Apartment holiday rentals in Graça

Well located in Alfama. Between Sta Apolonia train station and Terreiro do Paco metro. Supermarket is a 10 minute walk away. Apartment on the top floor of a typical Alfama building (steep and narrow staircase), in high season it can be hot, you have to sleep with the fans or windows open.

We had a lovely stay at Lorenzo’s stylish apartment in Graça. The decor was very unique and comfortable, despite the apartment being old (it adds a nice vintage feel). It is more spacious than it looks in the photos. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the view from the studio is impeccable! No need to go outside for sightseeing.    Emilie helped us with check-in, and she was very kind. Location is absolutely perfect. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as supermarkets. We did go to support the smaller groceries, which are a bit more obscurely located (not on the main street). Tram and bus station was nearby though when we went some routes seemed to be closed down because of Portugal day. Despite the partying in June, the street this apartment was on was very quiet.  Walkable distance to other areas (Alfama, particularly) when it is not too hot.  The apartment was beyond our expectations, at this price point it is really a hidden gem. Our stay in Rita and Henrique’s apartment was fantastic. I cannot thank Rita enough for all of her guidance, clear instructions and additional help with local recommendations and advice. Her help honestly made our trip 10x more enjoyable, from recommendations for nearby bag storage, lovely cafes/restaurants and markets/activities in the area. The apartment itself was clean and tidy, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The surrounding area of Alfama is absolutely stunning, and I would say best suited to those who can comfortably climb stairs and walk cobbles. If you’re able, it’s absolutely worth the walking for the charm and beauty of the Alfama streets. We stayed during the Santos festival, so there was a lot of excitement in the area, and it felt true and authentic. It was fabulous. I would highly, highly recommend staying here. The area and the host absolutely made our trip what it was. Thank you both very much for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Lisbon. It’s located in a quiet, pleasant residential area with easy access to nearby metro stops. The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our three-day stay. The Wi-Fi worked well, and with the air conditioning running, the space was peaceful and quiet. The small kitchen was perfect for preparing light meals, and our host, Rodrigo, was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would gladly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to book again!

This was a great find for us for our trip to Lisbon. The apartment is set in the heart of Lisbon making it an ideal site to reach everything within the City Centre. The apartment is an attic conversion so is set high above the rooftops with stunning views to the Castle of St George, Rossio square and the port/harbour area - especially beautiful at night with everything lit up. Ideal set up for two people with ample living space, kitchen area and large double bedroom set in the eaves of the attic. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed with bed linen and towels all available. Goncalo is an excellent host with his communication pre, during and after our visit absolutely first class spending time with us to ensure we settled into the apartment. He was exceptionally good at recommendations for sites to see and places to eat etc. All in all a first class find and one we will recommend to others.

Great location next to plenty of restaurants. 15 minute walk to activity meeting points. As far as the apartment. Very clean and a lot of natural lighting. Quiet building. Nice shower with good water pressure.

We had a wonderful time staying at Joana’s flat in Alfama. She was extremely responsive and had no issue with us checking in a few hours early since it was available. The place is gorgeous and has beautiful views of the river where you can see the cruises leaving port. There is an abundance of great restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk of the place which made us feel like we barely had to leave the Alfama district and we could really settle in and enjoy the neighborhood we stayed in for a few days. There was even one of the big festivals in the streets beginning our last night, which made it easy to enjoy the music, food and drinks while being able to quickly and safely get back to home base. Just a note, the place is quite a hike up the hill from Santa Apolonia Station (hills in Lisbon are unavoidable) and on the 4th floor, which was no issue but it may be something to be aware of for individuals with decreased mobility or if you tend to travel with a lot of luggage.

We had an amazing stay at Susana’s place :-) Though, we didn’t expect to climb up such steep and narrow steps up to the apartment but we managed! Susana was responsive, kind and very helpful. Check-in was a breeze and the location is perfect— right in the middle of bustling street in the heart of Lisbon, made this stay incredibly worth it :-) The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, with gorgeous views out into the sea from the balcony and a humble pantry for cooking. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent time at our stay here-the apartment is in a busy part of town, so there was plenty to do a short walk away, and it was a real treat to have such a short walk to St. George’s Castle! The treats were a nice touch as well. My only word of caution is that there are a lot of stairs, so heavy suitcases could be hard to manage!

We had an amazing stay in Lisbon at Diana’s apartment. It is in the heart of the best part of the city. If we ever return to Lisbon I would love to stay here again!

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, cozy, quiet and in a good neighbourhood. Everything went excellent. The hosts answered quickly to questions and communication was easy with them.

Maria & Filipe’s apartment is attractive and includes many nice features and decorations. The living and dining area is spacious. The kitchen is small, but functional and well equipped. The bathroom is a good size and has a good shower. The bedroom is nice and cosy. The A/C works well too, which is great during the hot Lisbon summer! The apartment in Alfama is a great base for exploring Lisbon. If you're arriving by train, it's just a short walk away from Santa Apolónia station. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from lovely restaurants in Alfama and some of the main sights in Lisbon. Maria & Filipe are great hosts who are proactive is sharing their recommendations. They're very responsive to any questions or other messages.

Nuno was very responsive and helpful. He sent a list of restaurants proactively that was great, we tried a few of the places and they were always awesome. The apartment was very cute. Both modern, comfortable, and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to tour around Lisbon!

We had a fantastic stay. The cottage meets all wishes and really feels like a home! It is a nice neighborhood in which you stay, there is a lot to do within walking distance but also the tram or uber is a good and cheap option. Carlos is a very nice host who came up with nice tips and always responded quickly! We enjoyed our vacation, and definitely recommend this apartment!

The apartment is great. Clean, bright, airy and with all the necessary amenities. Communication with the host was perfect. The space is quite large. Everything seems designed for the guest's well-being. There is no subway and train station nearby, but there is a bus and it is easy to order Uber/Bolt.

Really enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive. Tried to make sure we were comfortable. Great location. Fabulous coffee store just steps away.

Great stay at Ricardo’s apartment. Close activities, walkable with a lot to see. Exactly as described in the ad. Ricardo was easy to reach and very responsive. The apartment included full of small details which showed the he cared about visitors enjoying their stay. The parking was a definitely a plus.

Beautiful apartment with a large terrace in a modern house. The condo is well equipped. Communication with Rita was friendly and hassle-free. The city center can be reached on foot in about 25-30 minutes. Shops for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Those traveling by car have a free parking space in the underground car park

A perfect stay in Lisboa. The apartment is within the Old town and it is super easy to get into central from it. Paulo was very easy to communicate with and check in was easy. The pictures give an accurate representation of the accommodation and our whole party were very happy with our stay. A great spot to stay in for a trip to the capital!

It’s our second time here and our stay was as welcoming as the first. Ana and Jorge’s place is perfectly situated near great restaurants one right next door plus a 15 minute walk to Marquês Pombal and Parque Eduardo Sétimo which has a magnificent view of Lisbon and of the castle from the top. Ana and Jorge always checked on us and left a variety of local foods and beverages upon our arrival that we were so grateful for. Even during our stay Jorge left delicious pastries by the door so not to bother us. Highly recommend this apartment. We will definitely return!!
