Absolutely amazing stay at Sarah and Dave's place and bearing in mind I am quite picky about where i stay, I felt at home straight away, the unit was immaculately clean in fact one of the cleanest Airbnb's that I have had the pleasure to stay in, the set up was very well thought through, with everything in the right place (sockets, USB ports etc), it's a super safe area and convenient to get to either Mevagissey or Portmellon. The bed was extremely comfortable, lovely powerful hot shower and nice little extras like milk , juice, biscuits, G&T and cereal all provided. I know the surrounding area of Meva as I also have a place here so that bit goes without saying - it's a very beautiful unspoilt location with fantastic walks on your doorstep, good pubs and restaurants etc. The hosts themselves were absolutely charming and it was extremely good value for the price point. I would thoroughly recommend Seagulls to any future prospective guests.. 10/10 ! Thank you Sarah and Dave.

Emma’s studio is our favourite air bnb we have ever stayed in. The decking has the most beautiful view and the property is well decorated. The location is perfect, only a 10 minute walk down to the harbour. We came here for our first holiday with our 6 month old, and it was such a great choice. There was plenty of space for a travel cot and having the washing machine was really helpful. We usually can’t wait to get out and explore the local area, however on this trip we didn’t want to leave. And are planning to return as it was the best value, and the perfect location to relax and take in the beautiful view.

Loved it! Fantastic location, clean & comfortable space with a great view. Really appreciated the excellent dining recommendations as we loved the Fish House and Fort restaurants. Also liked Lost Brewery for beer and burgers. If interested in a bit of an excursion, or otherwise find yourself in the south eastern part of Cornwall, you have to check out the Hidden Hut near Truro.

Exactly as per the listing on Airbnb. Very cosy, quirky accommodation with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Stayed in Portreath on many occasions and always like to try something a little different. Walking distance to the beach with shops and Portreath Arms enroute. Cheers.

What a find, was looking for somewhere to stay while attending a wedding and this apartment is amazing. After a long journey from Cambs, we found this lovely place has everything you need, great host, free parking, restaurants within a few minutes, cafe below you…yet a feeling of privacy within the apartment. We felt totally at home here, such a clean, tidy, comfortable and homely place, great neighbours and locals who are also very welcoming. We would recommend The Unicorn pub and Blue Bar for food and drink and friendliness, and for the morning the Beach Cafe below the apartments, great quality good value food. The beach is literally below you along with amazing walks, we experienced picture-postcard sunsets each night, couldn’t have asked for more. Mike the host is very professional and helpful, responding quickly to our questions and giving advice like a true local of the place! 10/10 on everything we experienced. Go see for yourself!

Perfect location, exactly as described. Parked in the big car park as you enter the village, £16 for 48 hours. Accommodation was better than the photos, a bijou apartment perfect for our stay. Communication was excellent. Ferry to Fowey was a highlight, the locals here are so friendly! Mevagissey Spice was excellent and do visit the Harbour Tavern. If you are lucky enough to be there on a Friday evening, look out for Jane and John. Ex pats from Essex and a great fun couple. The location of Apartment 1 is excellent for a stay in one of the loveliest fishing villages you’ll ever encounter. Super comfortable bed and sofa. Excellent host. What more could you ask? Book it now, you’ve found a gem 😍

The apartment exceeded our expectations, it is a lovely, well maintained, comfortable place to stay. The views are amazing, directly overlooking the working harbour, a stone's throw from the little beach. This little gem is somewhere we will definitely visit again.

Spacious garden building. Not too far from the harbour. Parking was fine. Teaspoon and a bit of crockery would be a good addition bit generally we were happy with our stay

Great apartment with a beautiful view of the beach. Angie was super helpful and responsive, she made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment could have done with a little more thorough cleaning in the bedrooms but overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely little accommodation, so peaceful and quiet. Everything was perfect. Jane was very helpful. Mevagissey is a beautiful little harbour, great walks and coves along the coast path.

The apartment was compact but perfect for me, with everything that I needed for a long weekend. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Very good shower. Hosts were friendly a The views out to sea were spectacular and I do not think that the description or the photographs did this justice. You could lie in bed and look out as the sun rose. I also spent time on the balcony, which is quite sheltered, watching the boats go by. Absolutely great location, a 10 minute walk into Mevagissy and about the same to Portmellon, the nearby beach. I can highly recommend the coffee from the Shack. Very welcome after a bracing swim. You do need to be able to walk up steepish hills, but that is one of the joys of Mevagissy. The views of the harbour as you walk down the hill were very special. This was a great choice of apartment to make the most of the Sea Shanty Festival and the hospitality that Mevagissy has to offer. I would happily book again if returning to this very special part of the world.

Amazing place to stay for our honeymoon. And we were very thankful for the champagne and card we received which was such a lovely gesture. Apartment was incredible with amazing views of the ocean and so close to all the beaches. Thanks again, we loved it!

We had a fabulous week. We were very lucky with the weather. The coastal views are staggering. We loved the constant changing colours of the landscape and sea. The SW Coast path was yards from the apartment, and the walk into Coverack easily manageable by road and path. Lovely rocky beach/cove in front of the building. Instructions for getting there were perfect, local team good at resolving a question we had. Even though it is remote and there were very few people around in February, we felt very safe and secure with the door code and keys. In the apartment, the lounge was a lovely relaxing area, good TV and internet coverage. Quite spacious with wide hallway, good sized bedroom and lounge kitchen diner. More than enough space for two. The balconies were excellent, it was warm enough to open a door and stand outside for a short while. The apartment was wonderfully warm, so cosy with 50mph winds on one evening. Thank you for the milk and biscuits. Hope to return one day.

The apartment is in a great location. Although the pictures of the apartment were very good they don’t do it the justice it deserves as it is a beautiful modern apartment and we were very happy . Having own parking space , and a lift that is a godsend. It’s just a short walk into town (there is a bus that takes you there and back if you don’t fancy walking) here the restaurants are really good and the food is great and reasonably priced and of very good quality. To go sight seeing is only 80 mins to St Ives 40 mins to New Quay where we went to Rick Steins fish and chips restaurant which is set on a gorgeous beach fabulous views and beautiful blue Caribbean water great for surfing . Padstow again only 45 minutes plenty of restaurants. Highly recommend this amazing apartment we will definitely be returning next year , you will not be disappointed at all I can assure you of that. There is a good communication booklet left by Emma which is full of good information.

The lady was lovely, so friendly and accommodating. Such a nice place for a relaxing getaway. The farm shop at the top of the road did good breakfast. Would go back. Thank you

Fantastic apartment within walking distance to the centre of Looe. Stunning views over the river. Spotlessly clean and finished to a very high standard. Very well equipped with everything you would need. We particularly appreciated the air con in the flat as we stayed during very warm weather and the flat was kept lovely and cool. The hot tub was fabulous. so relaxing to lie in after a busy day. the outside space was fabulous too! Tara was an extremely good host. Very attentive and responsive. We really appreciated the cream tea waiting for us on arrival, gorgeous! Highly recommend this flat for anyone wanting to stay in Looe. First class!

Booked Steph's place as a birthday weekend treat for myself and my friends, it was easy to find, clean and as described. Steph provided clear check in descriptions and also a guide on how to find it. the hot tub was a lovely touch and the apartment was spacious and clean. would recommend if you need some R&R .

Honestly the photos do not do this place justice its incredible what a view and the host could not have been better extremely helpful, always there at request, respectful, polite all round wonderful person even made us scones to bake and the the towels shaped in to love hearts was a really nice touch they made us feel welcome and right at home would recommend to anyone thank you sheila for a great experience will be visiting again

We had a fantastic stay here with our dog. Beautiful views and conveniently located to visit many of the stunning surrounding areas. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely place with beautiful little beach/ cove within walking distance. I would definitely recommend. Needed a place to visit child at university and this fitted and exceeded the bill.

Absolutely beautiful apartment and location. Furniture and decoration wonderful. All instructions and recommendations were brilliant. Great base for travelling around Cornwall and going back to in the evenings. Stunning view and wonderfully clean public areas. The balcony was quite dirty ( not just the fault of the seagulls) and the outdoor furniture tired. Overall we loved it and were sad to leave today. We didn’t need to contact the host at all.
