1st rental experience with Airbnb: successful and very satisfying experience. Modern apartment, very clean, pleasant, and well located in an ultra quiet residence and a beautiful neighborhood. Personalized welcome (sweets and bottle of white wine). The contact with Isabelle was excellent because she was very responsive and always available for additional information. I recommend it!

The apartment was great! A good size in a peaceful neighbourhood. Really easy to get into Montpellier, and beautiful park spaces nearby, too. Remi was a really accommodating host, too. Thank you for a great stay.

The place was amazing, the apartment was large (bigger than what we expected from the photos), with nice terraces, toilet and shower separated, and living room. The kitchen had all the required appliences in perfect condition and easy to use. We could buy things from a nearby Casino and prepared our meals without any problem. We came with a kid (9y) and a toddler (2y) and the space was perfect for them: safe and with beautiful books and games. Only two things: It would be helpful to have a couple more blankets available at the flat, and to clean the shower drain as it flooded every time we had a shower.

Hi, We had a great stay in this accommodation, which we found very pleasant and faithful to the photos. The cleanliness was impeccable, everything was tidy, and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is also a real strong point: the sea and the port are very close, which is very appreciable for walking or relaxing. In addition, in just 10 minutes on foot, you can reach a bus stop that allows you to easily reach the tram and the city center. A few small points to improve: no window in the bedroom, which makes the air quickly hot; we had to leave the window open at night. There were a few essentials missing such as salt, a bottle of water on arrival, more toilet paper (only two rolls for a week) and garbage bags. A broom would also have been useful. Finally, a few ants under the sofa, probably because of the heat and the plants. The accommodation is great and we recommend it. Thank you.

Ideal location, private parking to leave the car safely. Shops and seafront almost at the foot of the building. Simplified arrival and departure independently in the accommodation, at all points identical to the description and indications given by Frédéric, extremely responsive and friendly. We had a great stay at Florian and Estefania's. The apartment is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The residence is very quiet and everything is within walking distance, beaches and shops. There is enough to cook and a beautiful terrace for relaxing evenings. We will keep this address for our weekends at the seaside.

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

Clean apartment, good location, well-equipped, quiet, and thanks to its north-facing exposure, relatively cool. Clear instructions, hassle-free stays. The only downside was my unanswered question about the possibility of dropping off my suitcase earlier.

A big thank you to Christel for her well-located, clean, quiet, very functional apartment, 2 steps from the beach. The surrounding landscape is just beautiful. We did not suffer from the heat thanks to the air conditioning. We also thank you for the sweet treats from Sète that made us happy. This week will remain a great holiday memory for us. My companion and I left from June 1 to June 7. Well-located, clean apartment. 5 minutes from the square. Restaurant Nearby shops. Parking. Everything was in place to welcome us. We had a very good weekend. Apartment very well located close to the city center and FISE with underground parking, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.

This is our second time in this accommodation and nothing to complain about. Very clean and functional accommodation. The big plus is the pool and close to the city center. I highly recommend it.

A good place to get away, even for an evening! I was working in Montpellier and I felt like I was on vacation. The beach 2 steps away with good swimming allowed me to disconnect and enjoy an evening with my partner. The center of the village is a 10-minute walk, we didn't even use the car. Bliss!

We enjoyed the stay. Everything was as described and the instructions were very clear. In addition, the owner is very responsive and professional. The apartment is in very good condition and the decor is neat. The amenities are functional. The only downside is that the GPS did not quite lead us to the residence so we drove around a bit to find it because it is a little off the road.
