Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Grabenstätt

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. A wonderful chalet, very lovingly decorated and you feel very comfortable from the first moment. Especially the sauna, which can be used at any time, is the heart of the house. Cornelia & Roland are very thoughtful and extremely friendly. Thank you for the lovely holiday!

Quiet location, close to major sites.

Even the greeting by Pauline conveyed a good feeling of being welcome. It was like staying with friends.

We had a wonderful time with Maria in Geißach! The lovingly expanded Alpine-style hut is a real gem – very well maintained, cozy and idyllically located at the end of a hermitage. We especially liked the quiet location on the mountain, surrounded by orchards, where you can sit in the shade and watch the calves. The amenities were excellent, especially for our little son: baby travel cot, high chair and even a stair gate – everything was available and in the best condition. Despite the quiet location, you can reach Aldi or DM in a few minutes by car, and the area also offers many beautiful excursion options. Maria was a very warm hostess, with whom you immediately feel welcome. We will be happy to come back!

We had a lovely time staying here and exploring Salzburg! It was really easy to find the place and get inside - Ray's instructions were very clear and helpful! It's really easy to get to the city centre and the central train station which meant exploring the city and it's surroundings was simple! Ray was very communicative and ready to answer any questions we had! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again next time we visit Salzburg!

The stay was just great! We immediately felt at home in the family atmosphere! The apartment was perfect for our needs. But the service and the openness of the hosts were outstanding. There is also a large garden with chickens! 🐓

Best choice for tourists in Innsbruck

We had a very nice time in the accommodation of Sandra and Franziska. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and you feel right at home! The amenities exceed every expectation and surprised us a lot. A lot of effort is put into this and focuses on special features. We've never before experienced it. On the cozy balcony with beautiful views of the lake and mountains you can have a great breakfast or end the day! Had a great time!

We felt at home in the beautiful, small apartment. It is tastefully and lovingly furnished and very well equipped. Communication with Markus was very good and extremely helpful from the beginning. Markus and Sandra are really the best hosts. The proximity to Lake Chiemsee and the beautiful mountains with fantastic hiking opportunities made our holiday perfect. We will be happy to come back.

Johanna and Flo are super sweet people but the sweetest is Rosalie, she is so cute!!!!! We were very kindly received, everything is SUPER PROPER and NEAT!!!! Nicely decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking yourself. We have enjoyed the super cozy and nice terrace with beautiful garden and beautiful view of the mountains. Even though we sometimes had a little rain, we could always sit dry on the terrace. You have private parking at the apartment. Across the street, a cozy Konditorei with delicious pastries. And a very nice Pizzeria just around the corner, Jolly Pizzeria with very tasty Pizza. There is also a small supermarket nearby. The area was very quiet and you are right on the Konigssee. You can take beautiful walks and excursions in the area. Everything was PERFECT, we enjoyed our vacation SUPER and felt AT HOME !!!! We highly recommend the apartment and would definitely come back. Nicole and Ali welcomed us very kindly and familiarized us with the accommodation. There is a really nice garden with an enchanted-looking pond. Some of the goldfish have an extraordinary pattern. From the house you can immediately go on a hike, it does not require a longer journey. Even with the one rainy day at the end, we had a very nice time with Nicole, Ali and Cookie.

Really beautiful apartment with breathtaking views. The apartment was really clean and the decorations gave it a really cozy feeling. Florian and Sandra were very friendly and fast to respond, even providing us with local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again for longer!

We stayed with Monika for a week and felt very comfortable. The apartment is very rustically furnished, a bit like a farmer's parlor (with large TV and Netflix ;-). and has great amenities from the hair dryer, blender, grater, iron ..., in front of all windows are mosquito screens. The apartment is in the attic, so it can get quite warm, but there is also a fan. It is important to remember that the skylights have to be closed in the rain, we noticed on the first night;-). Monika is a great host who proactively gets in touch and can be reached very quickly if you have any questions. The location is quiet and you can quickly get to the lake, to eat and shop by bike.

Nice stay with the nicest owner! We felt right at home with our Labrador. Claudia thinks of personal things like a sign with our names, a bottle of wine. Otherwise it was sparkling clean. You know you're not the only tenant, but you didn't notice. We were in transit and therefore saw little of the area, but what we saw was beautiful!!! In addition, a nice stop when your final destination is Croatia.

We felt very comfortable. Bea and Alexander were very open-minded and had great tips for activities, parking, etc. We'll be back.

A truly excellent find. The accommodation is very well equipped and comfortable with amazing views and sunsets it is easy to understand why our hosts feel privileged to live there. Indeed our hosts were remarkably generous, kind and helpful and gave us great ideas on what to do. If we are lucky enough to return to the area we know where we would like to stay. The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the sparkling wine to welcome us and the sweets were very nice. We would have really liked to have stayed longer - if we end up at Lake Schliersee again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment!

We had a very good stay, the environment is very peaceful, great if you want to spend a quiet stay near nature and visit Munich. Please note, there is a 20-minute walk between the accommodation and the train station, the only downside :-)

We had an amazing stay at Nora & Peter's property recently. The apartment looks even better than the photos and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We have enjoyed our tea in the balcony watching beautiful sunsets. The apartment is very well equipped and very thoughtful designed by the hosts. Everything is exceptionally clean . The kitchen was also very well stocked which was helpful for us to make meals occasionally. We also were in love with this town, loved to walk by the lake. Its so peaceful. In the summers, this lake is filled with water activities, swimming etc. There is a small convenient store 2 min down the road. Nora and Peter were constantly in touch with us and were very helpful from the start to the end. This is one of the best properties we have lived in and Nora & Peter are absolutely the best hosts which made our stay so memorable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Tanja is an amazing host, she provided clear instructions to the apartment and check-in. When we requested she provided excellent recommendations for scenic car drives. She was very responsive. The apartment was spacious, neat and clean. Very good views in a quiet neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay.

I am an extremely clean person in everyday life. I quickly feel uncomfortable if things are not tidy or are messy. Therefore, at this point, a very big compliment to the person who tidied up the accommodation in advance! Excellent work! There was enough space for the German shepherd who traveled with us. In addition, the apartment is located in a "walking-friendly" area due to the rural location. The residents of the village are very friendly to foreigners. You are greeted by everyone and help is offered if you - as we apparently do 😁 - stand around a bit lost in the landscape. We were happy to be guests in this house and will also be happy to come back if we need accommodation in this area again.
