Ebru's house is a short walk from the bustling waterfront, it is peaceful, with family living close by in a cosy atmosphere, it was a short distance to everywhere in Bodrum, a block away from the location of the Mausoleum of Halicarnasus, a wonder of the ancient world. my brother and I enjoyed staying there, would love to visit again one day

Everything was amazing! We enjoyed our stay. The house had beautiful views and incredible sunsets, the pictures were accurate, and the host was very kind and helpful.

Very nice villa with a lovely garden and big pool, spacious living room and good sized bedrooms, and the terrace also offers a great view of the surrounding mountains. House is securely gated. The villa is very close (10min drive) to the famous Yalikavak Marina and only 30mins from main Bodrum town. Taxis are available via Yalikavak Taxi stand via call ut best to book in advance due to the villa being situated off the main road. Advise tenants to stock up on essential supplies beforehand as tap water not drinkable (Orhan was very helpful in driving us to the nearest convenience store at night, thank you!). House is well stocked and plenty of additional duvets if needed. There is delivery option available for food and groceries from Getir app, but always put extra instructions in the delivery address for the drivers to find the villa. Orhan helped us in any questions we had, and check-in and check-out was a smooth process. All in all a great stay in Yalikavak, we loved it!

Mr. Kıvanç was very caring and kind. We were always available and he was very helpful in every matter. The location of the house is central; it is very easy to reach the markets, restaurants and beaches (if you have a car). The house was very clean and tidy. If I come across it again, I'd love to go again.

The villa surrounds and hotel complex are beautiful and extremely pleasant to walk around (although note there are some quite steep hills). Everything you need is in the complex. The villa itself is very well decorated, clean and very easy to live in. The kitchen has everything you need and was immaculately clean.
