Stayed for 10 days, perfect apartment had everything I needed & very well located. Quiet in the evenings with plenty to do in the surroundings.

Old but well-equipped studio. Welcoming host, very flexible on check-in times, attentive to ensure that the stay goes smoothly, and caring.

Our second time here. We still love the location close to beaches for swimming, SUP and kayaking as well as easy to walk to the Croisette or jump on the Palm Bus. The balcony has a very nice & calm view to the sea and will rarely be too hot.

Marc was fantastic - flexible with check in times, constantly communicative and replies extremely quickly. Lovely place with amazing views. Thank you for having us Marc!

Absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect location for our girls weekend, check in was so easy and Karine was very generous to let us leave our bags once we’d checked out so we could enjoy our final day before our flight home. The location is perfect with everything on your doorstep and the apartment is gorgeous and an amazing use of space - it felt very spacious for the 6 of us. Will definitely recommend to friends looking to stay in the area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The rooftop terrace was the real star of the show but the house itself was also perfect. Everything looked just like the photos posted. The house is tucked off in a quieter part of Cannes but still walkable to restaurants, shops, etc. We will definitely return.

Very pleasant and peaceful setting with a certain very appreciable standard, secluded accommodation, there are all the necessary amenities. The owner was available and very communicative. Very close to the Croisette and nearby shops. Very nice stay.

Thank you to Christiane and René for their very warm welcome and availability. I had a great stay in the well appointed studio, unfortunately the weather was not there to enjoy the pool. Very well located accommodation, close to the center of Saint Vallier de Thiey, quiet. I'll be back sometime!

Sandra and Mauro are very nice and helpful people. We were immediately taken care of. You can't imagine a better check-in. We were received, everything was explained to us and we felt taken care of and safe. Sandra and Mauro's hospitality has been really great. The rooms were all clean, you had everything you needed and the view from the terrace is overwhelming!

Excellent stay in Jérôme's rental, everything is done to make you feel even better than at home. Brigitte, her mom who welcomed me, is super nice and helpful. I had a pleasant stay with my two dogs, super happy to be able to frolic in this large wooded land and take walks to discover the bories and beautiful villages of the Var. What happiness!

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. The accommodation really met everything we needed. It was important to have a parking space for the house because we traveled by car. But the closed garage has a very narrow space. If you are hesitant about parking, this process may be challenging for you. I was lucky that my husband was a professional driver. I would recommend that you consider this. Great location of the house. You can walk down to the city center in 13 minutes. It is safe on the main street. The interior of the house is full of wooden decorations and arrangements. The fact that it is wooden causes a little sensitivity in terms of smell. I am a sensitive person, so I notice this. If you're not the type to hang out, that's fine. There is an approach in hotel professionalism. White linens and towels were clean. Only a few places were dusted off :). For the exit process, you must first take your car out of the garage and leave the keys back at the house. This situation is a bit challenging and wastes time. This process takes over 20 minutes, it is not practical.

Great location, lovely flat, very reasonably priced, couldn’t have been easier.

We had a fantastic stay. The view is truly phenomenal. You won't get tired of it! Also wonderful to enjoy aperitifs on the very large terrace. Everything was fine and sparkling clean. Very spacious apartment with spacious bedrooms, bathroom and spacious kitchen with all appliances. Highly recommended. A small downside is the lack of Wi-Fi, but good 4/5G reception.
