Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Goldsboro

The home was exactly as described, my family and I were in the middle of a move and had complications with my car and moving truck . Robin was able to accommodate my request and make sure we were safe and comfortable with all the craziness going on.

We stopped to spend just 1 night, It was convenient lokation near I95. Very quiet place to rest.

Katie was wonderful! She was very responsive and even helped us adjust our stay due to some changes in our schedule. My husband and I both worked from the house and it was perfect. Internet work really well. We would definitely stay again

Jesse’s home was very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay at his beautiful home. Definitely recommend! 👌🏼 Jesse is very ease to communicate with and responsive!

Overall a nice little spot, location was good proximity wise to the city and other stuff. The neighbors are quite close on both sides so not the most private but didn’t bother us. Would stay again !!

3 couples, siblings and their spouses were there for a family wedding about 8 miles away. Great place for us to enjoy each others company in a comfortable setting. Each couple had their own bathroom which was wonderful. It was a beautiful home. Everything we asked was answered. Great host and home.

Great cozy place to stay when in the Kinston area. The amenities were as described and some tasty treats with wine were left for us by the host. The only downside, if there was one, was the traffic noise for those sleeping in the front bedroom. It was a little persistent but not unbearable.

Great location, close to restaurants and a grocery store. Very functional little kitchen. Comfortable bed with effective A/C unit. Very clean space with a big TV and airbnb specific Netflix account. Bob was very polite on the phone and easy to reach.

Great stay! Lovely forested area around the home, very close to UNC and other amenities in the area. Would stay again!

Great one-bedroom spot just a block from Transfer food hall and Burial. Perfect for a 2-person weekend stay. Plenty of street parking in the area but not even needed since there's a driveway for one car! Occasional road noise overnight, but there's a sound machine provided to drown it out.

We had an incredible time at Stephen’s! Came into town for a show at The Pinhook and could not have picked a better place to stay. Beautiful garden and backyard, and the space is cozy and interesting. He’s friendly and fun, and the kitty welcome committee is an added bonus! Will definitely plan to return the next time I’m in town.

This was a very nice apartment in a very cool building. The apartment is a very nice 2 bedroom apartment, was very clean and comfortable. The location is fine. I was able to walk multiple times to downtown Durham including to a Bulls game and it felt safe and secure. It's not a high traffic area, so the streets were pretty empty in the evening and night. But it felt safe.

This place was even better than the pictures, perfect for a wedding weekend in Durham. We walked to Grub for breakfast and it was so delicious that we went back for dinner. Very cute neighborhood, very comfy beds, very clean airbnb!

This was absolutely perfect. Only bummer was we couldn't stay as long as we'd hoped and it was super rainy so we didn't get to swim much. overall an excellent stay, will definitely be back!

My daughter and I stayed here for nearly a week when a ballet intensive brought us to the area. Could not ask for a better location! And the place more than met my expectations. Lois communicated well from the time I booked until the time we checked out. It was peaceful and I appreciated the proximity to everything (trails, stores, restaurants). Would not hesitate to stay here again!

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The neighborhood is close to many shops and restaurants. The host was very friendly and extremely quick to respond to any questions.

What we were looking for. Near my grandsons graduation venue, private, and clean.

Love Pearl Mill Flats! Great location so close to downtown Durham - even able to walk to a Durham Bulls game. And of course love the salt water swimming pool!

The home was beautiful and had a lot of space. It was just two of us, but we could have easily split it with at least two more people. We especially loved the lake view patio. We enjoyed our morning coffee out there every morning as well as a few night caps. It was so peaceful. Jim was very easy and quick to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again.

Patti’s house is located in walking distance to Cameron Village. We enjoyed her clean, comfortable house. The living room had plenty of seating and the beds were comfortable. Patti was quick to respond when we had a question.
