Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Achter de deuren van onze authentieke gerenoveerde hooiberg vind je een volledig en gezellig appartement, wat op een zeer rustige en landelijke locatie gelegen is. Vanuit dit appartement kan je per fiets, wandelend of met de auto het typisch Hollandse landschap verkennen. Op 15 km afstand zijn de molens van Kinderdijk, op 6 km afstand het vestingstadje Nieuwpoort en op 6 km de zilverstad Schoonhoven. Geniet van de rust en de natuur tijdens je verblijf. In our backyard we have a charming guest house. You have your own place for a maximum of two people. The only thing we share is the garden. It offers an unique stay close to the river Rotte and two large parks, the Kralingse Bos and the Lage Bergse Bos. There are two bikes you can use for free. When you come by car, in this part of the city you can park for free as well.
