The villa is situated in touristic village among the pines, in a quiet and peaceful spot. It is about 100 meters away from the sandy beach of Golem. The distance from Tirana is about 40 km, from the airport is 25km and 11 km from Durres. Located in the middle of the pines it is the best place to spend some quality time with your family and friends. The villa has 4 rooms (two double bed and 4 single bed), 2 bathrooms (one is on the exterior) and a fully equipped kitchen seperated from the rooms.

PineTrees Penthouse @ the Beach

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The area is one of the favorites surrounded by pine trees. Spectacular, new construction, 170 Sq meter apartment on the top floor of a two storie villa, not more than 2 minutes walk from the sea. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a veranda around 100 Sq meter. The living room and the veranda have a very beautiful wiew and are great for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything brand new.

Cozy beach house in residential compound in Golem

Only 40 minutes from Tirana, this recently renovated beach house is everything you need for some relaxing days by the beach. Fully immersed in the shade of the pine trees, the house offers a beautiful and private garden, a spacious terrace with barbecue and sitting area, living and kitchen fully equipped, two bedrooms and two baths, all decorated with care and taste where everything talks about sea and sun. Great also for romantic evening night because of the wood stove.

Vila Sara is a small warm family mansion, functioning as a guest house since the early 2000's. The doors of our house were first open for the war refugees of Kosovo in 1999, and it was them pushing us into turning it into business, most of which are now family friends. Through the years we have grown and we continue on a never ending process of self improvement. We do not offer a luxury experience, but certainly a welcoming one.
