Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Golem

Wir waren insgesamt acht Nächte bei Fredi zu Hause und haben uns gleich willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft sah aus wie auf den Fotos und er hat uns sogar noch Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben. Er hat uns jeden Tag jeden Morgen ein Kaffee gebracht und war immer zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist ein geheimtipp, da sie total ruhig liegt und man die Stadt super zu Fuß erreichen kann. Ich empfehle sie weiter.

Great Family Stay with a Heated Pool! We had a wonderful family trip at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and perfect for kids. Lots of space outside to run around, play any sports with the kids, grilling area and a large lounge area. The complimentary heated pool was a huge hit — our kids loved it, and it was great for relaxing as a family. Just a heads-up: the tile around the pool can be a little slippery when wet, so be cautious with little ones. Overall, a fantastic stay for a big family!

One of the best Airbnb’s we have ever been. Place was even more beautiful then on the pictures. Pool was amazing and beach just 100 meters walk was great. Elio was very friendly and communication was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

The accommodation is very nice, the only thing I would complain about is that we did not have a single roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, fortunately it was not acute and we went to buy our own. 😌 The place and surroundings are very quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Xhesika is a sociable and helpful person, I liked staying in her house, with a garden that is growing new plants and this made staying in her independent accommodation more interesting. You can park your car sheltered inside without having any worries. If you don't have a car there are all services nearby.

Heerlijke woning op loopafstand van het strand en de boulevard. Groot terras waar je heerlijk van de zon kan genieten of de schaduw op kan zoeken. Het contact met Silvana en haar broer was top. Snelle reacties en erg lieve mensen.

It was a smooth,super friendly and easy going operation with this host. The apartment itself is really neat, convenient and comfortable. The pictures you see is the real view you'll get. It made us feel welcome and it offerd peace and quiet we were looking for. The generosity and hospitality of the host is a 7 star service. You'll get more than you need. Highly recommended!

De locatie was goed bereikbaar en we konden de auto goed kwijt. Het huis was ruim en schoon. Er zijn allerlei winkeltjes in de buurt. Een vriendelijke gastfamilie heette ons welkom. We komen graag nog eens terug!

We had an amazing this apartment, right next to the beach with a beautiful patio with ocean view (perfect to enjoy your morning coffee - they also have a coffee machine). The host is amazing, super kind and friendly. Always responded instantly. The apartment was exactly as on the pictures and even better. Check-in was warm and welcome, and WiFi is very good (better than in Tirana). The apartment has everything you need with lots of amenities (soap, towels, body lotions, etc). Highly recommend this place.

It was a fantastic stay at Ivo's apartment. Sea facing balcony, perfect apartment with all amenities, stunning sceneries around, happening market place and restaurants right below the apartment (Restaurant Pileta), exquisite sea beeches made it a perfect getaway. Added to all this Ivo's very friendly and helpful nature, responsiveness and guidance made the overall experience unforgettable. Also to mention that Albania is a great country and has a lot to offer for tourists. Pristine beeches with turquoise blue water with plenty of Restaurants and Bars alongside make it an exotic holiday destination. In terms of general public, Albanians people were helpful and polite. Visited Durres , Golem beeches. Went on a drive to Gamti mountain / Bovilla lake. Every location was worth it. Overall an absolutely fantastic stay. Will certainly visit Albania again and stay at Ivo's apartment. Highly recommended.

The apartment was really nice and the location was great. Mona was fast, flexible and kind in all of her communication. Her mother helped us with the check in and was the sweetest lady imaginable. We can highly recommend both the apartment and the host.

Het appartement van Joana is ontzettend mooi ingericht. Het plaatje klopte tot in de kleinste details. Het terras is een mooie meerwaarde. We waren heel erg blij met de airco 😅. Joana geeft snel en heel duidelijke uitleg. Echt een aanrader!

Veldig fornøyd med leiligheten!! Kristi svarte utrolig fort og var fleksibel i forhold til innsjekk, selv om vi kom veldig sent på kvelden. Utrolig deilig å ha en privat terrasse også som har sola rett på store deler av dagen

We stayed here for a month and honestly could have stayed a whole year! The apartment is exactly like the photos, very modern, clean, and comfortable. WiFi was strong for both of us working remotely and taking video calls (50/50 up/down). The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed cooking here. The location of the apartment is perfect, right by the beach, with supermarkets/mini markets close by and a gym just a 6-minute drive away. Flora is an amazing host, super responsive and always there if you need anything. A big thank you to her for helping us out with a personal issue that wasn’t even related to the apartment and even translating for us. You've been a great help! We had no issues at all during our stay, but we know Flora would have fixed anything quickly if we would've had some issue. We’ll definitely recommend this place to friends and will check availability when we come back to Durres in the future!

Minus: Only real small grocery stores in the area. No bus stop near the area. Plus: Many high quality restaurants with reasonable prices in the area. Local Taxi works perfect. Donard is super friendly and takes care of everything. 2 minutes walk from the appartment to the super clean beach. Personal sunlounge and parasol at the beach for the appartment guests. Thank you soo much for the nice holiday!!

L’ alloggio era pulito e comodo. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare l’entrata dell’ alloggio ,e ,pur avendo dato un orario orientativo dell’ arrivo, per un ritardo dell’ aereo siamo arrivati molto più tardi e chiamamdo mezzanotte ci sono state date tutte le indicazioni dettagliate con la massima disponibilità e gentilezza . Moc děkujeme za krásné ubytování, najdete tu všechno a ještě více než je standard, pračka, prací prostředky, toastovač a dokonce i voda v lednici na uvítanou i malá lahev vínka, hostitelka je velice laskavá a vstřícná, umístění je hned blízko autobusové zastávky a výborná lokace na autobus na letiště, doporučujeme a určitě se vrátíme!

We cannot fault this Airbnb. The place was spotless, had everything we could have needed and the building felt safe. The host was amazing, so great at communicating and making recommendations around the local area. The location was brilliant - close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The road is slightly loud at night, but it was not a problem for us. Would highly recommend!

The apartment is just as the description and very pleasant. Location was perfect for ease of walking to nearby restaurants, bars, shops and beach. Only thing to note is that being on the main road you do get traffic noise etc. Ivo was a great host and very responsive with all communications, but it did require me having mobile data to message him for check in information, so maybe get that sooner. I would definitely revisit and recommend this property.

Steven was an excellent host. His apartment was well stocked for every day living and was very clean. He was very responsive every time we contacted him. He went above and beyond for everything during our stay and we truly appreciated everything he did for us. The apartment is close to grocery markets, fresh produce markets, restaurants, the promenade and only a 3 minute walk to the beach. We stayed for a few months. We would highly recommend staying at any of places.

The apartment was very comfortable and cool, even when it was hot outside we didn't need the aircon on. The apartment is right opposite an amazing beach with lots of lovely restaurants. It is easy to walk around. Aitanka was very charming and accommodating. She was so helpful when we needed taxis. I would 100% recommend her apartment.
