Our central location makes for easy access from Puerto Jimenez, while being only 15 minutes from untouched rainforest and the pristine coastal region of Cabo Matapalo. The space is built above our garage, a simple open-air design with a massive wrap-around deck as the star feature. Equipped kitchen, bathroom with hot shower, and plunge pool!

The house is 150 m from the Playa Carbonera, a 15 minute beautiful walk to Playa Pan Dulce and a 10 minute drive to Playa Matapalo beach. The home is completely off the grid, generating its power from solar, and has many modern conveniences including hot water, a UV filtered water system, wifi and a brand new dipping pool off of the deck.

This beachfront house is located on Matapalo Beach and overlooks Cabo Matapalo's world class right hand point break. This is one of the few homes in the area with a refreshing ocean breeze as well as scarlet macaws and sloths who frequent surrounding almond trees. Whales, dolphins, and sea turtles are also commonly sighted from Matapalo beach. Please note that due to rough waves and rocky coastline Matapalo Beach is not ideal for swimming.
