We had an amazing this apartment, right next to the beach with a beautiful patio with ocean view (perfect to enjoy your morning coffee - they also have a coffee machine). The host is amazing, super kind and friendly. Always responded instantly. The apartment was exactly as on the pictures and even better. Check-in was warm and welcome, and WiFi is very good (better than in Tirana). The apartment has everything you need with lots of amenities (soap, towels, body lotions, etc). Highly recommend this place.

Vraiment l’endroit parfait pour être au calme, double vitrage avec des stores. Copropriété propre, à 1min de la piscine et de la plage.matelas confortable.manque juste une petite lampe de chevet dans la chambre pour faire une ambiance encore plus cosy. Un énorme merci d’avoir été si disponible pour nous.

Good location, the apartment is in a Gated community and therefore also safe parking. Close to the beach. Alma responds quite quickly to questions.

Vi er veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Vi hadde ingen forventninger til stedet da vi booket så vi ble positivt overrasket over både vennligheten og hjelpsomheten til verten. Hadde vi noen spørsmål fikk vi svar med en gang. Leiligheten er rikt utstyrt, har en hyggelig atmosfære og ligger direkte på stranden, i gåavstand til gode mat- og ferie opplevelser. Perfect Stay in Durrës – Highly Recommend! I had a fantastic experience staying at Emi’s Airbnb in Durrës. The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The sea view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful and made every morning feel special. One of the standout features was the building itself: it had a fully functional elevator, which made coming and going with luggage so much easier. The location was also perfect for a relaxing getaway. Emi was an exceptional host—friendly, respectful, and always quick to respond. He made sure everything went smoothly during my stay, and I truly appreciated his hospitality and professionalism. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Emi’s place to anyone visiting Durrës!

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt von einer Nacht in Rudi's Apartment in Golem. Die Lage war perfekt – ruhig und friedlich, ideal, um auf der Terrasse die Stille zu genießen und gleichzeitig in der Nähe des Meeres zu sein. Ich habe die ruhige Atmosphäre geschätzt, mit wenig Menschen um mich herum, was sich perfekt für entspannte Spaziergänge am Strand eignete. In der Nähe gab es auch schöne 5-Sterne-Hotels mit gutem Essen und 24-Stunden-Märkten für alle notwendigen Einkäufe. Rudi war äußerst hilfsbereit und reagierte schnell auf alle Fragen, was meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Ich kann diesen Ort für eine entspannte Auszeit nur empfehlen!

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans le logement de Éduart. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce court séjour, les restaurants se situent juste en dessous du logement et son excellent, ainsi que plusieurs plages privées. C’était très agréable !!! Eduart était très réactif également.

We have just returned from the most relaxing 10 day stay at this beautiful apartment. The apartment is spacious and clean , perfect for the 2 of us . The washing machine was really handy to wash bath towels and beach towels especially. The view of the sunset from the balcony was unbelievable, the most beautiful colours in the sky . I would never get tired of that view. We were after a chilled holiday and that is what we got , every day at the beautiful beach , swimming in the warm sea . Comfortable beach beds were around 4 euro. Food and drink in restaurants really reasonable priced . The hosts for this apartment were so helpful always responding immediately. They arranged our taxis to and from the airport and we were allowed a late check out which was really appreciated . Amazing stay , amazing views ! Gutted to be home.

We had a perfect stay! The host was exceptionally kind and always available. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and just steps away from the sea. The area is very convenient, with supermarkets, restaurants, and all the services you might need within walking distance. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back!

Moderne og sentral leilighet nær stranden. Vi hadde noen fine dager i leiligheten til Lelde. Lelde var hyggelig og behjelpelig med alt som trengtes. Vi er svært fornøyde, og kan anbefale videre.

This was such a beautiful apartment with great views. We had such a lovely time here. Enada was very responsive any time we had questions. It also had a 24 hour shop outside which was sooo handy and lots of restaurants right on your doorstep. Lovely sandy beach and warm water right next to you. Would 100% recommend this apartment.

This place was awesome! Super clean and had everything we needed — a coffee machine, washing machine, dish washing machine and even easy parking right in front of the apartment. The beach is right in front, just a few steps away, and really well-organized. The area is safe and peaceful, away from the noise of the city but still close to great restaurants and local markets. I loved taking long walks along the beach — it was truly unforgettable and full of oxygen. I felt completely relaxed the whole time. The host was super friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again and can't wait to come back soon!

Casa nuova, pulita e molto spaziosa (noi eravamo 2 ma c'erano 4 posti letto). In 2 minuti a piedi si arriva già alle prime spiagge!

We stayed six nights at negrita’s place. We were kindly welcomed at the airport by her father and were transferred to the place right at the beach. He was very welcoming and helped us with everything right at the start. The apartment is right at the beach. It’s very well lit. Has a big balcony by the living room and a smaller balcony at the bedroom. Everything was just as described. We had an amazing view right at the beautiful beach from the balcony. We really enjoyed our stay since the beach was right in front of us and we had plenty of restaurants downstairs to enjoy. It was also possible to cook at the Airbnb since there was everything that we needed. Everything was purchased at the super markets right downstairs at the apartment. We really fell in love with the apartment and Albania! Thank you negrita! We will for sure be coming again 🥰

The home was astonishing! We wanted something that was right on the water with a jacuzzi and this not only checked both of those boxes but several others too! The seaview from the hot tub, balcony, and the bedrooms was right out of a dream! The attention to detail on the design of the home, furniture/appliances, and cleanliness was outstanding! We felt right at home the entire stay. The beds & linens were super cozy, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The host was fantastic—super responsive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for an amazing stay. If you're looking for the perfect Durres getaway, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Pratique , pratique , pratique !! Arrivée et départ autonome. Hôtel réactif et agréable. Idéalement situé pour visiter Durres. Ni trop proche du centre , ni trop loin. Les places de parking sont un peu rock n roll , mais nous avons réussi à nous garer tous les soirs. 👍🏼 Le plus qui fait le charme de l’appartement , Valentin laisse à disposition le nécessaire pour faire un petit tableau déco, si l’inspiration vous en dit.👨‍🎨 Et ils sont accrochés en déco, en plus! Je recommande cet appart volontiers. 👌🏼👍🏼 *Attention pas d’ascenseur pour les personnes qui ont des pbm de genoux.

Ev sahibimiz özenle ve sabırla her sorumu yanıtladı. Mekanlar hakkında çevre hakkında bilgi aldım. Abartmıyorum bugüne dek kaldığım en güzel Airbnb evi olabilir. Yatak odasında projeksiyon olması müthiş bir detay.. ❤️

Die Unterkunft ist 5-10min zu Fuß vom Meer entfernt und rund um die Unterkunft gibt es überall kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind ebenfalls überall zu finden. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr schön, modern und gemütlich und äußerst sauber. Der Whirlpool ist absolut das Highlight. Danke für denn tollen Aufenthalt

Le séjour s’est bien passé, malgré quelques problèmes avec la barrière du parking et les travaux et la canalisation des toilettes. Logement problème, literie super, terrasse agréable et très grande avec même la tv dehors. La wifi fonctionnait correctement Manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine
