Perfect place to spend the week with the family. Lots to do within a short drive. Felt like home and had everything we needed and more! Great that there was a washer and dryer.

Our stay at this mountain retreat was truly out of this world! We were taken back by the views and serene surroundings. The place was not just stunning, but it also felt like home from the moment we arrived. The service was impeccable, and we appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere from the host Kristina. Traveling with our 18-month-old, we found the accommodations to be family-friendly, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Had a great short stay! The apartment is centrally located in Kaprun, so you can quickly get anywhere on foot as well as by bus (ski rental, hiking trails, bike paths, Tauerntherme, town center with shops and restaurants). The apartment and also the garden area are at the same time lovingly designed and we felt very comfortable with Nina and her family.

Great place with insanely good amenities

Accommodation was very nice. It was a little warm, but there were also two fans. The facility was great. Everything was clean. Nothing was missing. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. We were on the road a lot and it was always pleasant to come back to the accommodation. Very cozy.

Monica's house is very large, clean, well-equipped and located in a very quiet environment with magnificent views. We did not meet Monica but the message communication went very well. I highly recommend this listing

We had an unforgettable stay at Hallstatt Lakeview House! The views were absolutely stunning — truly some of the best in the area. The home was clean, cozy, and perfectly located. Our hosts were incredibly attentive and helpful, providing detailed instructions that made finding the house easy. We’re so grateful for the opportunity to stay here and would absolutely return. Lovely location, friendly and helpful host

Quiet, spacious and peaceful in a lovely little town surround by nature and great hikes but weather was pouring rain our two days here so no hiking for us. It is located a 35-40 minute drive from Salzburg so good for a day trip. Would stay here again.

Johanna and Flo are super sweet people but the sweetest is Rosalie, she is so cute!!!!! We were very kindly received, everything is SUPER PROPER and NEAT!!!! Nicely decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking yourself. We have enjoyed the super cozy and nice terrace with beautiful garden and beautiful view of the mountains. Even though we sometimes had a little rain, we could always sit dry on the terrace. You have private parking at the apartment. Across the street, a cozy Konditorei with delicious pastries. And a very nice Pizzeria just around the corner, Jolly Pizzeria with very tasty Pizza. There is also a small supermarket nearby. The area was very quiet and you are right on the Konigssee. You can take beautiful walks and excursions in the area. Everything was PERFECT, we enjoyed our vacation SUPER and felt AT HOME !!!! We highly recommend the apartment and would definitely come back. The apartment is just like on the photos: a lot of space, a lot of light and breathtaking views. Super comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and many games like table tennis, mini billiard and more. A huge bonus in a hot weather is an access to the private lake few steps from the building.

It was an amazing stay. Comfortable & cozy apartment. Sofia & Eugen were responsive and so kind. I might do it again later!

The apartment has everything you need. Everything is as good as new! The location is great and it is very quiet. Everyone in the house was very friendly and helpful. For us, the apartment was perfect! Fresh eggs were available for purchase. If you need it dark, take sleep goggles with you. The bathroom is clean but a little small. The balcony is narrow, but this is normal for the type of building. But if you want to do everything on foot, you're in the wrong place. A car is necessary here. Thank you for 5 great nights.

The stay with Gabriele was quite wonderful. The apartment is as described and equipped with everything you need. We were also allowed to use the beautiful garden. Gabriele has always been available to us, gave us one or two very good excursion tips and was totally accommodating and nice overall.

We had a great stay at Chalet Franzi. From the moment we made the reservation untill we left, Ernst was very quick and friendly in his responds. It felt very trustworthy. The chalet is even better than the pictures. Its big enough for 4 adults, its cosy, warm, the kitchen has everything you need. It has some cartgames which we used every day. and the view from the windows is pretty. looking out on the Mountains. The chalet is very close to the slopes. even if there is not enough snow, you can walk to it, max 5 min walk. When we arrived, Ernst was waiting to greet us with snapps and his warm personality. He even helped us unload and told us about the chalet and the Village. the Village is small and has a supermarket, restaurants and a Bakery. From the town, you can also go to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein in around 15 to 20 minutes. also very pretty to walk around and ski. Thank you very much Ernst. We had a lovely ski holiday.

We felt very comfortable. Bea and Alexander were very open-minded and had great tips for activities, parking, etc. We'll be back.

The apartment is very large and in an incredibly beautiful location. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you could need. You can go hiking in the area, Saskia and Arturs know each other well and have lots of helpful tips for things to do. The two were totally friendly and helped us a lot. The apartment is highly recommended!

Everything was perfect! Even the sofa was very comfortable to sleep on with a good mattress. Kitchen super equipped. The terrace is very cozy. Elisabeth is a very friendly and helpful hostess. We would have liked to have spent more time here.

Great place and amazing view of the Austrian mountains.

We had an amazing stay at Nora & Peter's property recently. The apartment looks even better than the photos and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We have enjoyed our tea in the balcony watching beautiful sunsets. The apartment is very well equipped and very thoughtful designed by the hosts. Everything is exceptionally clean . The kitchen was also very well stocked which was helpful for us to make meals occasionally. We also were in love with this town, loved to walk by the lake. Its so peaceful. In the summers, this lake is filled with water activities, swimming etc. There is a small convenient store 2 min down the road. Nora and Peter were constantly in touch with us and were very helpful from the start to the end. This is one of the best properties we have lived in and Nora & Peter are absolutely the best hosts which made our stay so memorable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Tanja is an amazing host, she provided clear instructions to the apartment and check-in. When we requested she provided excellent recommendations for scenic car drives. She was very responsive. The apartment was spacious, neat and clean. Very good views in a quiet neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay.
