Renovated and newly renovated blacksmith in limestone located on the small parish road in Grötlingbo next door to the medieval Museigården Kattlunds. The house is part of our courtyard where you have two separate patios. The lower floor has a living room with limestone floor with underfloor heating and large fireplace. A smaller kitchen area that is fully equipped and a bedroom with two beds in bunk bed. The upper floor has a double bed with the possibility of an extra bed.New bathroom in extension with a separate entrance.

Kitchen has oven, stove, dishwasher and fridge. The upstairs two bedrooms have a double bed or two single beds. The garden has several patios. The convivial fishing community Lickershamn is a vibrant boat harbor with restaurant, kiosk, bangolf, fish shop, swimming jetty, lovely sandy beach and Virgin, the island's highest rauk.

Vårt boende passar par, familjer på 4 och ensamäventyrare. 3 sängplatser (180cm, 120+90cm (våningsäng). Området är bilfritt och gäster parkerar 300 meter från huset (undantag incheck) med lånecyklar+lådcykel (el) att tillgå. 80kvm stort, 2 sovrum + 120kvm uteplats och 25kvm inglasat uterum med kamin.

Stort socialt kök och allrum i öppen planlösning och braskamin. Stort badrum med bastu. Huset har uteplats med matgrupp, solsängar, parasoll, gasolgrill och pizzaugn. Det finns 2 enkla cyklar att låna.

In the harbor you can also rent kayaks from one of the island's many Kayakomauts. 5.5 km from Herrvik harbor and 5.6 km from Sandvikens camping.

Old Gotlandic farmhouse in southern Gotland dating back to the 13th century. Three of the farm buildings have been restored for accommodation and "Grishuset", the old pig-house, is one of them. You as a guest clean after yourself and leave the house in the same condition it was in when you arrived.

Closest grocery store with gas station is about 5km away, restaurant is about 6km away, to fishing village and bath approx. 7km. Bus connection is available in the immediate area (2 km) if a car is missing.
