A great room in a sweet little house. Frederick very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Comfy bed, quiet - nice to have your own toilet and sink. Frederick’s house is in a great location - close to railway station, and an easy beautiful walk through the cathedral into the lanes of Norwich. A steep staircase to room for those with mobility issues. Would very happily stay here again thanks Frederick!

Lovely stay for a sunny weekend family getaway. Dax was really responsive and helpful, the house was lovely and only 10 mins to Gorlestone beach which was amazing for the kids with the free splash park and expansive gorgeous sand. Lots of amenities were provided and the hot tub was a great addition for chilled evenings. All round a great stay- would recommend!

This is a tastefully furnished beautifully decorated home. It was also spotlessly clean. It’s only a 15 minute walk into Beccles. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

We had such a wonderful stay at Caroline’s modern home! The place was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and had such a warm, homely feel that immediately made us feel comfortable and relaxed. It was exactly what me and my partner needed for a peaceful getaway. The blend of modern touches with cozy comforts made it a truly special experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind and recharge. Highly recommend!

WOW! What a place to stay! This is a stunningly beautiful home. Decor is gorgeous! Hot tub was amazing and definitely needed after a 7/8 mile walk from here to Winterton! Could not fault the place. We really relaxed at Julia’s place. It was tastefully decorated with stylish furniture and attention to detail. Every need was catered for. The bathroom was great, with thick towels, the kitchen was extremely well equipped and spotless and the bedroom had a very comfortable bed and deep carpet. There was a lounge with good size tv plus an extra sitting area upstairs with books and games. Outside was a lovely patio with furniture and a sunny garden area. This gets a perfect 5/5 from us.

Such a peaceful place. Lovely decor, great smell, board games, antique books. Extremely clean. I watched the sunrise from my bedroom’s window. Well equipped kitchen, lots of plants and flowers around the cottage. Rustic places with character. A lovely garden outside with table and chairs to enjoy evening drinks or a morning coffee. Overall, excellent, I will be back.

Tommy was a fab host. Communication was great and really fast - especially when I couldn’t figure out the oven and dinner was at risk lol. He was really thoughtful organising a cushion to be posted to us for the high chair. Definitely a host to recommend.

Lovely modern house with everything you need for your stay. Secured back yard for furry friends. Excellent location for dog friendly beach and coastal walks. Great fish and chips just 100m down the road. Local pubs within walking distance. Lots of on street parking in a friendly neighbourhood. Host was great at replying to messages. Definitely a beach retreat.

We had such a lovely stay. The flat is very clean, nicely decorated and the outdoor area is beautiful. The sauna was fab and we loved taking a dip in the water. Would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely peaceful stay at The Annex . The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay . The garden was perfect for the dogs to lie around enjoying the sun after a long walk . All the amenities were of a very good standard . The setting is beautiful with field views all around .

Great flat, location and host

I had the pleasure of staying at Chris and Peter’s beautiful and quirky place for my 40th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance to everything we needed. The home was full of character, immaculately presented, and had all the thoughtful touches that made us feel truly welcome. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the heavy duvets made for a cosy and restful night’s sleep. Everything was so well thought out, and it really felt like a home away from home. I stayed with a friend and we both agreed we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again for any occasion. Highly recommended!
