. The house very well maintained, clean, very large and offers plenty of space! A cat visited us every morning and evening! We were totally happy!

Damir was extra friendly and informative. We loved the small-town feel of Gradac with everything at our fingertips. Lots of beaches to choose from and adequate selection of cafes and restaurants even in the off season. Lots of walking and hiking options and easy car rides to island ferries or larger cities. Great apartment right off the promenade—very easy, clean, and convenient.

We were staying for 2 weeks at Jure's place and it was awesome. Everything you might need is within a 2-minute walk (a few restaurants, coffee shop, cocktail bar, fast food, grocery store). The best thing about the place is its location. We were staying with kids who were able to go to the beach or back to the apartment by themselves, since the place is really near to the coast (30 sec walk). The apartment had everything we needed (including towels, IPTV, fully equipped kitchen in case you prefer to cook). Furniture in the apartment is new, and everything was spotless, so we immediately felt like home. Brist is a wonderful little town, without too much noise and crowd, so we were able to relax and enjoy our vacation fully. The price was totally worth it. I would recommend the place to everyone who is looking for a place to slow down a bit, enjoy beautiful nature and experience the authentic side of Dalmatia.

My wife and I stayed here with parents and family for the first time and we will be back for sure. The house is really unique, beach is basicly in front of house. Everything is so peacfull and place is brand new . Hosts were very welcoming , provided everything we needed !
