Lovely welcoming hosts, very friendly and helpful. We were met with spread and drinks, a truly lovely and thoughtful touch. The home and outside area all looked exactly like in pictures. Clean and homely. Felt very safe as well, friendly neighborhood. Air-conditioning upstairs has really helped as well on very hot days. The pool was being tended to every few days as well. Walking distance to small grocery shops with very friendly staff. The pool house is a great addition to the property, with bbq facilities and TV/music. Beautiful views . Overall a perfect place if one wants to completely switch off and rest. If however want to visit national parks or Split/ beaches, it is a bit of a distance with pricey taxi journeys, so most definitely would recommend to hire a car if planning to venture out and visit more of Croatia, which is a very clean and friendly country , from our experience. Definitely recommend Marijana's place for a peaceful and relaxing break away, very family friendly.

Stunning home and beautiful location! I had a really relaxing stay, and loved that I was steps away from a pristine beach and could hear the waves from the apartment. The apartment was in pristine condition and offered everything I could need. Can’t wait to come back and visit again.

We had an amazing stay at this villa. Looks just like the photos. Ivan is so welcoming he was there to greet us when we arrived. He was extremely responsive and helpful and even called to check in on us to make sure we got out ok. Would absolutely recommend this place!

We were on site with eight people and everyone felt very comfortable. It felt like a really great holiday. Towels and linen as well as bath items on site. A car on site is recommended and can be parked right next to the villa. The villa is very large and we had a very nice time on site. The pool and BBQ area is great and in a top condition. Beverage fridge spacious. Kosûte is a peaceful place surrounded by beautiful scenery. It was just fun.

An absolutely amazing place. We have loved our stay. EVERYTHING is well kept and clean - the place is teeming with flowers and plants. There are small cozy nooks everywhere there's always a new view to love. It's wonderfully quiet, it's only the animals around you can hear. There was nothing better than getting up early, watching the sun come out and say good morning to the place's cat. There are all opportunities for activities (tennis, table tennis, billiards, bikes) and then there is the most delicious pool with really good sunbeds. We all agree that it's on our “to do” list that we'll be back down there ❤️ Leona has been incredibly helpful and there has been perfect communication

Had great days. Really a place if you love peace and space and incredibly beautiful views. There is nothing within walking distance, but village/ restaurants are a 5 minute drive away. Very friendly host.

Fantastic house, fantastic views and fantastic nature. Everything was TOP in the accommodation! The house was exceptionally clean, and the pool was cleaned regularly – so inconspicuously that you didn't notice it. The pool heating could also be adjusted without any problems on request. All bathrooms were thoroughly cleaned upon our arrival, and each shower worked perfectly. Ines was extremely friendly and always responded to our messages within ten minutes. In retrospect, the value for money was unbeatable given the high-quality amenities, the cleanliness, the generous size and the fantastic view - actually 10 out of 5 stars would be appropriate.

Ivo and his wife was so helpful and fast to respond to messages. They made us feel so at home and were incredible hosts. The place was high up on the mountain and it was so private, peaceful and tranquil. The views from the property are incredible. The infinity pool is fantastic which also has the fantastic views. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The property is very well equipped for cooking with a hob and outdoor grill. The town of Marina is about a 20 minute drive with a great selection of bars and restaurants and also a supermarket. Enjoyed our trip very much would highly recommend and I will definitely be back.
