With a total of 4 rooms, bedroom 1 with double and single bed, bedroom 2 with sofa bed for 2 people, bathroom with large shower, an open kitchen with large dining area, ideal for 1 to 5 people! A total of 70 square meters lovingly and modernly furnished! Very central, quiet location in Untersiemau, exactly between the basket maker town of Lichtenfels, the fortress town of Coburg and the world heritage city of Bamberg!

Stylish old building apartment in the heart of Coburg

Open-plan apartment. On the ground floor of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet as well as dining and living room. The upper floor of the apartment is a converted attic, where a total of up to 6 people can sleep. A mattress lying on the floor (1.40 m wide) and 4 single beds in an open space! (Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!) Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

In the city, quiet, green, parking - Welcome!

My place is right in the middle of the city and yet quite quiet. It is a maximum of 10 minutes to Schloßplatz or market square or train station. We have within 100 m radius: Lidl, E-Center with bakery, Aldi, Denns with organic bakery, drugstore, magazines, beverage market. Maybe you'll love my place because of the good amenities and the bright, warm charisma. Maybe also because of our large, friendly forest garden where the birds greet you in the morning with chirping...

The apartment was exactly as described and was in a quiet location. We have had a very relaxing stay. The only strange thing was that one day before check-in I had to send my address details and a copy of an ID document to a private email address, which was not in the description. However, I was able to check in without this email when I asked.

We caught a very hot time in Coburg and were happy to return to the cool of the apartment every time. We thought the separation of the bath and toilet was great. In the kitchen and also otherwise everything was available that you need. Even more. Thank you also for the welcome goodies in the form of chocolates. Will come again any time.

My husband and I were in Coburg for 4 nights with our 2-year-old daughter and the apartment was perfect for us. The location is an absolute dream, right in the old town with so many cafes and restaurants and also several beautiful (and shady) playgrounds within walking distance. The festivals could also have been reached on foot. It was around 30 degrees in the days but the apartment remained nice and cool, which was very pleasant, especially at night. Since the rooms face the courtyard, it is very quiet despite the central location. Everything was very clean and the communication was always fast, friendly and helpful. The private parking space was also great. With our car (Polestar 2, width with exterior mirrors 1,985 mm), the passage with folded mirrors worked to the centimeter. On our next visit to Coburg, we will definitely choose this accommodation again!

We have rarely experienced such a friendly and generous host (and we travel a lot!). Tobias was always easy to reach and gave great tips for the area. The kitchen was super well equipped and even had a barista machine, which we liked very much. The garden is large and beautiful with many flowers and free-range ducks. Certainly also optimal for dog owners. The area is great for cycling, hiking or a trip to Bamberg. ☺️

Isabella was a friendly, helpful, in short, wonderful hostess. Communication was always fast and clear, all questions were answered. We were in Coburg for a multi-day stay and were able to reach everything from the accommodation in the shortest possible time. Isabella even let us leave all our luggage on site until departure. We would love to come back and look forward to the next time.
