Holiday rentals with beach access in Gosport

Claire’s place was a perfect base for our stay in Southsea. We were visiting family and friends and didn’t run out of places to meet up. The flat had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable, and dog friendly The stairs to the apartment kept us active and the nearby common worked for the dog! Claire kindly left milk, bread, tissues and other bits which was helpful for the first night. Overall Claire and Andy were helpful without being intrusive, the apartment was lovely, and we enjoyed our stay very much. We would love to stay again should the opportunity arise.

A Victorian treasure. Lots of artifacts in flat that recalls a bygone era. Very quiet. Bus stops are close for easy transport into Cowes City Center or to Newport. Caroline was very responsive to any communication.

Lovely apartment. Everything we needed. Comfortable. Loved the balcony as it gave an unhindered outlook to the bay, which we love and have visited for many years. Daughter and family in flat below so gave us a lovely family holiday. Lovely Sunday lunch at the Albion though need to make sure you have the Sunday roast menu which they forgot to give us!! What an amazing apartment. Great location right on the beach, with fantastic views of the sea from the windows. Choice of seating areas with tables, open balcony and enclosed window area. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Easy to get to the ‘Witterings’ Chichester Marina etc. We all wished we could have stayed longer. Sam was a great person to liaise with before we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Sam.

Kevin was an excellent host. Communication on check-in and check-out was very good, and the accommodation was excellent. A wonderful location and a very comfortable place to stay. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the Isle of Wight.

What a lovely place and lovely hosts. The bed was so comfortable we slept more than usual, unless it was the lovely relaxing hot tub that tired us. The welcome food and treats and wine was very generous and very welcome. It was a very quiet and relaxing area. We stayed for 6 nights and would highly recommended

Great apartment in a brilliant location right by the beach. Comfortable beds and lounge area. Plenty of space and a nice balcony overlooking the beach. Perfect for a glass of rose as the sun sets.

Donna is great host, responsive and accommodating. The house was spotlessly clean. It's in a very quiet and convenient location. Lovely bed linen and towels!

Our second stay at the Salt Shack and it didn't disappoint. We've loved long dog walks on the beach, sea swimming and fossil hunting! This is the prefect place as one of our party has a disability. 😊

Loved where Tom-pass The key's home is. Very peaceful. Lovely out look from the conservatory. Beach is 5 minutes by car. Chichester 10 minutes by car. Really lovely place.

Roxanne really is a 5 star host. she made our stay easy and stress free. really felt like a home from home! the kids had so much to entertain them and it was completely kitted out with everything we needed. the caravan is lovely and comfortable. if we ever need somewhere to stay in Portsmouth we will definitely be choosing Roxanne!

We had a fantastic stay during May half term with the kids - the house is stunning, even better than the photos and the view is spectacular. The house has a very high -end finish to it and had everything you could wish for in terms of amenities. We look forward to visiting again sometime soon

You have to see this place to believe it, it’s certainly got the wow factor, not only historic, the furnishing is outstanding. Comfortable and clean. Lots of little extras if needed. Gary was very responsive at all times. I can’t wait to rebook next year. Outstanding stay 10/10

A very big, modern house, with everything you could want to self cater. One very large TV in the dining room, and another in the lounge. Four big bedrooms, all with masses of wardrobe space. There were four of us in our group, staying in the area to walk along the Solent Way, and to explore old Portsmouth. The Solent Way is literally on the doorstep, and Portsmouth is very easy to reach using the Gosport Ferry which is 4 miles away. Two pubs serving food within a 5 minute walk, and a very nice Turkish restaurant in Lee-on-the-Solent High Street.

A beautiful, comfortable home for a couple or small family, within the sound of church bell, close to the sea, and a few steps from the little village centre of Alverstoke. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, with recommendations for eating out as well as a well-equipped kitchen for eating in. There is also an office area in the bedroom, and fast internet, so suitable for WFH.

Great location to get to lots of various locations, we visited New Forest, Southampton, Portsmouth and walked down to the shingle beach, which was only a ten minute walk! Lovely and clean place, small but not tiny, just enough room for two adults and two small dogs. Everything was a thoughtful touch, from kitchen wear to comfort. Would definitely stay again if I was ever visiting the same area. Jackie was super helpful and very friendly, which is always a bonus. The surrounding area is residential and also partly industrial but noise level was low, which we appreciated. Plenty of space to park your car and close to the train station.

Finn’s place had everything I needed for my stay, including an amazing view to watch the changing tides and people with their dogs enjoying the beach and the sea. Unfortunately it was still too cold for me to consider swimming. I would love to stay at Finn’s again next time I come to Bognor Regis.

Very sweet little cottage, beautifully decorated with everything you would need inside of it. Great location, with a nice pub down the road. We would definitely stay here again and recommend for all. The only downside is that it is situated on a busy road so at night you can sometimes hear the cars, but we didn’t mind.

Excellent place to stay and great hosts

Rock pools is a superb flat for a holiday in Seaview. A stone’s throw from the beach and a lovely sea wall walk into the village and cafes of Seaview. Flat is so well equipped for a small family or as we were an elderly mum and daughter visiting family. I would thoroughly recommend staying here in this lovely bright, clean and spacious flat with all mod cons for a holiday needed and finished to a high quality. Katie is so friendly and responsive to all queries and a great host! Many thanks .

Nice and clean, easy access from the back if you want to avoid the steps, roomy, modern and well catered.

We are just back for a two-night stay. This is a little gem of an air b&b! We all enjoyed the property, it was like a home from home. Lively clean and fresh, it had everything we needed plus more. We would stay again for sure. Thank you Lucy
